Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, innovation capability on SMEs' Performance. The sample in this study is a shoe business owner in Bogor. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 230 questionnaires, and returned as many as 177 questionnaires so that the sample in this study was 177 respondents. The method used is SEM analysis with AMOS Version 23 software. The results show that there was a positive and significant influence between knowledge sharing on innovation capability. There was a positive and significant effect between knowledge sharing and innovation capability on performance. In the future, the shoe industry in Bogor City needs to improve knowledge sharing and innovation capability in order to improve business performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Innovations must still be made in order to maintain the loyalty of Toyota Calya car users in Bogor and Bekasi. Keywords: Product innovation, purchasing decisions, and loyalty ABSTRAKRumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah inovasi produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian,  dan apakah inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian toyota Calya, dan menguji pengaruh inovasi produkdan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna mobil merek Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian jugasecara signifikanmempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Kata Kunci  :Inovasi produk, keputusan pembelian,dan loyalitas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance at B2N Digital Copy. The research method used is to use qualitative methods to explore and understand the meaning that a number of individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian issues. The population in this study came from all B2N Digital Copy employees, totaling 20 employees. Collecting data in this study using the interview method. In data processing, this study uses data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance. While leadership style can influence employee performance, work motivation does not influence employee performance improvement.

Abstract

Hotel performance is the main factor to support the sustainability of the hotel business. Therefore, companies need to continue to maintain hotel performance to survive. The research aims to examine the effect of strategic agility, open innovation, and hospitality performance in the hotel industry in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Open innovation is the intervening variable that will be tested. The quantitative research method approach used was used in this study. Samples were obtained from as many as 97 respondents. This study's respondents were hotel industry employees, namely Reddorz and Oyo in Indonesia. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the structural equation modeling method. Research shows that there is an influence between strategic agility on open innovation, strategic agility and open innovation have an effect on hospitality performance. The results of the study also show that open innovation mediates the effect of strategic agility on hospitality performance.
