Abstract

The objectives of this study are : (1) To measure and test the effect of the use of information technology and social media on student achievement in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. (2)To measure and test the interaction of the use of information technology and social media on student achievement in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents, with. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling.The results of the regression analysis found that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of information technology and social media on the learning achievement of students majoring in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta.T test and F test results prove that the information technology and social media variables have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on learning achievement. Based on the coefficient of determination which has a positive value of 0.397 shows that the learning achievement of students of the STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta can be explained by the information technology and social media variables by 39.7%, while the remaining 60.3% is explained by other factors which was not observed in this study.Keywords: information technology, social media, learning achievement and regression

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To measure and test the influence of spiritual intelligence and discipline on teacher performance at SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. (2) To measure and test the interaction of spiritual intelligence and discipline on teacher performance at SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 28 respondents, with the sampling technique using a census. The results of the regression analysis found that there was a positive and significant effect of spiritual intelligence and discipline on teacher performance at SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. The results of the t test and the F test prove that the variables of spiritual intelligence and discipline have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination which has a positive value of 0.66, it shows that the performance of teachers at SD Al Firdaus Surakarta can be explained by the spiritual intelligence and discipline variables of 66.0%, while the remaining 34.0% is explained by other factors that are not observed in this study. Abstract

Law made by government and cooperation with legislator to establish order  and regularity also peace in public .Basically every law made by legislators is the answer to the question of public law at the time of the establishment of the law. The legal developments must be in line with the development of society, so that when people change or grow then the law should be changed to arrange all the developments taking place in an orderly manner in the growth of modern society, because globalization has been the driver of the birth of the Information Technology era.        In cyber crime cases, knowing the position of digital evidence in cases of cyber crime. The theory used in this research is a progressive legal theory with empirical juridical methods using qualitative data analysis, kind of his research is a descriptive study. The conclusion of this study, System proofs and evidences under Article 184 and 185 Criminal Procedure Code evidence of unconventional tools such as witness testimony and expert witnesses, as well as letters and instructions shift from conventional towards electronic will be able to ensnare cybercriminals. Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions on Article 5 has been clearly stated that electronic information is a valid legal evidence in the form of electronic information and / or electronic documents and / or printout.

Abstract

In carrying out development, it must take place in continuity so that when a change of leadership occurs it can run well, peacefully and be continued by the next president as a result of the election. And every Indonesian as citizens and members of society, every Indonesian has the same rights and obligations. Pancasila as the basis of the State in the fourth Principle of Democracy which is led by the Wisdom of Wisdom in Representative Deliberations through the first point As Citizens and Citizens of the Community, every Indonesian has the same rights and obligations in facing Globalization. Hypothesis of the problem is that the President will intervene in the 2024 Election in order to achieve continuity. Between the previous government and the future government, even though they want to do this, the goals are no longer purely in accordance with this, but there are deviations due to the factor of wanting to prioritize one's own group but with the protection of saying it is for the common interest or the interests of the State. In completing this paper, the author carried out or used a research method through library studies and reading materials from other media with the aim of completing the material or data in preparing this paper. Abstrak Dalam melakukan pembangunan harus berlangsung dengan kesinambungan sehingga ketika terjadi pergantian kepemimpinan dapat berjalan dengan baik , damai dan dilanjutkan oleh presiden berikutnya sebagai hasil pemilu. Serta setiap masyarakat Indonesia sebagai warga Negara dan warga masyarakat setiap manusia Indonesia mempunyai kedudukan hak dan kewajiban yang sama. Pancasila sebagai dasar Negara dalam Sila keempat Kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh Hikmah Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan Perwakilan melalui butir Pertama Sebagai Warga Negara dan Warga Masyarakat setiap manusia Indonesia mempunyai kedudukan hak dan kewajiban yang sama menghadapi Globalisasi Hipotesa terhadap permasalahan yaitu Turut Camput Presiden dalam Pemilu 2024 demi tercapainya kesinambungan Antara pemerintahan terdahulu dengan pemerintahan yang akan dating walau ingin melakukan hal ini namun tujuan sudah tidak murni sesuai dengan hal ini namun terdapat penyimpangan dikarenakan ada factor ingin mementingkan kelopmpok nya sendiri tetapi dengan perlindungan menyebut demi kepentingan bersama atau kepentingan Negara. Dalam menyelesaikan makalah ini, penulis melakukan atau menggunakan metode penelaahan melalui studi pustaka dan bahan bacaan dari media lainnya yang bertujuan untuk melengkapi materi atau data-data dalam penyusunan makalah ini.

Abstract

AbstrakSelama ini kurang bisa dilihat pengaruh dari Butir Pengamalan Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diambil suatu hal baru yang menghubungkan Antara Butir Pengamalan Pancasila dengan hal yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tuuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Agar mahasiswa mengerti tentang Pancasila terutama Sila Persatuan Indonesia; (2) Mengerti Makna Sila Persatuan Indonesia; (3) Agar pembaca tidak salah persepsi mengenai Sila Persatuan Indonesia; (4) Agar pembaca memahami , mengerti dan melaksanakan Sila Persatuan Indonesia terutama butir ke 6 Mengembangkan Persatuan Indonesia atas dasar Bhineka Tunggal Ika dalam kehidupan sehari—hari terkait dengan informasi teknologi. Hasil penelitian bahwa Sila Ketiga butir ke 6 Mengembangkan Persatuan Indonesia atas dasar Bhineka Tunggal Ika adalah Indonesia sebagai Bangsa tidak dapat menghindari globalisasi dengan semua pengaruhnya.Termasuk didalamnya kemajuan teknologi yaitu teknologi informasi . Disatu sisi kemajuan teknologi informasi memberi dampak positif yaitu komunikasi dan penyampaian informasi bisa lebih cepat dan lebih efisien dengan tidak memperhitungkan jarak lagi tetapi di sisi lain pengaruh teknologi informasi dapat membawa pengaruh negative yaitu berkurangnya rasa kepedulian terhadap sesame dan mengakibatnya membuat renggang rasa persatuan. Pengaruh tersebut bisa dihadapi dengan mantap karena Indonesia mempunyai Pancasila sebagai sumber dari segala sumber hukum , sebagai pembimbing atau penuntun agar Indonesia tetap mempertahankan jati dirinya sebagai Bangsa yang mempunyai nilai-nilai luhur budaya dan ciri khas atau identitas yang tidak bisa digandakan atau ditiru oleh bangsa dan Negara lain. Artikel ini menyampaikan bahwa generasi muda yang di asuh dalam semangat nasionalisme semenjak masa kecilnya lebih tangguh dan siap dalam menghadapi pengaruh negative dan dekadensi moral sebagai akibat globalisasi. Sehingga penguatan moral dan etika melalui pendidikan pancasila diharapkan generasi muda lebih siap menghadapi globalisasi dan mempertahankan identitas nasional.Kata kunci : Pancasila, Teknologi Informasi, Pemuda, Butir Pengamalan Pancasila

Abstract

The development of information in Kindergarten RA Hidayatullah to be known to the public, it is necessary to make a profile video in the form of audio visual as a means of promotion so that the community will be able to easily receive information from Kindergarten RA Hidayatullah. It is hoped that after the profile video is made, it can give a positive story and as a means of promoting RA Hidayatullah Kindergarten which is easily accepted by the wider community. The data collection methods carried out include observation, interviews, and literature studies. By means of direct observation or survey at RA Hidayatullah Kindergarten, complete and accurate data will be obtained. In addition, the observation method has the advantage of being able to know clearly about the environmental conditions of RA Hidayatullah Kindergarten. This interview method is a data collection method carried out by providing questions in accordance with the video that will be done to the teacher who is responsible for delivering information about RA Hidayatullah Kindergarten. The purpose of the interview is to obtain the right information from trusted sources, then collect data by asking questions related to the theme of the thematic practice work being carried out. Literature study, collection and information as well as knowledge obtained from books about the theory concerned. The creation of this profile video is expected to make it easier to promote RA Hidayatullah Kindergarten and can be known by the wider community.

Abstract

Status gizi adalah salah satu tolok ukur perkembangan anak.  WHO menetapkan 3 tabel untuk menentukan kondisi perkembangan balita yaitu Umur balita dan berat badan (C1) ,  Usia  dan Tinggi badan (C2), dan   Standar Berat Badan Menurut Tinggi Badan (C3). Lalu bagimana berdasrkan tiga tabel tersebut dapat dioakai untuk menentukan status gizi anak. Hal ini masih menyulitkan bagi kader posyandu. Maka perlu dikembangkan sistem yang mampu menentukan status gizi . Penelitian ini menggunkan data training , serta dengan data testing berdasarkan data observasi . Penentuan status gizi menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes  , pengujian menggunakan Confusion  Matrix. Hasil penelitian ini berhasil membuat sistem yang mampu menentukan status gizi, berdasarkan hasi uji data testing menunjukan nilai 100%.
