Abstract

Dhammasekha students as part of the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia. The nationalism of every citizen needs to be continuously developed. Students as the nation's next generation need education to instill nationalism. One of the things that can be done is to study and practice the teachings of the religion that is adhered to properly and correctly. Buddhist storytelling is one of the language skills that students of the Dhammasekha School need to have. Through Buddhist storytelling skills can foster a sense of nationalism for students. Based on the background description above and considering the importance of Buddhist storytelling skills to foster a sense of nationalism, the authors are interested in studying “The Role of the Dhammasekha Surya Jaya School Teacher in Instilling a Sense of Nationalism Through Buddhist Storytelling Skills.

Abstract

Kecamatan Bukit merupakan kawasan perkotaan yang berada di pusat Kota Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Sebagian besar wilayah kecamatan diperuntukkan sebagai kawasan pertanian. Mata pencaharian utama penduduk Kecamatan Bukit berada pada sektor pertanian, dengan komoditas unggulan perkebunan terutama tanaman kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji perubahan penggunaan lahan Kecamatan dari tahun 2009-2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan penggunaan lahan adalah dengan cara melakukan interpretasi citra dan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Interpretasi citra dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode supervised classification pada perangkat lunak ArcGis 10.4 untuk menghasilkan peta penggunaan lahan tahun 2009 dan 2019. Pada penelitian ini perubahan penggunaan lahan yang akan dilihat yaitu perubahan penggunaan lahan terbangun, lahan tidak terbangun, lahan pertanian, padang rumput dan lahan hutan yang akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat penambahan dan pengurangan penggunaan lahan pada Kecamatan Bukit. Terjadi penambahan penggunaan lahan pertanian menjadi 6.150 ha, kemudian penambahan penggunaan lahan terbangun menjadi 764 ha, dan penambahan penggunaan lahan non terbangun menjadi 421 ha. Terdapat pengurangan penggunaan lahan yaitu, penggunaan lahan hutan berkurang menjadi 3.013 ha dan penggunaan lahan padang rumput menjadi 747 ha. Perkembangan lahan terbangun seperti permukiman, perdagangan dan jasa yang akan terus terjadi menjadi salah satu penyebab berkurangnya lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Bukit

Abstract

The research begins with a theft incident on Thursday at 19:00 WIB at Graha Cemapak Mas Kemayoran Apartment, where the suspect, armed with a brown-handled knife, confronted witness Purnamawati Pasaribu. Frightened, the victim complied, resulting in the handover of money. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether or not the perpetrator's actions have fulfilled the elements of Article 365 paragraph (1) Jo. paragraph (2) and whether the imposition of criminal sanctions in Decision Number 19/Pid.B/2020/PN.Jkt.Pst which decided that the defendant violated Article 365 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code was correct. The research methods are normative juridical, analytical descriptive and qualitative. The results of the research and discussion show that the actions carried out by the sender have fulfilled the formulation of the elements contained in the indictment of Article 365 paragraph (1) Jo. paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code. The conclusion of this research is that the decision that provides a prison sentence of 1 year and 6 months is not appropriate, and the defendant should be subject to the provisions of Article 365 paragraph (1) in conjunction with paragraph (2) number 1 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Creative Problem Solving learning model to improve students' communication skills. This research was conducted in Class X - 3 PPKn learning at SMA Negeri 1 Gondanglegi. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Implementation of class action carried out with two cycles. The results showed that the application of the Creative Problem Solving learning model could improve students' communication skills. This is indicated by three aspects, namely the increase in teacher learning activities, student learning activities and student communication skills. The teacher's learning activity score in cycle I was 80, while student learning activities obtained an average score of 75 in cycle I, and the average student communication skill was 73 in cycle I. Cycle II showed an increase. The teacher's learning activity score became 87, while the average student learning activity scored 82, and the average student's communication skills increased to 82.

Abstract

In 2005, the residential area in Banda Aceh covered 948.5 ha. Recently, the total residential footprint has expanded significantly to 2,982.12 ha. This study aims to evaluate existing residential land use based on geoecosystem characteristics to ensure alignment with land capacity, thereby enabling the formulation of appropriate zoning for residential development. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing spatial analysis through matching and scoring techniques. This approach characterizes each geoecosystem unit within the study area and assesses them against standard land suitability criteria for settlements.
