Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan di wisata air D’Ganjaran di Desa Sambibulu Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Desa Sambibulu memiliki obyek wisata yaitu wisata air D’Ganjaran dan agrowisata. Wisata air D’Ganjaran memiliki unit usaha: kolam perahu bebek, mobil aki, flying fox, café, kolam renang, mandi bola, panggung gembira dan UMKM batik jumput. Agrowisata di Desa Sambibulu adalah tanaman buah jambu. Kedua bisnis unit ini dikelola oleh BUMDes Sambi Madu. Wisata Air D’Ganjaran memiliki prospek yang bagus, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya jumlah wisatawan. Namun belum ada perencanaan pengembangan yang dibuat oleh BUMDes Sambi Madu karena kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih rendah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Tata Kelola BUMDes yang kurang baik, manajemen keuangan yang masih konvensional dan belum menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang modern. Kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan untuk: 1). Penguatan tata kelola BUMDes, 2). Penggunaan sistem pembukuan yang akuntable, 3). Penggunaan web, instagram untuk promosi pemasaran. Metode PKM yang dipakai adalah: pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan kepada pengelola dan pengurus BUMDes. PKM dilakukan mulai bulan April 2022 sampai Agustus 2022. Hasil PKM yaitu terbentuknya struktur organisasi kelembagaan dan tata kelola BUMDes yang profesional, manajemen keuangan sesuai prinsip akuntasi dan strategi pemasaran modern. Hasil PKM ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan wisata air D’Ganjaran lebih baik dengan pesat dan BUMDes Sambi Madu dapat membuat rencana pengembangan wisata air D’Ganjaran dengan memanfaatkan dana hibah yang didapat dari Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi untuk pembangunan kolam renang orang dewasa dan anak-anak.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and provide a written explanation of the variables using a literature review of various scientific articles related to the scientific article. The research results of digitization transformation with significant productivity, transformation with significant added value,transformation with significant downstream research use qualitative methods. Suggestions for the future with the current limitations of researchers in searching for literature reviews, the results of this study can add characteristics and knowledge in digitalization transformation in general. The novelty of this study is that there is a significant relationship between variables and can be made in the latest framework.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the impact of motivation and a transformational leadership style on the productivity of PT. Bintang Kadiri employees in Kediri Regency, to ascertain the impact of transformational leadership style and motivation on the output of PT. Bintang Kadiri employees, and to determine the indirect impact of transformational leadership style and motivation on performance through job satisfaction of PT. Bintang Kadiri employees as well as ascertaining the impact of job satisfaction has a significant impact on the performance of the company PT. Bintang Kadiri. The goal of this study, which involved 30 respondents, was to determine how transformational leadership style and motivation affect job satisfaction and how those factors affect the performance of PT. Bintang Kadiri personnel. The study's findings for the first hypothesis led to an explanation of how PT. Bintang Kadiri employees' job satisfaction is influenced by their motivation and transformational leadership style at the same time, the second premise can be justified by showing how the motivation and leadership style of PT. Bintang Kadiri personnel have an impact on their performance, the third theory is that employees of PT. Bintang Kadiri from Motivation perform better when their leaders adopt a transformational style, and the fourth hypothesis showed the employee performance at PT. Bintang Kadiri is significantly impacted by job satisfaction.
