Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, innovation capability on SMEs' Performance. The sample in this study is a shoe business owner in Bogor. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 230 questionnaires, and returned as many as 177 questionnaires so that the sample in this study was 177 respondents. The method used is SEM analysis with AMOS Version 23 software. The results show that there was a positive and significant influence between knowledge sharing on innovation capability. There was a positive and significant effect between knowledge sharing and innovation capability on performance. In the future, the shoe industry in Bogor City needs to improve knowledge sharing and innovation capability in order to improve business performance.

Abstract

SMEs playsa vital role in the development of economics in Indonesia. The performance of SMEsis also givenan impact on the economic condition. The main factor in the developing SEMs is the supply chain management. Many SMEs in Bogor Regency that fall are lack of motivation and competencies. Another factor that impacts the performance is supporting from business environment this condition support by previous research [1] in Cimahi City and Bandung City, and concluded that small businesses were still lacking in their competencies. Steers & Porter also support this situation [2] states that work motivation is a business that can lead to behavior that is by the work environment in the organization. So the variables are connected as a factor that impacts direct or indirect to performances. This research aims to prove the SMEs competency and business environment have to impact to performance, with motivation, as intervening. It uses SEM-PLS as a method in testing the hypothesis and quantitative with the explanatorymethod. To collect data, a questionnaire used for 100 SMEs taken as a sample in Bogor Regency. The result of this research is that only SMEs competency and motivation has a direct impact on performances, the business environment needs to be intervened by motivation.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has made the business performance of the food and beverage industry decline. Therefore, innovation becomes very important to improve business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational learning capability on open innovation and its impact on SMEs’ business performance in the Context of the Food and Beverage SMEs. The objects in this study were employees in the food and beverage industry in Bogor. The number of questionnaires collected were 237 questionnaires. Therefore, the samples in the study were 237 Employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling with the help of Amos software Version 23. The results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning capability, and knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on open innovation. Knowledge sharing and organizational learning capability have a positive and significant effect on open innovation. Knowledge sharing, organizational learning capability, and open innovation have a positive and significant impact on business performance. These findings of the results have important implications in the literature about the antecedent of SMEs’ performance that has not been previously tested. We suggest to the business owner in the Food and Beverage SMEs in Bogor to enhance the knowledge sharing practice, organizational learning capability, and open innovation to achieve good business performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan antara penelitian eskplanatif, deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan Varian Based Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan desain penelitian hierarchical component menggunakan reflective-reflective measurement model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah atau debitur KPR dari PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. (Bank BTN) Cabang Bogor sebanyak 70.492 dan jumlah sampelnya sebesar 398. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu karena faktor kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar di antara variabel variabel lainnya, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dapat berfokus pada pelayanan pelanggan KPR dengan prima.ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain whether there is an effect of service quality on customer loyalty and the influence of corporate image on KPR customer loyalty at the State Savings Bank. This research is a combination of explanatory, descriptive and quantitative research. This study uses data analysis methods using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using Varian Based Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (PLS) software with a hierarchical component research design using a reflective-reflective measurement model. The population in this study were all KPR customers or debtors from PT. State Savings Bank, Tbk. (Bank BTN) Bogor Branch as many as 70,492 and the total sample is 398. The results show that service quality and corporate image have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer loyalty. The implication of this research is because of the service quality factor as the variable that has the greatest influence among other variables, so that to improve service quality it can focus on excellent KPR customer service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh Electronic word of mouth dan promosi online terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas IPWIJA. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas IPWIJA. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan untuk institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas electronic word of mouth, promosi online, dan brand image institusi, guna meningkatkan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 193 mahasiswa baru program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas IPWIJA yang masuk pada tahun 2021/2022. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 25 dan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, promosi online tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, brand image mampu memediasi pengaruh promosi online terhadap keputusan memilih maupun pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan memilih.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work culture, competence and motivation on employee performance. The object of research is employees at the Regional Public Company (PUD), hereinafter abbreviated to PUD Pasar Tohaga, Bogor Regency. In this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 30 people, using factor analysis, namely multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) partially organizational work culture variables influence employee performance in public companies in the Tohaga market area; (2) partially the competency variable influences employee performance in public companies in the Tohaga market area; (3) partially motivational variables influence employee performance in public companies in the Tohaga market area; (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance in public companies in the Tohaga market area.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pelatihan bahasa inggris dan edukasi cerita pendek bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi, terutama dalam hal membaca, menulis, dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis tes, yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis tes dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dan edukasi cerpen lebih mudah dipahami oleh peserta. Melalui metode ini, terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 74% dari semua kategori. Pelatihan bahasa Inggris dan edukasi cerita pendek di wilayah Cipaku memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi para peserta, di mana beberapa di antaranya menunjukkan kemajuan yang cukup berarti meskipun tidak semua peserta mengalami peningkatan yang sama. Peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa asing dapat memberikan lebih banyak peluang di bidang pendidikan dan karir yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga maupun lingkungan sekitar. ABSTRACTEnglish language training and short story education activities aim to improve literacy skills, especially in terms of reading, writing, and mastery of the English language. The implementation method uses test-based learning, namely pre-test and post-test. The results of the activities show that test-based learning methods in English learning and short story education are easier for participants to understand. Through this method, there was a significant increase, with an average increase of 74% for all categories. English language training and short story education in the Cipaku area had a significant positive impact on the participants, with some of them showing significant progress, although not all participants experienced the same improvement. Increasing foreign language skills can provide more opportunities in the fields of education and career which are expected to improve the welfare of the family and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out to increase the competitiveness of South Tangerang City MSMEs in the era of society 5.0. In order to achieve this goal, there are various training activities in this community service, one of which is training in preparing simple financial reports, including introducing account names in accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations and preparing financial reports. Training in preparing simple financial reports as a strategic step to improve the skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Tangerang City in managing financial transactions. The main aim of this activity is to provide practical understanding and support to MSMEs in preparing simple but informative financial reports. The service method is carried out by providing training and direct assistance to MSME actors in South Tangerang City. The material presented includes the basics of accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations, as well as preparing financial reports, and interpreting financial information that is relevant for the needs of small-scale businesses. Training activities showed the results of increasing knowledge about preparing reports for MSME actors in South Tangerang City by 47%. The implications of this service activity can be used as a basis for developing similar programs to support the development of MSMEs and encourage economic growth at the local level.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide socialization about strategies to achieve competitive advantage for the Ciptagelar Community, Sukabumi, West Java without having to abandon local wisdom and culture that has been strongly adhered to by the Ciptagelar Community. Community Service Activities for the Ciptagelar community aim to increase the role of local wisdom in empowering the community and building competitive advantages at the local level. The service approach is carried out through active collaboration with the local community. Service activities are carried out by means of outreach to explore and recognize local wisdom which is manifested in Ciptagelar in Sukabumi. Active community participation is the main basis in this process, so that increasing local knowledge and skills can make a positive contribution to economic development and sustainability in the area. The results of the service show that through a collaborative approach and community empowerment, the local wisdom of the Ciptagelar community can be integrated into various sectors, including micro and small businesses, tourism and creative industries. Increasing community participation in utilizing Ciptagelar as a local resource can open up new opportunities for sustainable economic development in Sukabumi. This journal provides a practical overview of how community service can be an effective instrument in exploring and building competitive advantages through local wisdom. The implications of this service activity can be a model for developing participatory strategies in utilizing local potential to increase the competitiveness and welfare of communities in various regions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of university image, personal sales, and price perceptions on the decision to choose a university with consumer attitudes as an intervening variable for Unitary Business Institute students. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The respondents of this research were 250 students from the Unitary Business and Informatics Institute. The research method uses hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The research results show that there is a significant and positive influence between university image and personal selling on the decision to choose a university. The results of this research imply that with the influence of IBIK's image on the decision to choose a university, IBIK management needs to innovate, both through taglines and good service quality by IBIK education staff and lecturers so that IBIK's image is easily known and always remembered.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi, personal sales, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi dengan sikap konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Unitary Business Institute. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Institute Bisnis dan Informatika Kesatuan sebanyak 250 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara citra universitas dan personal selling terhadap keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa dengan adanya pengaruh image IBIK terhadap keputusan pemilihan perguruan tinggi, maka manajemen IBIK perlu melakukan inovasi baik melalui tagline, hingga kualitas pelayanan yang baik oleh tenaga kependidikan dan dosen IBIK agar Citra IBIK mudah diketahui dan selalu diingat.
