Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin, pemerintah memberikan berbagai macam bantuan sosial salah satunya Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Permasalahan utamanya adalah masih sering terjadi tidak tepat sasaran penerima PKH. Penyebab utama salah satunya adalah ketika petugas melakukan pendataan warga masih kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan urutan kriteria calon penerima yang paling layak mendapatkan program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan alternatif solusi dalam pengambilan keputusan pemberian bantuan sosial PKH dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan SAW. Metode AHP digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria program yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, sedangkan SAW digunakan untuk tahapan perankingan warga calon penerima program. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah penentuan calon penerima PKH di Kelurahan Karanganyar Gunung Kota Semarang. Tahapan penelitian studi literatur terkait Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dan bantuan sosial kemiskinan, Pengambilan data PKH, penerapan metode AHP dan SAW pada PKH, dan hasil preferensi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kriteria yang paling tinggi nilai bobotnya yaitu pada kriteria ibu hamil/menyusui dengan nilai 0,322, sedangkan nilai bobot terendah pada kriteria Anggota Rumah Tangga (ART) dengan nilai 0,018, dan ini menghasilkan nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu 0,895. Hasil tersebut konsisten berdasarkan nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) = 0,0946, sehingga dapat ditentukan Ny Siswo Suwarno menduduki ranking tertinggi untuk mendapatkan Bansos.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Raudhatul 'Ulum is a community-based religious education institution established at the initiative of Jamaah Musholla Al Iman aimed at kindergarten and elementary school age children in the area of ​​RW 01, Kelurahan Manyaran, West Semarang District, Semarang City. The learning system at TPQ Raudhatul 'Ulum is done face-to-face every afternoon. In mid-March 2020 when the Covid-19 pandemic began to hit Indonesia, face-to-face learning had to be replaced with online learning. When the pandemic is under control, a new normal era will be implemented with learning using a blended learning system. The application of blended learning is to simultaneously apply three learning strategies that are combined into one form of learning, namely: online learning, face-to-face learning and independent learning. The application of the blended learning strategy creates problems for TPQ Raudhatul 'Ulum teachers, namely: teachers are not yet skilled in online learning management as a basis for blended learning, teachers are not yet skilled in the use of software for the preparation of online learning media, teachers are not yet skilled in preparing materials and assignments in independent learning, teachers are not yet skilled in the use of online learning support tools. The priority solution in this PKM is the implementation of training and assistance in blended learning-based learning management. Teachers are also given software training for the preparation of online learning media in accordance with the concept of blended learning. Training on the preparation of materials and assignments in independent learning was also carried out, as well as training in the use of online learning support tools.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country has problems related to poverty. The government tries to overcome the problem of poverty from year to year by launching various aid programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The distribution of PKH social assistance (bansos) can actually help millions of beneficiaries every year, but there are also obstacles related to the lack of precise targeting of beneficiaries, which often occurs because there is no definite standard in the hierarchy of criteria for beneficiaries. Using the Decision Making System (SPK) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method can provide an alternative to prioritizing aid recipients to assist decisions made by officers and related office holders. The AHP method is used to weight the poverty criteria, while the PROMETHEE method is used to rank the priority of social assistance recipients. Using 45 data on prospective PKH social assistance recipients in Karanganyar Gunung Village who were selected based on 14 poverty criteria, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) resulted in a priority ranking of social assistance recipients. The ranking is based on the netflow value, the higher the value, the higher the priority level. The ranking using this method gives results in the form of residents with the first priority of receiving social assistance with a net flow value of 0.342 owned by Sumirah followed by Meliyani Kusrini with a net flow value of 0.325.

Abstract

Flanker Distro or known as Flanker Flag Shop is one of the names of distros engaged in the sale of various types of racing-themed t-shirts, jackets and hats. The problem that occurs in Flanker distro is that sales patterns have not yet been formed, making the owner experience difficulties in determining what products must be provided at a certain time and the stored transaction data is only used as an archive, even though the transaction data can be processed and used as useful information to determine future business strategy. With the large number of existing sales transaction data, it will be difficult if the data is analyzed manually, so to overcome this problem a system is needed to process the data automatically so that it is easy to get sales patterns. The results of this processing will produce transaction information to help determine product sales patterns. The implementation will be made in the form of a web application that uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling method and the a priori algorithm by providing relationships between items in sales data. In this case, it is a product purchased by a consumer so that a consumer buying pattern will be obtained. The application of the Apriori Algorithm helps in forming possible item combination candidates, then testing whether the combination meets the minimum support and confidence parameters which are the threshold values given by the user. The test was carried out with monthly Flanker distro transaction data from January to July 2022 with a total of 316 sales transaction data. The results of the analysis are obtained after calculating the association rule using the minimum support rule of 5 and a minimum confidence of 30%. So that later it will produce information that can be the basis for Flanker distro owners to determine business strategies and carry out product production in the following months, semesters and years.

Abstract

The government's program of Social Assistance (Bansos) aims to improve the welfare of poverty in order to increase economic value, targeting that the recipients of the social assistance are the poor. There are still some obstacles in receiving social assistance, which are considered to be uneven, duplicate data and mistargeted. There are various models of determining poverty, one of which is based on calculations from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). These provisions are used by the government in providing social assistance to be right on target. The determination of social assistance recipients according to BPS has 14 poverty criteria, namely: eating as much as a day, medical expenses, sources of income, sources of lighting, cooking fuel, toilet facilities, consumption of types of food, floor area, types of walls, sources of drinking water, savings , type of floor, buying clothes, and education of the head of the household. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which are used to rank Social Assistance recipients. The AHP method is used to weight the poverty criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternative social assistance recipients, so as to produce recommendations for social assistance recipients. The test was carried out using 45 data from prospective social assistance recipients, the result was that the eligible recipients were in first place A4 with a value of -11.09028, in second place A5 with a preference value of -9.40301, third place A2 with a value of -7.30247 , fourth in A1 with a preference value of -4.33412, and fifth in A3 with a preference value of 9.35849.

Abstract

One important aspect of the poverty alleviation strategy is the availability of accurate poverty data, so that the government in providing social assistance (Bansos) can be right on target. The problem is that if there is an inaccuracy in the identification process when recording citizen data, it will affect the process of verifying and validating data on prospective Social Assistance recipients. Inaccuracies in prospective Social Assistance recipients can occur due to the process of collecting data on citizen identities and applying the wrong criteria for poverty requirements and the data is not up to date. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system to identify, verify, and validate data on prospective Social Assistance recipients. The identification stage for potential recipients of social assistance is carried out at the RT/RW and Kelurahan levels. The verification stage is carried out by fulfilling the requirements of the poverty criteria. Meanwhile, the validation stage is used to determine the ranking of potential social assistance recipients. The verification process is carried out at the Kelurahan and Kecamatan levels, while the validation process is at the Regency/City level. The waterfall method is used in the development of information system prototypes for prospective Social Assistance recipients with system analysis and design using use case, activity, and sequence diagrams. The prototype was tested with CRUD and trial & error, the result is a prototype system application that is able to collect citizen data by applying a priority scale for prospective recipients of social assistance based on a web by fulfilling the requirements of 14 poverty criteria according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).

Abstract

Industri percetakan memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung berbagai sektor dengan kebutuhan cetakan. Memilih mesin percetakan yang sesuai merupakan tantangan strategis bagi perusahaan percetakan untuk menjawab tuntutan pasar yang dinamis. Faktor seperti jenis produksi, kapasitas, kecepatan cetak, dan inovasi teknologi menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam mengambil keputusan yang optimal untuk mencapai hasil produksi maksimal. Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) danTechnique Order Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS) yang digunakan  untuk perangkingan  mesin percetakan. Metode AHP digunakan  untuk  melakukan pembobotan  pada  kriteria  spesifikasi mesin,  sedangkan  metode TOPSIS digunakan  untuk  perangkingan  alternatif  mesin percetakan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 5 data nama mesin percetakan pada sebuah industri pecetakan. Hasil perangkingan di atas maka diperoleh urutan perangkingan mesin percetakan adalah Heidelberg XL 106 dengan nilai preferensi 1, Komori Lithorone G40 nilai preferensi 0,66491 , K&B Rapida 106 nilai preferensi 0,27434, Roland 900 Evolution dengan nilai 0,61316, Mitsubishi Diamond dengan nilai 0,13676.

Abstract

Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Tunas Bangsa yang berada di Taman Pintar Manyaran Semarang pada dua tahun terakhir mencanangkan sebagai kampung digital bagi masyarakat RW 01 Kelurahan Manyaran Semarang Barat. Hal ini berimbas terhadap PAUD yang juga harus memberikan sistem pembelajaran digital. Namun hingga saat ini baru memilik perangkat Smart TV dan internet yang digunakan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran PAUD, dan belum memanfaatkan perangkat digital yang lain seperti Tablet dan Smartphone untuk menunjang pembelajaran digital. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menerapkan sistem pembelajaran digital berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dengan tema binatang pada PAUD Tunas Bangsa. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengembangkan aplikasi AR tema Binatang, melakukan instalasi aplikasi ke perangkat Tablet dan Smartphone, menguji aplikasi, melatih guru, dan menerapakan pada pembelajaran PAUD. Manfaatnya untuk memberikan pembelajaran bernuansa permainan digital sehingga anak tidak bosan bahkan menjadi menarik perhatian anak, tervisualisasi pada obyek nyata dengan langsung mencoba sehingga memudahkan pemahaman terhadap anak terkait obyek yang dipelajari khususnya mengenal jenis, ciri-ciri dan perilaku hewan.

Abstract

The application of Information Technology (IT) often poses risks, such as incorrect application processes, data theft and data corruption. With the increasing risk, greater control is needed. For this reason, it is necessary to see whether the running system is equipped with adequate control. The Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPENDA) of Central Java Province has utilized IT in its activities. The absence of adequate information security standards impacts data or information that is less secure, both in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The aims and objectives of the research are to measure KAMI risk maturity, such as conducting an IT assessment managed by BAPENDA. For example, vehicle tax payment service application, Android (New Sakpole), and IT infrastructure. The results of KAMI Maturity Level at BAPENDA in security policy clauses were 0.76, organization KAMI 1.24, control asset classification 0.63, personnel security 1.12, incident management KAMI 1.21, business continuity management 0.51, physical and environmental security 1.61, system development and maintenance 2.94, access control 4.18, communications and operations management 4.58 and, compliance 2.07. Mapping asset identification with NIST-CSF obtained several assets: hardware, software, employee, and information/data. The results show that assets in BAPENDA have a high risk (High) Risk Avoidance, so they require mitigation using NIST controls and Annex ISO-IEC 27001:2013.
