Abstract

 ABSTRACTResearch objectives 1). Know and analyze the effect of mutation against Civil Servant’s Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 2). Know and analyze the effect of promotions against Civil Servant’s Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 3). Know and analyze the effect of the mutation against Civil Servant’s Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 4). Know and analyze the effect of performance against Civil Servant’s Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. This research is descriptive quantitative with interval scale measurement intended to examine the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing is used t test with the aid of program package of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) For MS Windows Release 19’. The results of this research show that, 1). Mutation has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency, 2). Promotion has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency, 3). Mutation has indirect effect on employee performance through the promotion of BPN, 4). Job satisfaction has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency.Keywords: mutation, promotion, job satisfaction, performanceABSTRACTTujuan Penelitian 1).Mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh mutase terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. 2). Mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh promosi terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. 3). Mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh mutase terhadap promosi pegawai di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. 4). Mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengukuran skala interval yang dimaksudkan untuk menguji hipotesis. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji t melalui bantuan paket program Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) For Windows Release 19’. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1). Mutasi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPN, 2). Promosi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPN, 3). Mutasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai BPN melaluin promosi, 4). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPN.Keywords: mutasi, promosi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance at B2N Digital Copy. The research method used is to use qualitative methods to explore and understand the meaning that a number of individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian issues. The population in this study came from all B2N Digital Copy employees, totaling 20 employees. Collecting data in this study using the interview method. In data processing, this study uses data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance. While leadership style can influence employee performance, work motivation does not influence employee performance improvement.
