Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of education, teacher involvement and commitment need to be considered. Job satisfaction and organizational culture can be factors that influence teacher organizational commitment. This research aims to identify and analyse the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on teacher organizational commitment at the Al Jahidiyah Foundation, Geger District, Bangkalan Regency. The population of this study was all teachers at the Al Zahidiyah Foundation, Geger District, Bangkalan Regency, totaling 33 teachers. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results show that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant role in forming teachers' organizational commitment. This shows that the higher the level of teacher job satisfaction, the higher their level of organizational commitment. Apart from that, organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on teacher organizational commitment. The implication is that teachers who perceive a positive organizational culture tend to have higher levels of organizational commitment. These factors mutually strengthen their influence on organizational commitment. Therefore, increasing job satisfaction and establishing a positive organizational culture can increase organizational commitment, contributing to improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to foster Islamic character among teenagers through the study of the Ushfuriyah book at the Nurul Hasani Mosque, Kraton District. This activity uses an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach that focuses on exploring and utilizing local community assets as a basis for community empowerment. The implementation stages include mapping community assets, mobilizing assets through program design, participatory implementation of activities, and reflective evaluation of learning outcomes. The program results show a significant improvement in three main areas of character building among participants, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. In the cognitive aspect, participants showed an increase in understanding of moral values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and sincerity integrated with social reality. In the affective aspect, spiritual awareness, empathy, and internal motivation to improve oneself grew. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor aspect, there was visible behavior in the form of discipline, social involvement, and responsibility in mosque activities. These results prove that the study of classical texts can play a strategic role in Islamic character building for youth when packaged in a participatory, contextual, and community-based manner. Thus, the mosque once again functions as a center for moral formation and social transformation in the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai pengaruh Peran Keluarga terhadap Semangat Belajar Siswa di SMP Noor Mushalla Surabaya. Peran keluarga diduga sangat mempengaruhi tingkat semangat mereka untuk belajar. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan seluruh siswa di SMP Noor Musalla Surabaya kelas 7 dan 8 sebanyak 59 siswa. Data primer digali dengan teknik survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder digali dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara secara langsung kepada siswa dan kepada anggota keluarga. Analisis data menggunakan regresi garis berganda untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari dinamika kelompok dan motivasi belajar. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kelompok mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (52,8%). Temuan ini pentingnya peran keluarga, baik dalam aspek emosional maupun semangat dan dukungan, dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian menggaris bawahi perlunya program kolaboratif antara sekolah dan orang tua guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung.
