Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to know the influence of students discipline character through students achievement in economics study in the XII IPS of MA Al-Mustaqim Arang Limbung. The method of this research was quantitative descriptive. The sample of this research was all of students of twelve social programme which consists of 58 students. The writer collected the data by using indirect communication and documenter technique. The instrument of this research was questionnaire and students achievement document. The findings showed that the Sig as 0,004 smaller than alpha (the error) 0,05. So that Ha was accepted and H0 refused. It means that discipline character influence the students achievement and showed by linear equation system Y=41,470+0,331X and calculated hypothesis t-test>t table or 3,011>2,003. Therefove, the students discipline character through students achievement from this test was 0,139 or 13,9%. Keywords: Discipline character, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of self efficacy on cheating behavior of the X Accounting class student in SMK Mandiri Pontianak. The form of this research was quantitative research with the type of research ex-postfacto. The sample in this study was the Accounting X class of SMK Mandiri Pontianak, which amounted to 47 students. Data was collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicated that the level of self-efficacy of students in X Accounting class in general was in the moderate category shown from the percentage of research results 14.89% of students in the low category, 70.21% of students in the medium category, and 14.89% students in the high category. While cheating behavior of student in X Accounting class in general was in the medium category indicated by the percentage of research results, 17.02% of students in the low category, 61.70% of students in the medium category, and 21.28% of students in the high category. There was a negative influence between self efficacy on cheating behavior of students with a regression equation Y = 33,877 - 0,649X. The results of hypothesis testing compared to significance value of 0.05, It can be seen that the significance value of 0,000 < 0.05 that means (H0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, means that  it had a influence between self efficacy on cheating behavior in X Accounting Class SMK Mandiri Pontianak.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Cheating Behavior

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to determine social skills of students in learning Economics class XI IPS SMA Santo Fransiskus Asisi. This research was based on the finding of a problem when researcher made observations about students' social skills in learning Economics. The research method used was the type of qualitative research and in form of descriptive research. Sources of data in this research were students of class XI IPS totaling 37 people and the Economics teacher. Data collection was obtained through observation guidelines and interview guidelines, and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification on students' social skills based on a comparison of percentages and predicates, then checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Researcher conducted the research by observing 3 times and interviewing 2 days. The results showed that social skills of students had already taken place in the process of Economics learning class XI IPS SMA Fransiskus Asisi. These skills included Social Presentation skills can be categorized quite well by having a percentage of 67%, Social Scanning Skills can be categorized quite well by having a percentage of 64%, and Social Flexibility skills can be quite well categorized by having a percentage of 63%.Keywords: Economics Learning, Social Skills, Students of Class XI IPS

Abstract

AbstractThe form of this research is quantitative research with ex post facto research type. Thesample in this study were students of class XI IPSat SMA Negeri 03 Pontianak, totaling 94students. The sampling method is probability sampling. The results of this study indicatethat after conducting a simple linear regression test on the two variabels it is said thatlearning activity has a positive effect on he learning performance of students with theregression equation Y = 25.829 + 0,714 X and has an effect of 54%. By conducting ahypothesis test comparing the significance value with 0.05 so that the significance value isobtained of 0.001 <0.05, so it can be concluded that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted.Continue to test the hypothesis comparing the t value with the t table obtained by t count of8.529 > 1.999 t table so that it is concluded that Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted,which means that there is an influence between "The Effect Of Learning Activity OnEconomic Learning Performance of Class XI IPS Students of Senior High School 03Pontianak City "Keywords: Learning Activity, Learning Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the strengthening of independent character education of student in economic subject at SMAN 5 Singkawang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The data source of this study was one economics teacher at SMAN 5 Singkawang. Data collection techniques used were observation and interview. The data namely collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The resulth of this study indicate that the strengthening of character education has been implemented in schools since 2016, the condition PPK at the school is already quite good, fox example studens are able to do their own tasks, and this is because of the cooperation between the principal and teachers, although not yet optimal, indicators of teacher success in implementing PPK it is seen from students who have been able to obey the rules made by teachers, teachers from schools have tried their best to strengthen the independent character of the students though classroom management and the use of appropriate learning methods such as PBL, group discussion, and teachers still feel have obstacles in implementing the reinforcement of character education, especially independent character in the learning process because it must be appropiate with the material, methods and obstacles that come from the student themselves.       Keywords: Economic Subjects, Independent, Strengthening Character Education.
