Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing strategies in optimizing a company's sales performance. By integrating online and offline sales channels, omnichannel strategies provide a seamless customer experience. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to analyze the relationship between omnichannel strategy and sales performance. A sample of 150 retail companies was selected through purposive sampling, ensuring that only companies implementing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy were included. Data collection was conducted through structured surveys and secondary sources, where respondents rated the strategy's effectiveness using a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed a significant increase in sales performance, with an average increase of 18% in the surveyed companies. In addition, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency were found to act as moderating variables in the relationship between omnichannel strategies and sales performance. This study concludes that omnichannel marketing strategies effectively increase sales and customer satisfaction, with recommendations for further research and practice focused on improving inventory management and technology integration.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate the effect of implementing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology on customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector. VR allows customers to tour hotel facilities virtually, while AR adds digital interactive elements that enrich the customer experience. This study used a cross-sectional survey method, with data collected from 200 respondents in four and five-star hotels that have adopted VR and AR technology. A purposive sampling technique was used to select respondents who have used VR and AR-based services in the last three months. Data was collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, where the data was analyzed using multiple regression after going through the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis showed that the implementation of VR and AR had a significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction. As many as 72% of respondents stated that virtual tours through VR helped increase booking confidence. In comparison, 64% reported that AR enriched the stay experience with interactive real-time information. This study confirms that VR and AR technologies significantly increase customer engagement and loyalty to hotel services. However, challenges in development costs and technology infrastructure are still obstacles to broader adoption.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of product quality and competitive pricing on business success in the retail sector. A quantitative approach was employed with a survey design to collect data from 200 business owners in Jakarta a structured questionnaire measured product quality, competitive pricing, and business success. Multiple linear regression analysis assessed the relationship between the two independent variables and business success as the dependent variable. The analysis results show that product quality significantly influences business success, with a regression coefficient of 0.542, indicating that an increase of one unit in product quality will improve business success by 54.2%. Meanwhile, competitive pricing also positively impacts business success, with a coefficient of 0.318. The p-values for both variables are less than 0.05, indicating their effects are statistically significant. The regression model generated an adjusted R² value of 0.645, meaning that product quality and competitive pricing explain 64.5% of the variation in business success. Hypothesis testing confirms that both variables have a positive impact, with product quality having a more significant effect. These findings suggest that retail businesses need to enhance their product quality and set competitive prices to succeed in a competitive market. This study provides insight into the role of these two factors in achieving better business performance. Fire extinguishers, eyewashes, a first aid kit, a balance board, and a smoke detector will support the hazardous waste collection centre facility.

Abstract

The development of social media has significantly influenced the way companies establish relationships with their consumers, In an increasingly competitive environment, marketing strategies that involve direct interaction through digital platforms are becoming more crucial for building brand loyalty. This study aims to understand how promotional activities through social media can strengthen consumer loyalty, by considering brand trust and perceptions of brand value as mediating factors that connect these elements. After the raw data had been collected and analyzed through a process that included picking out active Instagram users, we selected those who have followed skincare brand accounts and bought products right after exposure to promotional information. Utilizing SmartPLS software for Structural Equation Modeling, it was found that the quality of a message, visual impact and social interaction represent the three factors which have great influence on whether trust is established or else there will be positive or negative evaluation for your brand. Trust, which builds up from good experiences and consistent communication, as it turns out leads to emotional connections. With these connections in place, it becomes easier to stick around and harder to leave--for repeated generic preferences over time. Also, perceptions of product value and quality serve as reinforcing factors in shaping repeat purchase decisions. The research findings suggest that successful marketing strategies can not only be based on the frequency of social media appearances, but should instead see how relationships are actively and authentically fostered. Enterprises that keep up two-way communication and give consistent experiences will have a better chance for higher customer loyalty. These findings lay a necessary groundwork for business practitioners to design digital approaches less reliant on random solitude and more enabled through social relationships.
