Abstract

This study aims to determine transformational leadership on work motivation, transformational leadership on organizational commitment, work motivation on readiness to change, organizational commitment on readiness to change, organizational commitment on work motivation, transformational leadership on readiness to change, transformational leadership through work motivation on readiness to change, transformational leadership through organizational commitment on readiness to change. The purposive random sampling method, this study uses the SEM-PLS analysis tool with a sample of 387. The results of this study are transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership through work motivation has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change

Abstract

To improve the local economy in Sumber Mulyo village, use WhatsApp business as a business marketing tool, to expand information and increase opinions for the Sumber Mulyo community. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and insight regarding digital marketing, especially focusing on using WhatsApp. business to be more optimal in marketing products so that product sales increase and increase family income. This activity was attended by the Sumber Mulyo community who already have or already have a WhatsApp account, but others have not used WhatsApp which is specifically used for business, namely WhatsApp Business. Training is carried out using each member's device so that it can be directly applied to their respective businesses and products during training. The results of this training are very enthusiastic about optimizing the use of WhatsApp Business as a product marketing medium, however this training still requires advanced training in the aspect of creating WhatsApp story content to make it more attractive to potential buyers.

Abstract

Students' decisions in choosing a university are influenced by the brand image and internet marketing carried out by the agency/company. The use of data collection in this research is the purposive sampling method, with the Heirs formula, namely 20 indicators x 10, namely 200 sampling, the analytical tool used in the research is Smart Pls 3.0, the findings obtained in this research are positive Brand Image and are significant for student decisions Choosing Malahayati University, social media is positive and significant for the decision to choose students at Malahayati University, Website is positive and significant for the decision to choose Malahayati University, advice obtained from research results, website maintenance which is sometimes late compared to social media for the latest information in providing information on the website . The results that have been obtained by websites that do not provide the latest information for information seekers do not provide information that is comprehensive and easy to understand. This must be taken into greater consideration by information seekers in searching for information for universities. The results that have been obtained are that the latest information meets the needs they have Information seekers want via social media to not be able to provide information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelajar SMK Palapa Bandar Lampung, khususnya kelas X, mengenai literasi keuangan digital dan bahaya judi online. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi, pengenalan aplikasi fintech SeaBank, serta edukasi interaktif di kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatif, yang memungkinkan peneliti melihat secara langsung keterlibatan dan respon siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan langsung dan penggunaan aplikasi digital cukup efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran finansial dan sikap kritis terhadap judi online. Edukasi semacam ini penting untuk terus dikembangkan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of flexible work schedules, work-life balance, and managerial support on individual productivity in digital marketing companies. As technology evolves and work patterns become more dynamic, digital marketing firms face growing challenges in maintaining employee performance while also providing adequate flexibility and support. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method distributed to employees across several digital marketing companies. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships and effects among the variables. The results reveal that flexible work schedules, work-life balance, and managerial support have a positive and significant impact on individual productivity. These findings suggest that companies should pay greater attention to implementing flexible work policies and strengthening managerial roles to enhance overall employee performance. Methodology/approach: This study employs a quantitative research design with a causal associative approach, aiming to determine the effects of flexible work schedules, work-life balance, and managerial support on individual productivity in digital marketing companies. Results/findings: The study involved 120 respondents who are full-time employees from various digital marketing companies in Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Limitations: This research has several limitations that should be considered when interpreting the findings and designing future studies. One key limitation is the narrow scope limited to employees in digital marketing companies, which means the results may not be generalizable to other industries with different work characteristics, such as manufacturing or the public sector. Contribution: This study makes an important contribution both theoretically and practically in the field of human resource management, particularly in the context of digital marketing companies. It enriches the academic literature by integrating three critical variables—flexible work schedules, work-life balance, and managerial support—in explaining factors that influence individual productivity. The findings reinforce existing theories on the relationship between adaptive work environments and employee performance and provide empirical evidence within the underexplored context of the digital marketing industry. Novelty: This study offers a novel contribution by specifically exploring the combined influence of flexible work schedules, work-life balance, and managerial support on individual productivity within the digital marketing industry a sector characterized by high demands for creativity, adaptability, and technological agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin, yang dipengaruhi secara langsung variabel Beban Kerja dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, pengaruh secara tidak langsung pada penelitian ini yaitu beban kerja di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, di mediasi oleh komitmen organisasional, di mediasi oleh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kualitas kehidupan kerja di mediasi oleh komitmen organisasional, di mediasi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, penyebaran kuisioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah sampel yaitu -+ 100 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purvosive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan uji Structural Equations Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis yang digunakan ialah SEM-PLS. Hasil yang di dapat pada penelitian ini ialah Beban kerja positif dan siqnifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siqnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional memediasi beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja memediasi beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional memediasi kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja memediasi kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, saran yang di dapatkan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian kurangnya rasa bangga pada perusahaan, mungkin hal ini harus diperhatikan untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja karyawan dan pegawai bangga perusahaan/organisasi.
