Abstract

Natural disaster is an event related to natural phenomena that causes damage to a location on a small to large scale. According to data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the number of disasters that occurred in Central Sulawesi in 2016–2020 totaled 251 cases. Determining the location of natural disasters will be one of the factors to facilitate government access in solving problems. Until now, the government does not have a Geographic Information System (GIS) in the form of mapping the location points of natural disasters that have occurred. Based on the problems above, a website-based information system was created, namely "Geographical Information System for Mapping the Central Sulawesi Natural Disaster. The aim is to provide information to the public, so that it can facilitate agencies in distributing information to the public in finding disaster information. Based on the results of the analysis using GIS using a questionnaire, the average results of the two variables were obtained, with an assessment of the first variable of 81.8% and the second variable of 89.4%. Abstract

The country of Indonesia is seen as one that is particularly vulnerable to natural catastrophes as well as calamities brought on by human activity. A disaster that may be brought on by both natural and human sources is a flood. Disasters brought on by flooding are unpredictable occurrences that frequently cause losses in the form of property damage, the theft of assets, and lost productivity at work and in school. Through this prediction information system, the people can find out the level of risk of flooding through excessive rainfall. in order to better anticipate and prepare for all possibilities that occur before the flood, the method used is Single Exponential Smoothing. This method was chosen because of the simple way the system works to find predictive values ??through past data. With this system, researchers can input rainfall data taken from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, then the data is processed through the system and if rainfall gets high results. The risk of flooding will also be very high and a warning will be given to the public so that better prepared for the risk of flooding. The results obtained from this study are the results of an analysis of the exponential method single to obtain accurate rainfall prediction information with data MAD, MSE and MAPE.

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia dimulai dengan lahirnya janin dalam kandungan. Manusia telah berpindah dari kehidupan kemasa perjuangan, salah satunya menghadapi kemungkinan kekurangan zat nutrisi yang diterima. Ketika seorang ibu menghadapi kurangnya gizi selama kehamilan, maka menimbulkan masalah bagi ibu maupun janinnya, seperti anemia, pendarahan dan berat badan ibu tidal bertambah secara normal. Kekurangan gizi dapat mempengaruhi proses persalinan yang menyebabkan  persalinan akan sulit dan lama, kelahiran premature dan pendarahan postpartum, mempengaruhi perkembangan  janin dan menyebabkan abortus, keguguran, cacat lahir dan berat lahir bayi rendah. Terutama masalah gizi ibu hamil di pengaruhi faktor ekonomi yang dimana tingkat kemampuan material ibu hamil masih banyak di garis kemiskinan. Oleh kaena itu Penelitian dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan system pendukung keputusan penentuan nutrisi pada masa kehamilan dengan menggunakan metode harris benedict. Rancangan system ini didesain secara terstruktur menggunakan UML, meliputi model use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram dan class diagram. Dalam menentukan nutrisi yang baik dan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh ibu hamil, maka dibutuhkan suatu hasil dan saran dari hasil perhitungan jumlah nutrisi yang akan membantu para ibu hamil untuk mengoptimalkan dan memaksimalkan pola hidup yang sehat.Penelitian ini memberikan solusi dalam menentukan jumlah nutrisi atau rekomendasi asupan nutrisi dan system mampu memberikan Hasil penentuan jumlah nutrisi yang akurat sehingga dapat memberikan suatu alternatif pengambilan keputusan.berdasarkan hasil pengujian ahli gizi dengan kesamaan hasil penentuan nutrisi dengan system menghasilkan persentase 90%. Berdasarkan pengujian blackbox yang telah dilakukan system ini menghasilkan output sesuai dengan diharapkan oleh 30 responden dengan persentase kelengkapan informasi 89,33%, kebutuhan pengguna 96,67%, kemudian akses 93,33%. Human life begins with the birth of the fetus in the womb. Humans have moved from life to struggle, one of which faces the possibility of lack of nutrients received. When a mother faces malnutrition during pregnancy, it causes problems for both the mother and her fetus, such as anemia, bleeding and the mother's weight does not increase normally. Malnutrition can affect the labor process causing labor to be difficult and long, premature birth and postpartum bleeding, affecting fetal development and causing abortion, miscarriage, birth defects and low birth weight of the baby. Especially the nutritional problems of pregnant women are influenced by economic factors where the level of material ability of pregnant women is still at the poverty line. Therefore, research was conducted to design and implement a decision support system for determining nutrition during pregnancy using the harris benedict method. The design of this system is designed in a structured manner using UML, including model use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. In determining good nutrition and in accordance with what is needed by pregnant women, it takes a result and advice from the calculation of the amount of nutrients that will help pregnant women to optimize and maximize a healthy lifestyle. This research provides solutions in determining the amount of nutrients or nutritional intake recommendations and the system is able to provide accurate results of determining the amount of nutrients so as to provide an alternative decision making. Based on the results of nutritionist testing with the similarity of the results of determining nutrition with the system produces a percentage of 90%. Based on blackbox testing that has been carried out, this system produces output as expected by 30 respondents with a percentage of completeness of information 89.33%, user needs 96.67%, then access 93.33%.

Abstract

Bahasa daerah adalah sebuah budaya yang telah diwariskan turun-temurun dan menjadi sebuah bukti peradaban, seni, identitas, kebanggaan, dan keberadaan suatu bangsa. Salah satunya ialah Bahasa Pamona yang berasal dari Sulawesi Tengah. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi, pengetahuan akan budaya bahasa daerah semakin memudar. Munculnya budaya-budaya asing, kondisi masyarakat yang multietnik, serta penggunaan bahasa indonesia itu sendiri menyebabkan pergeseran budaya daerah termasuk penggunaan bahasa daerah. Oleh karena itu melalui Aplikasi permainan edukasi bahasa pamona berbasis android ini dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kembali minat dalam mepelajari bahasa daerah khususnya bahasa pamona serta menjadi sarana untuk melestarikan budaya daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dalam perancangannya. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak CorelDraw dalam proses pembuatan asset dan UI dari game serta Construct 2 dalam pembuatan aplikasi game edukasi bahasa pamona. Aplikasi juga telah diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox dengan hasil 100% yang menunjukan bahwa system telah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan game berkembang pesat di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Industri pengembangan game juga telah berkembang menjadi industri yang menjanjikan. Terbukti dengan banyaknya perusahaan proses pembelajaran dengan konsep “bermain sambil belajar”. Bagi sebagian anak, kata "belajar" sangat menakutkan. Dengan bantuan permainan edukasi yang menarik ini, anak akan mengerti bahwa belajar itu menyenangkan dan otomatis anak akan mulai belajar. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi game edukasi berbasis mobile yang dapat menghibur anak-anak sekaligus memperluas pengetahuan tentang topik aritmatika atau matematika. Analisis ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Metode Pengujian Sistem yang peneliti gunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Sempel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di Kota Palu. Berdasarkan hasil dari kuesioner sebanyak 24 responden ditemukan Total skor kelayakan dari data data aspek materi dan data aspek kelayakan media sejumlah 1005 (83,75%) dari skor yang diharapkan yaitu 1200 (100%). Total skor tersebut termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak di gunakan untuk anak yang berusia 10 tahun.

Abstract

Nutrition is a human's physical condition resulting from the balance of energy supplied and then released by the body. Nutrition is important to support the growth and development of babies. The period of toddlerhood is a very important period, because if the nutritional status of young children is inadequate then complications can arise in their health. The system used to determine children's nutrition is the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) method. This technique is a way to classify or group several test data whose classes are not yet known. This system uses variables based on anthropometric data or the baby's body sequence, namely childhood, child's weight, height and child's condition. The algorithm used in this research is K-NN in the child nutritional status classification system which determines whether the child's status is normal or not. The system development method used is Waterfall. According to the results of accuracy measurements, the success rate for determining the nutritional status of toddlers using this system was 79.17%

Abstract

This study analyzes public sentiment regarding candidates in the 2024 DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election utilizing a Support Vector Machine (SVM) approach. Recognizing the pivotal role of social media, particularly Twitter, in shaping public opinion, the research addresses the challenges of processing large volumes of unstructured data. Through systematic data preprocessing and feature extraction, the SVM model was applied, achieving a sentiment classification accuracy of 70%. The analysis revealed a distribution of sentiments where 36.1% of comments were positive, 33.4% negative, and 30.5% neutral. These findings illustrate the complexities of public discourse surrounding key political events, highlighting the model's efficacy and the nuances of sentiment detection. Moreover, discussions on model limitations elucidate areas for enhancement, suggesting future avenues including the adoption of more sophisticated algorithms and improved data processing techniques. This research contributes to the understanding of voter sentiment dynamics in a significant electoral context, providing insights that may assist campaign strategies and political analyses in Indonesia.

Abstract

Konsep mengelola kota dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang saat ini dikenal dengan smart city. Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi menjadi tantangan pengelola kota untuk bertransformasi. Dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat untuk mendukung infrastruktur teknologi yang digunakan. Penggunan big data pada teknologi smart city merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan tantangan yang dihadapi. Big data dapat mengelola sumber daya secara efesien. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah kajian pustaka terkait pemanfaatan big data pada smart city. Penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa model analitik yang sering digunakan dalam analisis big data pada smart city. Hal ini memungkinkan untuk solusi berbagai komponen di kota cerdas. Abstract

Ampana City Computer Informatics Vocational School students have problems with enthusiasm for learning at school due to the lack of motivation provided. As a result, many students are lazy to listen or follow class subjects. From the description of the existing problem, the researcher tried to create information media to provide motivation to students which is related to the benefits and goals of learning, using Artificial Intelligence which is formed in a subject information chatbot.  The Naïve Bayes Classifier method is used to build chatbots. Assuming independence between features, Naive Bayes is able to work well on text-based classification such as processing questions and answers in chatbots. So you can answer students' questions accurately. The research results show that the use of chatbots contributes significantly to increasing learning motivation, as shown by the Paired Sample T-test of 0.05, indicating that there is a significant increase in student interest in learning. In addition, system testing shows an accuracy rate of 100% in providing responses to student questions. Artificial intelligence-based chatbots can be an effective innovation in supporting learning and increasing students' interest in learning in technology-based educational institutions.
