Abstract

Gunasari Village in Sumedang Regency has a rich and unique tradition of making Uyun Brooms, but this tradition is threatened with extinction due to modernization and globalization. The use of plastic materials in the production of Uyun Brooms is increasing, while the interest of the younger generation in continuing this skill is decreasing. To overcome this problem, the Social Entrepreneurship Innovation Training program in Sustainable Uyun Broom Production was designed with the aim of returning production methods to the use of natural materials, improving social entrepreneurship skills, and developing sustainable production models that support economic and environmental prosperity. This program will be implemented through several stages, preparation, namely by meeting participants and preparing training modules, implementing intensive training which includes theory and practice, mentoring by mentors through field visits, implementing demonstration plots as a solidification of sustainable production techniques, as well as consultation and social engineering to increase participation. public. Evaluation and reporting will be carried out to assess program achievements. The targeted outputs are Broom Uyun products that use entirely natural ingredients, increasing business management skills and sustainable production among craftsmen, sustainable social entrepreneurship models, effective marketing strategies, and preserving the tradition of making Broom Uyun.

Abstract

The phenomenon of shopaholic behavior, or compulsive buying, has emerged as a growingglobal challenge in the digital era. Advances in information technology, the convenience ofonline shopping, and constant exposure to social media have accelerated the diffusion ofconsumerist lifestyles across cultures and generations. This study aims to analyze shopaholicbehavior through the lens of Diffusion of Innovation Theory developed by Everett M. Rogers(2003). Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, the article explores howtechnological innovations are rapidly diffused within global society and contribute to thenormalization of excessive consumption behavior. The findings indicate that the innovationadoption process, through adopter categories (from innovators to laggards), strengthenscompulsive buying tendencies, especially among young users and those with low financialliteracy. Therefore, mitigation efforts must include consumer education, digital platformregulation, and the promotion of mindful consumption values through the same diffusionchannels. This study recommends cross-sector collaboration to address the negative impactsof innovation diffusion on global consumer behavior.

Abstract

Today, digital technology is developing very rapidly and has an impact on various aspects of life, both adults and children. Therefore, digital literacy is a skill that needs to be instilled from an early age. This research aims to examine in depth how digital literacy can be integrated in the context of the ecological environment of child development based on Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory. The method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from various sources of scientific literature, including books, journals, academic articles and educational policy documents. The results showed that digital literacy is not only influenced by individual factors, but also involves the entire system in the child's environment, ranging from microsystems to macrosystems and paying attention to the dynamics of the chronosystem. Each layer of the environment has an important role in shaping children's healthy, critical and responsible digital understanding, attitudes and skills.

Abstract

PT. Indofarma Tbk merupakan perusahaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan nasional di indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Return On invesment (ROI) Terhadap harga Saham pada PT. Indofarma Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan PT. Indofarma Tbk dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah daftar tabel berupa laporan keuangan dalam bentuk neraca (posisi keuangan), laporan laba rugi dan laporan harga saham tahun 2013-2022. Populasi yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan selama 21 tahun melalui penawaran umum perdana selama PT. Indofarma Tbk Initial public offering (IPO) pada tahun 2001. Sampel yang diambil selama 10 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2013-2022 dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), regresi linier berganda (koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi), uji hipotesis (uji T, dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Quick Ratio (QR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Return On Invesment (ROI) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham
