Abstract

The Shari'ah financial literacy movement is a strategic effort to support the government in educating the public to understand Islamic financial products. Islamic financial products have three pillars, among others, Promoting education programs and national financial literacy campaigns, Strengthening financial literacy infrastructure. With the rapid sharia industry sector and the sizeable Muslim population in Indonesia, it has an impact on the importance of Islamic Financial Literacy to introduce Islamic financial products to the public. This study uses the Library Review method by exploring various reports and journals that are available to obtain information regarding the background of the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Islamic financial literacy movement that has been carried out by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other Financial Institutions to find the right solution for the acceleration of Islamic Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah kegiatan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup dan mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui program Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKL-PPM). KKL-PPM kelompok 51 Universitas Malahayati 2025 dilaksanakan di Pekon Sri Melati, Kecamatan Wonosobo, Kabupaten Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pemanfaatan digitalisasi dan pentingnya kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Dengan metode penyuluhan dan edukasi pemberdayaan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya respon positif dari masyarakat pekon, khususnya para pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, pemanfaatan digitalisasi seperti penggunaan media sosial dan sistem pencatatan digital, telah meningkatkan akses pasar, efisiensi operasional, dan transparansi transaksi. Sebaliknya, keberhasilan pedagang dalam memanfaatkan peluang digital ditentukan oleh ciri-ciri kewirausahaan seperti inovasi, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan fokus pada pelanggan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to explore the potential of utilizing shellfish waste on Pasaran Island, Kota Karang Village, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City as a basic material for fertilizer and feed. Shellfish waste, which has not been optimally utilized, contains minerals that are useful for increasing soil fertility and as a source of protein in animal feed. The community service method includes waste collection, processing into organic fertilizer and additional feed, and the use of technology in processing shellfish waste. The stages in this activity are socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the community service program show that the utilization of shellfish waste can increase economic value while reducing environmental waste on Pasaran Island, Kota Karang, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City. This utilization model is expected to be a sustainable solution for waste management while supporting the local economic development of the Pasaran Island community.
