Abstract

In teaching and learning activities the role of motivation is very necessary. The low motivation of student learning is often thought to be the cause of the low quality of graduates of a college. This causes in some private universities, learning motivation factors get special attention. Based on the above background, the authors conducted a study that aims to examine the factors that affect student learning motivation in STIMIK Stikom Bali. The data used in this study is the primary data derived from the filling questionnaire from STIMIK STIKOM Bali students as many as 50 samples. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression where the independent variable is intrinsic factor (in student) and extrinsic factor (quality of lecturer, parent, lecture material, lecture method, library, lecture room and laboratory). The result of this research is intrinsic factor, lecturer quality, lecture method, lecture material, parent, rehabilitation / laboratory space, and library simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning motivation. And partially, intrinsic factor, lecturer quality, lecture method, lecture material, parent, lecture / laboratory space, and library show a positive relationship to the dependent variable that is student's learning motivation. The results of this study in the future can provide evaluation results for the management of STMIK STIKOM Bali management about factors that affect student learning motivation.

Abstract

Research on bonds is still limited compared to research on stocks in Indonesia. Bonds can be one type of asset that is quite interesting, because the bond is able to provide fixed income for investors who do not like the risk and can be used as an alternative investment in addition to stocks. This study aims to determine the effect of market interest rate, coupon and bond maturity to the price change of AAA rating bonds and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all listed corporate bonds traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2012 until 2015. Testing research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study is that market interest significantly negatively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, coupon rate significantly positively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, and maturity time significantly negatively affectthe price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The tight competition that arises requires companies to further improve their performance and innovate with their products. To improve performance and product innovation, companies need more funds. This has become one of the factors for companies to enter the stock exchange or often called go public. Companies must be managed properly in order to increase the value of the company through financial or funding decisions. Based on this background, this study aims to examine the effect of sales growth on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in thisstudy are secondary data originating from telecommunications sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used in thisstudy is multiple linear regression and sobel analysisforthe effect of indirect factors. The results of thisstudy are Sales Growth has no significant positive effect on Company Values,Capital Structure has a significant positive effect on Company Values, and theCapital Structure is not able to mediate the influence between SalesGrowth andCompanyValue.

Abstract

The level of user satisfaction online attendance system is one of the parameters that are widely used to assess the successful implementation of an online attendance system in an organization. Given the important role of online attendance system application, both in the implementation of online attendance by the user is a lecturer STMIK STIKOM Bali which took place quickly and easily and in terms of output produced is to obtain accurate results, required a measurement of the level of user satisfaction application attendance system online as a form of evaluation of the successful implementation of online attendance system that has been implemented so far. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the level of user satisfaction online attendance system application in STMIK STIKOM Bali. From the above problems it is necessary analysis to measure the level of user satisfaction in this case is the lecturer as a system user who can assess the satisfaction of the system. Measurement of user satisfaction in this problem by spreading the questionnaires that will be filled by lecturers STMIK STIKOM Bali by using multiple linier regression analysis method. The independent variables in this research are application quality, information quality, human resources, management support and operator service and the dependent variable is user satisfaction level of online attendance system. The results of this study can be concluded that based on the F test, application quality, information quality, human resources, management support and service operators simultaneously have a significant influence on the level of user satisfaction online attendance system application. Based on partial test, application quality, quality of information, human resources, management support and service of operator have positive effect to user satisfaction level of online attendance system application but not significant.

Abstract

Measuring the success of students in following the learning process in an educational institution is indicated by student learning achievement. Based on the background above, the authors conducted a study that aimed to examine the effect of the relationship between student learning motivation on student learning achievement at STIMIK Stikom Bali. The data used in this study are primary data derived from filling out questionnaires from STIMIK Stikom Bali students. The analysis technique used to study the effect of learning motivation on student learning achievement is simple linear regression. The results of this study are student learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning achievement significantly. The benefits of this study can provide evaluation results for the management of STIKOM Bali's STMIK management about the relationship between learning motivation and student learning achievement so that it becomes a consideration for improving the quality of education in STMIK STIKOM Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to know the size of the company against firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are secondary data from telecommunications sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and multiple analysis for the influence of indirect factors. The results show that there are positive effect of company size on firm value, capital structure has no significant positive effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of firm size with firm value. For investors to pay attention to company size factors to the value of the company to invest in a company and for future researchers to use a longer year of research and a larger number of samples so that the results obtained are close to actual.

Abstract

Unit produksi merupakan tempat bagi setiap siswa di SMKN 3 Tabanan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk atau jasa pelayanan dan mempromosikan hasil produksi barang dan jasa kepada konsumen umum. Proses produksi dari produk dan jasa sudah berlangsung dengan baik, namun mitra belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan dari pihak luar yang meliputi pembentukan calon wirausahaan muda dan perbaikan usaha dari berbagai segi komponen untuk membentuk usaha. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, melalui pengabdian ini, mempunyai tujuan secara khusus, untuk peningkatan kemampuan dan kapasitas dari siswa yang tergabung dalam unit produksi agar dapat bersaing dalam dunia kerja maupun mampu berwirausaha yang baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan secara daring melalui aplikasi whatsapp baik dengan grup whatsapp maupun video call dikarenakan adanya pandemi virus corona covid 19 untuk mengharuskan melakukan social distancing dan physical distancing. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian berupa kuisoner yang dijawab oleh keseluruhan peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan adalah 100 persen peserta merasa senang/puas dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini dengan hasil output tambahan berupa proposal bisnis mini.

Abstract

Wabah corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) yang telah melanda 215 negara di dunia, memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi lembaga pendidikan, khususnya sekolah dasar dalam keberlangsungan proses pembelajarannya. Tantangan diatas menjadikan timbulnya permasalahan baru bagi SDN Tulangampiang untuk secepat mungkin melakukan perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari konvensional ke pembelajaran secara daring. Situasi pembelajaran di SDN Tulangampiang saat ini, sudah berlangsung secara daring namun dirasakan dan dievaluasi kurang optimal. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan media online penunjang pembelajaran berupa Edmodo, secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah. terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang aplikasi Edmodo dengan diindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan nilai dari pretest dan postest serta peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dan senang sehingga dalam proses pelatihan, peserta tidak mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami materi.

Abstract

Untuk menunjang dan mewujudkan visi dan salah satu misi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Saraswati 2 Denpasar yaitu mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mengadakan layanan publik berupa informasi kegiatan di sekolah yang berbasis ICT, diwujudkan dengan adanya jurusan atau kompetensi keahlian yaitu Teknik Komputer & Informatika (Multimedia). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh jurusan ini adalah belum maksimal menerapkan aplikasi dari teori multimedia dikelas untuk menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang dapat dikomersialisasikan di masyarakat. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan multimedia foto dan video. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang multimedia foto dan video dengan diindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan nilai dari pretest dan postest serta peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dan senang sehingga dalam proses pelatihan, peserta tidak mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami materi pelatihan

Abstract

Abstract: To actualize the vision and mission of the Saraswati 2 Vocational High School (SMK) Denpasar, namely to develop and improve high-quality human resources and provide public services in the form of information on ICT-based school activities, formed with the existence of a study program namely Computer Engineering & Informatics (Multimedia). Obstacles and problems currently encountered by the Computer and Informatics Engineering (Multimedia) study program are the lack of marketing training for photo and video products, especially e-commerce, among SMK students in order to realize the school's vision of forming independent graduates. The solution to the problem provided by the implementation of this service is to hold an e-commerce marketing workshop. The procedure or technique for implementing this community service is first, socialization activities, the main activities in the form of training, and monitoring and evaluation. The output of this service is that the process of e-commerce marketing training activities is carried out well and smoothly. Participants were happy and excited in participating in the training and easily understood the training material as indicated by the increase in scores from the pretest and posttest.       Keywords: training; marketing; e-commerce  Abstrak: Untuk merealisasikan visi dan misi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Saraswati 2 Denpasar yaitu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi dan memberikan layanan publik berupa informasi kegiatan di sekolah yang berbasis ICT, dibentuk dengan adanya program studi yaitu Teknik Komputer & Informatika (Multimedia). Kendala dan masalah yang saat ini ditemui oleh program studi Teknik Komputer dan Informatika (Multimedia) ini adalah masih minimnya pelatihan pemasaran untuk produk foto dan video khususnya e-commerce di siswa-siswa SMK guna merealisasikan visi sekolah dalam membentuk tamatan yang mandiri. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mengadakan workshop pemasaran e-commerce. Tata cara atau teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pertama, kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan utama berupa pelatihan, dan monev. Output dari pengabdian ini adalah proses kegiatan pelatihan pemasaran e-commerce terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta senang dan gembira dalam mengikuti pelatihan serta dengan mudah memahami materi pelatihan ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan nilai dari pretest dan postest.Kata kunci: pelatihan; pemasaran; e-commerce
