Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana SDIT Insan Cermat menerapkan fungsi adaministrasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Melalui penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa dalam menetapkan fungsi administrasi dan tenaga kependidikan di SDIT Insan Cermat telah disesuaikan dengan undang-undang yang berlaku Indonesia. Tujuan penerapannya ialah agar mutu pendidikan dapat meningkat, ilmu pengetahuan dapat dikembangkan lebih luas, serta pendidik maupun anak didik dapat mendidik dapat mengabdi pada masyarakat. Terdapat enam komponen dalam melaksanakan fungsi administrasi pendidik dan kependidikan yaitu pendidk dan tenaga pendidik telah merencanakan metode dalam pengajaran, kompensasi, orientasi, serta mengawasi dan memberikan penilaian hingga melakukan pemberhentian. Dengan adanya fungsi administrasi pendidik dan tenaga pendidik telah membuat SDIT Insan Cermat kekurangan staff karena untuk mencapai standar nasional pedidikan, kepala sekolah perlu merekrut tenaga pendidik yang linear dengan pendidikan yang akan diajarkan.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have a great responsibility in building the ethics and personality of their students The challenge of Islamic education today is the emergence of a shift in ethical values and personality in society due to the influence of globalization, technological advances, social problems and disparities in different economic capabilities which indirectly lead to social conflicts, disharmonization of relationships between parents and children, teachers and students and so on. This research aims to develop ethics in the decision-making process in the field of organizational psychology, especially in the Islamic Education Institution SDIT Insan Cermat. This study examines the psychological factors that influence ethical decision-making by leaders and educators, including morality, intrinsic motivation, and perceptions of justice in the organization. Data were collected through interviews and observations. The findings show that the application of ethics in decision-making can strengthen organizational integrity, create a more conducive work atmosphere, and improve the overall performance of the institution.

Abstract

This research is based on the condition of education financing management at Insan Cermat Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), which is the main support for the sustainability of educational activities at the school. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of school-owned financial resources, the level of responsibility and transparency in financial management, minimize errors in fund management, and understand the contribution of school finance to improving the quality of learning in the classroom. The approach used is a qualitative method with a single case study type that focuses on the management of education financing at SDIT Insan Cermat. Data were collected through documentation and interviews. The results showed that SDIT Insan Cermat does not experience financial difficulties in obtaining education funds, and their use is directed for educational purposes. The principal works optimally with the treasurer, so that a number of school programs can run well. The accountability system implemented reflects the school's responsibility, while transparency is realized by displaying the report on the use of funds on the notice board so that it can be accessed by all parties. The utilization of school finances is also proven to support the improvement of the quality of learning in the classroom, marked by the fulfillment of various important facilities and infrastructure. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the management of education financing at SDIT Insan Cermat has been implemented according to good procedures.
