Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand image (X1), product innovation (X2), location (X3), and taste (X4) variables on purchasing decisions (Y) for snacks at UD Dian Coklat Papar. This is a quantitative research study. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. Sample selection was done using the accidental sampling metho, with a total 100 respondents from UD Dian Coklat Papar. Date for this research were collected through questionnaires, interviewews, and literature review. The analysis used in this study include validity test, Reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analiysis, t-test, f0test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 1.522 + 0.239X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.241X3+0.241X4 and the t-test results of the brand image variable had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.033 < 0.05. Product innovation has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig value. 0.024 > 0.05. location has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig. 0.020 > 0.05. Taste has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig. 0.026 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that brand image, product innovation, location and taste image simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions for snacks at UD Dian Coklat explained.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, price perception, and taste on customer loyalty at Sate Ayam Pak Siboen, a culinary business in Kediri City. A quantitative method with a causal approach was applied, involving 140 respondents who had made repeat purchases. Data were collected using structured questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that Brand Image, price perception, and taste each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the need for businesses to consistently maintain brand strength, fair pricing, and product taste quality to foster customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Operational Efficiency on Financial Performance in the Conventional Banking Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The research method used is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely the annual financial reports of conventional banks. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out with credit risk using the Net Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, liquidity risk using the Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) ratio, operational efficiency using the Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) ratio and financial performance was measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the study showed that partially the credit risk variable had a significant negative effect on financial performance, liquidity risk did not have a significant effect on financial performance, operational efficiency did not have a significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, credit risk, liquidity risk, operational efficiency had a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policies on firm value in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. This study used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method, resulting in 10 companies as research samples. Data analysis was conducted through classical assumption tests to ensure the fulfillment of regression analysis requirements, followed by hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using E-Views software version 13. The results showed that partially, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a probability value of 0.0000, which is smaller than the 0.05 significance level. This finding indicates that the more appropriate a company's investment decisions are, the higher the company's value is reflected in its stock performance in the capital market. Conversely, the financing decision variable does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a probability value of 0.3796, which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that the funding structure, whether derived from equity or debt, did not directly affect firm value during the study period. Similarly, the dividend policy variable did not significantly influence firm value, with a probability value of 0.7493 > 0.05. This means that the amount of dividends distributed was not a determining factor in firm value in the sample studied. However, simultaneously, all three independent variables—investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy—were shown to have a significant effect on firm value, with a probability value (F-statistic) of 0.0000 < 0.05. This confirms that the combination of these three factors collectively contributes to changes in firm value in the coal sub-sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, etos kerja, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas guru ASN di SMKN 3 Kota Kediri. Produktivitas guru merupakan aspek penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, namun masih minim kajian mengenai faktor-faktor spesifik yang memengaruhinya di sekolah kejuruan.Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 57 dari total 95 guru sebagai sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian ini disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja secara parisal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.926 dan nilai t -0.093. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara parisal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.423 dan nilai t 0.808. Variabel etos kerja secara parisal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 dan nilai t 4.491. Variabel pengalaman kerja secara parisal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.040 dan nilai t 2.105. Dan hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, etos kerja, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikasi 0.000 dan nilai f 63.364.

Abstract

Keberhasilan kinerja sebuah perusahaan tergantung bagaimana cara pimpinan membuat peraturan kebijakan dan mengatur kondisi karyawannya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan yang terjadi pada UD. Meubel Lancar Jaya Abadi Kediri yaitu mengenai absensi fingerprint, punishment dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang karyawan dan Sampel 30 orang karyawan. Peneliti mengambil informasi lebih dalam dengan melakukan wawancara serta melakukan penyebaran kuisioner kepada pihak perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa pengujian, antara lain, uji validitas & reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara absensi fingerprint terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan absensi fingerprint, punishment dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
