Abstract

The research in this thesis is based on the development of educational institutions today, so many are experiencing difficulties in developing and even no longer operating (closing), because they may not be able to survive in the current era of disruption. This is a problem that we often encounter in various regions, both rural and urban. Cost is also one of the influencing factors in the development and progress of schools or educational institutions and even affects the quality of students inside and outside school. In this study using qualitative methods, more precisely descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. The data obtained are in the form of written words, oral speech, forms of behavior that can be observed through interviews, observation and documentation. This specific finding description relates to the results of the study, compiled based on answers to questions in the research through interviews, documentation, and direct observations in the field. Abstract

This study evaluates the establishment of clean water facilities in Pasir Tugu Village, Ciasmara, focusing on the planning, implementation, and impact of the clean water supply system. This community service initiative is driven by the lack of clean water facilities in every home to meet daily needs. The objectives of this service are to identify the needs and challenges in providing clean water, evaluate the implementation process of the clean water system, and assess the system's impact on water quality. The methods employed include initial meetings with residents, community participation, needs surveys, water quality testing, and impact evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in water quality and community health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap etos kerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Islam LLDIKTI Wilayah IV Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey untuk menjawab uji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Responden penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 120 dosen, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster random sampling. Kuesioner kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja dosen, budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja dosen. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan etos kerja dosen dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan efektifitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi yang kondusif
