The Shari'ah financial literacy movement is a strategic effort to support the government in educating the public to understand Islamic financial products. Islamic financial products have three pillars, among others, Promoting education programs and national financial literacy campaigns, Strengthening financial literacy infrastructure. With the rapid sharia industry sector and the sizeable Muslim population in Indonesia, it has an impact on the importance of Islamic Financial Literacy to introduce Islamic financial products to the public. This study uses the Library Review method by exploring various reports and journals that are available to obtain information regarding the background of the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Islamic financial literacy movement that has been carried out by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other Financial Institutions to find the right solution for the acceleration of Islamic Financial Literacy.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah kegiatan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup dan mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui program Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKL-PPM). KKL-PPM kelompok 51 Universitas Malahayati 2025 dilaksanakan di Pekon Sri Melati, Kecamatan Wonosobo, Kabupaten Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pemanfaatan digitalisasi dan pentingnya kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Dengan metode penyuluhan dan edukasi pemberdayaan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya respon positif dari masyarakat pekon, khususnya para pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, pemanfaatan digitalisasi seperti penggunaan media sosial dan sistem pencatatan digital, telah meningkatkan akses pasar, efisiensi operasional, dan transparansi transaksi. Sebaliknya, keberhasilan pedagang dalam memanfaatkan peluang digital ditentukan oleh ciri-ciri kewirausahaan seperti inovasi, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan fokus pada pelanggan.

This community service program aims to explore the potential of utilizing shellfish waste on Pasaran Island, Kota Karang Village, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City as a basic material for fertilizer and feed. Shellfish waste, which has not been optimally utilized, contains minerals that are useful for increasing soil fertility and as a source of protein in animal feed. The community service method includes waste collection, processing into organic fertilizer and additional feed, and the use of technology in processing shellfish waste. The stages in this activity are socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the community service program show that the utilization of shellfish waste can increase economic value while reducing environmental waste on Pasaran Island, Kota Karang, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City. This utilization model is expected to be a sustainable solution for waste management while supporting the local economic development of the Pasaran Island community.

This study investigates the CAPE Ratio values of stock issuers in the LQ-45 Index compared to those in the ESG Leaders Index, employing a quantitative approach to assess whether the ESG Leaders Index yields higher returns. The findings reveal that most issuers in both indices are undervalued relative to the LQ-45 Index, indicating potential for future returns. However, the LQ-45 Index has a greater number of overvalued issuers than the ESG Leaders Index. Notably, the study acknowledges limitations, including a lack of exploration into the relationship between the CAPE Ratio and non-financial factors such as ESG scores, and a narrow focus on Indonesian indices without comparative analysis with foreign indices. Future research is recommended to explore these relationships, apply the CAPE Ratio across specific sectors, and compare Indonesia's ESG Index with those in Southeast Asia, thereby enriching understanding of valuation dynamics in relation to ESG factors.

This study aims to analyze the effects of human resource administration, information technology utilization, and employee data governance on organizational efficiency, with digital competence as a mediating variable at PT Sucofindo Bandar Lampung Branch. The study is motivated by the need to improve operational effectiveness amid rapid digital transformation, particularly in inspection, certification, and testing services that require data accuracy and traceability. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of permanent employees using purposive sampling. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, while data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that human resource administration, information technology utilization, and employee data governance significantly influence digital competence. Furthermore, digital competence contributes to organizational efficiency by accelerating work processes, reducing administrative errors, improving reporting accuracy, and optimizing the use of digital systems. The findings confirm that digital competence plays an important mediating role in strengthening organizational efficiency. Therefore, companies need to continuously enhance employee digital competence, integrate information technology systems, and improve employee data governance to support operational efficiency and sustainable digital transformation.

ABSTRACT Community health empowerment can be carried out through health screening and education activities that help residents recognize their health conditions and understand risk factors for non-communicable diseases. This community service activity was conducted as part of the Fieldwork and Community Empowerment Learning Program (KKL-PPM) in RW 04, Mulyosari Village, Metro Barat District, Metro City, Lampung Province, focusing on the implementation of the Free Health Check (CKG) program. The activity aimed to provide access to blood pressure and blood glucose screening while delivering health information as an initial step toward early detection. The implementation stages included community observation, program preparation, health examinations, recording the results, and providing education to participants. A total of 31 people participated in the screening. The results showed that 18 participants had blood pressure within the normal range, while 13 had high blood pressure. For blood glucose screening, 25 participants had results in the normal category, whereas 6 had elevated results. These findings provide an initial overview of participants’ blood pressure and blood glucose levels at the time of the activity. Overall, the CKG program served as a promotive and preventive health service through basic screening and the provision of health information. The activity also created opportunities to encourage regular health checks and follow-up through local health services. Thus, CKG can serve as an initial step in supporting the identification of health risk factors in the community, without replacing further examinations or diagnosis by healthcare professionals. ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan kesehatan masyarakat dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pemeriksaan dan edukasi yang membantu warga mengenali kondisi kesehatannya serta memahami faktor risiko penyakit tidak menular. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam program Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKL-PPM) di RW 04 Desa Mulyosari, Kecamatan Metro Barat, Kabupaten Metro, Provinsi Lampung, dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG). Kegiatan bertujuan memberikan akses pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan gula darah sekaligus menyampaikan informasi kesehatan sebagai langkah awal deteksi dini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup observasi kondisi masyarakat, persiapan program, pemeriksaan kesehatan, pencatatan hasil, serta penyampaian edukasi kepada peserta. Sebanyak 31 orang mengikuti pemeriksaan. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan bahwa 18 peserta memiliki tekanan darah dalam batas normal, sedangkan 13 peserta menunjukkan tekanan darah tinggi. Pada pemeriksaan gula darah, 25 peserta memperoleh hasil dalam kategori normal dan 6 peserta menunjukkan hasil tinggi. Temuan tersebut memberikan gambaran awal mengenai kondisi tekanan darah dan gula darah peserta pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Secara keseluruhan, program CKG menjadi sarana pelayanan promotif dan preventif melalui pemeriksaan dasar serta penyampaian informasi kesehatan. Kegiatan ini juga membuka peluang untuk mendorong pemeriksaan berkala dan tindak lanjut melalui layanan kesehatan setempat. Dengan demikian, CKG dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mendukung pengenalan faktor risiko kesehatan masyarakat, tanpa menggantikan pemeriksaan lanjutan atau penetapan diagnosis oleh tenaga kesehatan.

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKL-PPM) merupakan bentuk pengabdian yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk berkontribusi melalui edukasi dan kegiatan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui dua bentuk edukasi, yaitu sosialisasi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) kepada masyarakat RW 003 Kelurahan Mulyosari dan edukasi serta simulasi pertolongan pertama kepada siswa SMP Negeri 9 Metro. Sosialisasi PBB dilaksanakan berdasarkan rekomendasi pihak kelurahan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memenuhi kewajiban pembayaran PBB. Wilayah RW 003 memiliki sasaran sebanyak 120 kepala keluarga dengan rata-rata tagihan PBB sebesar Rp20.000 per kepala keluarga. Kegiatan menetapkan target 50 peserta dan dihadiri oleh 23 orang atau sebesar 46%, dengan seluruh RT memiliki perwakilan. Edukasi pertolongan pertama dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) dan dua perwakilan siswa perempuan dari setiap kelas VII, VIII, dan IX. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan peserta melalui pertanyaan mengenai denda keterlambatan dan manfaat pembayaran PBB, serta pertanyaan siswa mengenai teknik mengepalkan tangan saat membantu korban tersedak. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi PBB, tercatat sekitar 10 warga melakukan pembayaran PBB. Pada kegiatan pertolongan pertama, demonstrasi membantu peserta memperoleh gambaran yang lebih konkret mengenai teknik penanganan kondisi darurat. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang disertai diskusi dan praktik dapat menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta serta memberikan pemahaman yang lebih aplikatif dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
