Abstract

This research aims to know the difference in mathematical reasoning ability learners acquire learning Metaphorical Thinking (MT) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in terms of the disposition of Mathematics (high and low). This research was conducted at the Mathematics Education Department of Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. The research design used was the treatment by level 2, with the free variables are both learning MT and PBL, the variable is the ability of mathematical reasoning, and moderator variable was the disposition of mathematics. The research method used is the sample number of experiments with as many as 72 respondents. Data analyzed using a two-way ANOVA test. The results of this research indicate that: (1) there is no influence of the interaction model of learning MT and mathematical reasoning ability against the disposition of mathematics, (2) there is the influence of learning models MT.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this study is to differ the Creative Problem Solving learning model and the Constructivism learning model in understanding mathematical concepts. This research was conducted at PB Islamic High School. Soedirman Cijantung East Jakarta precisely in class X. The research method used to test these differences is the quasi-experimental method. Population of class X students of Islamic High School PB. Soedirman Cijantung used as a sample of 54 students, with the sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The research instrument used was a test ability to understand mathematical concepts in the form of a description of 10 questions that had been tested previously. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, then in this study it can be concluded that based on the analysis with the t-test, t_count> ttable is obtained. From the test results obtained the ability to understand mathematical concepts using the Creative Problem Solving learning model is higher than the Constructivism learning model. So it can be concluded that there is a different effect between the application of the Creative Problem Solving learning model and the Constructivism learning model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient dan task commitment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 24 Jakarta, sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling sejumlah 36 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket untuk variable adversity quotient dan variabel task commitment serta soal tes (essay) untuk variable kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Instrumen divalidasi sebelum disebar untuk pengambilan data. Data yang dipeoleh diuji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan multikolinieritas. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji regreasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesisnya dengan taraf signifikan 5%, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, (2) Terdapat pengaruh task commitment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, (3) Terdapat pengaruh adversity quotient dan task commitment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika,

Abstract

Setiap guru harus memiliki naluri kewirausahaan sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik. Artinya, untuk menghasilkan guru dan siswa yang bernaluri kewirauhaan sejak usia dini, maka guru harus menjadi contoh bagaimana bernaluri kewirausahaan. Jadi untuk menjadi wirausaha yang berhasil, persyaratan utama yang harus dimiliki adalah memiliki jiwa dan watak kewirausahaan. Jiwa dan watak kewirausahaan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan, kemampuan atau kompetensi. Kompetensi itu sendiri ditentukan oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman usaha. Seorang wirausaha memerlukan beberapa keterampilan yaitu, keterampilan dasar dan keterampilan khusus. Agar bisa untuk menjadi seoranag guru yang berkualitas, guru harus memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan. TEACHER PRENEUR SHIP akan dapat memunculkan sikap mental dan jiwa seorang guru yang selalu aktif atau kreatif, berdaya, bercipta, bekarsa, dan bersahaja dalam berusaha untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui kegiatan usahanya di sekolah. Sorang guru yang mempunyai sifat TEACHER PRENEUR SHIP akan dapat menciptakan seorang guru – guru baru yang tidak suka mempersoalkan masalah, tetapi lebih suka memecahkan suatu masalah. Seorang Guru yang mempunyai jiwa kewirausahaan mempunyai 3 kompetensi yang pertama Teachnical skill, Conceptual skill,dan Human Skill.
