Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) (studi kasus bank umum syariah tahun 2016-2019) secara parsial dan simultan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu berupa uji ansumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis t dan uji hipotesis f dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 21 dan data yang diperoleh dari www.ojk.go.id dan www.bi.go.id. Hasil secara parsial menunjukan bahwa inflasi terhadap profitabilitas yaitu: nilai t hitung inflasi lebih besar dari t tabel (3,039>1,678) maka Ho ditolak artinya inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kemudian kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas yaitu: nilai t hitung Kurs Nilai Tukar lebih besar dari t tabel (2,072>1,678) maka Ho ditolak, artinya kurs nilai tukar berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kemudian hasil secara simultan menunjukan inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas menunjukan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 22,317 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima dan nilai F hitung > F tabel (22,317>3,20) Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate the effect of implementing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology on customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector. VR allows customers to tour hotel facilities virtually, while AR adds digital interactive elements that enrich the customer experience. This study used a cross-sectional survey method, with data collected from 200 respondents in four and five-star hotels that have adopted VR and AR technology. A purposive sampling technique was used to select respondents who have used VR and AR-based services in the last three months. Data was collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, where the data was analyzed using multiple regression after going through the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis showed that the implementation of VR and AR had a significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction. As many as 72% of respondents stated that virtual tours through VR helped increase booking confidence. In comparison, 64% reported that AR enriched the stay experience with interactive real-time information. This study confirms that VR and AR technologies significantly increase customer engagement and loyalty to hotel services. However, challenges in development costs and technology infrastructure are still obstacles to broader adoption.

Abstract

Desa Kanekes mempunyai wisata unik dengan keberadaan suku Baduy yang berada di Lebak Banten, namun ditemukan permasalaham saat ini yaitu masih tingginya angka stunting di Desa Kanekes.  Program Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting (DasHat) hadir sebagai inovasi strategis untuk mendukung upaya penurunan angka stunting melalui pendekatan yang terintegrasi antara edukasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan intervensi gizi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model implementasi DASHAT yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal, meliputi pelatihan pengolahan makanan bergizi, pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal, serta pendampingan keluarga berisiko stunting. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup asesmen kebutuhan masyarakat, penyuluhan, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor dengan pihak desa dan kader kesehatan, kegiatan ini melibatkan anggota KB Kecamatan Leuwimadar, Bidan Desa, dan Mahasiswa Universitas Primagraha, yang difasilitasi oleh BKKBN Provinsi Banten. Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang menjadi prioritas nasional, terutama di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Kabupaten Lebak. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang, mengoptimalkan pola asuh anak, serta mendukung pengurangan prevalensi stunting di Desa Kanekes secara signifikan. Selain itu diperlukan keordinasi yang optimal antara bidan desa dan puskesmas setempat agar inovasi pencegahan stunting sebagai upaya menurunkan Angka Stunting di Desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Lewuidamar terlaksana secara maksimal.

Abstract

Desa kanekes merupakan desa yang berada di Kec.Leuwidamar lebak banten. Desa ini sangat peduli terhadap lingkungan dan alam sekitar. Namun, masih sedikitnya tempat pembuangan sampah dan tempat pembakaran samapah di Desa Kanekes. Pengelolaan sampah yang tidak optimal dapat memicu berbagai permasalahan lingkungan dan kesehatan yang berkontribusi terhadap risiko stunting, terutama di wilayah pedesaan. Desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, memiliki potensi untuk mengelola sampah secara efektif melalui pendekatan Bank Sampah sebagai solusi berbasis komunitas. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sampah melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat, edukasi lingkungan, dan pengembangan Bank Sampah sebagai sarana pendukung kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui daur ulang, serta edukasi pola hidup bersih untuk mendukung pencegahan stunting. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah, menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap upaya pencegahan stunting melalui perbaikan kualitas lingkungan dan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia pada periode terkini menunjukkan tingkat volatilitas yang tinggi, ditandai dengan penurunan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) hingga sekitar 5% dan terjadinya trading halt oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kondisi ini dipicu oleh meningkatnya ketidakpastian pasar akibat kebijakan fiskal pemerintah, aksi net sell investor asing, serta tekanan yang signifikan pada sektor teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return Saham perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 13 perusahaan sektor teknologi yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan total 52 unit observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROE dan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, sedangkan EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ROE, EPS, dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,938, yang menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki daya jelas yang sangat kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor pada sektor teknologi lebih menekankan pada laba per saham dibandingkan profitabilitas berbasis ekuitas dan tingkat leverage perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi investor dan manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, khususnya pada sektor teknologi yang memiliki tingkat risiko dan volatilitas tinggi.

Abstract

Foreign direct investment (FDI) has been recognized as an important catalyst in advancing the economies of developing countries, especially in the Southeast Asia region. This research aims to analyze the impact that foreign investment has on the local economy in Southeast Asia, with a focus on economic growth, job creation, technology transfer, and development of key sectors. The research results show that foreign investment has a significant role in accelerating the economic development process, through various channels such as increasing employment opportunities, improving the quality of human resources, as well as technological innovation and infrastructure development. Foreign investment also plays a role in the economic integration of Southeast Asian countries into the global economy, enabling access to wider export markets and supporting the country in facing international competition. However, this research also identifies several challenges, including regional disparities in attracting FDI, the risk of a race to the bottom due to competition in providing incentives to investors, and the need for improvements in aspects of governance and transparency to ensure that foreign investment has an inclusive and sustainable positive impact for the local economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial management on business growth in medium-sized companies thru a literature review approach. Financial management is seen as a key factor in maintaining the stability, efficiency, and operational sustainability of a company, particularly in the face of challenges related to capital limitations and market dynamics. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a descriptive-analytic approach to various previous research results published between 2015 and 2025. Data was collected from various scientific sources such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Google Scholar, and DOAJ, focusing on the themes of "financial management," "business growth," and "medium enterprises." The study results indicate that effective financial management practices, including cash management, investment decisions, and optimal capital structure, have a positive relationship with increased productivity and competitiveness of medium-sized companies. Additionally, the implementation of financial digitalization thru technologies like fintech and cloud accounting also strengthens the effectiveness of financial management. Thus, it can be concluded that strategic financial management that is adaptable to technological developments is an important factor in driving sustainable business growth in medium-sized companies.

Abstract

This study examined how organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance, with the work environment serving as a mediating factor at PT Telkom Indonesia's Banten Region, Ciruas Office. A quantitative research method using an ex post facto design was used to investigate the connections between the variables. The study included 100 employees who were chosen through a saturated sampling method, which ensured that every individual in the population took part as a respondent. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires, which were evaluated on a 10-point Likert scale, and then analyzed through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that both the organization's culture and the level of work discipline had a positive and statistically significant impact on how well employees performed. In addition, these variables had a significant impact on the quality of the work environment. Among all the variables that were studied, the work environment had the most significant direct effect on how well employees performed. In addition, the work environment was identified as playing a major role in influencing how organizational culture, work discipline, and employee performance are connected. These results suggest that how well an employee performs is not only influenced by factors within the organization itself but is also affected by the overall working environment in a more indirect way. Therefore, organizations need to pay attention to building a strong organizational culture, improving employee behavior, and establishing a workplace that supports employees, in order to boost their performance and better accomplish the goals of the organization.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of technical employees at PT Optima Mandiri Globalindo Bekasi, a company specializing in medical equipment calibration services. Although these factors have been widely studied in human resource management research, limited empirical evidence exists regarding their combined effects on technical personnel working in highly regulated calibration industries. This research addresses that gap by providing evidence from a sector that demands high levels of accuracy, compliance, and professional responsibility. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving all 68 technical employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings revealed that work motivation, work environment, and work discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance. The regression results showed that work motivation (β = 0.420), work environment (β = 0.603), and work discipline (β = 0.422) significantly contributed to performance improvement, with the work environment emerging as the most influential factor. Simultaneously, the variables significantly affected employee performance (F = 100.531; p < 0.001). The Adjusted R² value of 0.818 indicates that 81.8% of employee performance variation is explained by the model. The study contributes to human resource management literature and provides practical guidance for improving organizational performance through motivation, workplace conditions, and discipline enhancement.
