Abstract

Globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, termasuk dalam sektor industri pakaian. Salah satu fenomena yang berkembang pesat adalah praktik pembelian pakaian bekas impor (thrifting), yang kini menjadi tren di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya hidup dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian bekas impor (thrifting) pada generasi muda di L21 Shop, sebuah toko thrift di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yag digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden berusia 16-30 tahun, yang diperoleh dengan memakai metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik gaya hidup maupun persepsi harga secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, L21 Shop perlu memperkuat strategi yang berfokus pada gaya hidup dan persepsi harga yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan relevansi produk, serta mendorong keputusan pembelian yang lebih positif dari konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mixue Kasturi Cikijing. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Mixue Kasturi Cikijing. Sampel yang diambil peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 98. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Statisrical Package For Sosial Science (SPSS) 25. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji hipotesis simultan (Uji F), koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 11,645 > t tabel 1,660 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 atau 5%. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 19,986 > t tabel 1,660 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 atau 5%. Dan Variabel citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 201,771 > f tabel 3,94 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 atau 5%.

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of promotional strategies (X) on the sales volume (Y) of hijabi products in the Tasikmalaya region. In increasing sales, companies are required to carry out more effective marketing activities in finding solutions and strategies to be able to continue to survive in the very tight competition in the business world. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, data sources are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The population in this study were costumers who purchased hijabi products in the Tasikmalaya region in one month, namely 594 consumers. The sample taken was 86 respondents. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique with an error rate of 10% using the slovin formula. The data processing technique uses the SPSS verson 27 program. The research results show that promotional strategy (X) has an effect on sales volume (Y) based on hypothesis testing, the thaung valuue is 10.644 > ttabel 1,667 and is confirmed by sig. equal to 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that promotional strategies have an effecct on sales volume. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test of 0.574 it means that the promotional strategy variable influences sales volume by 57.4%, while the remaining 42.6% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethics, healthcare workers' performance, and service quality on inpatient patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Sumber Hurip in Kabupaten Cirebon Research Methodology: This study employs a quantitative approach using surveys and interviews. Data was collected from 50 inpatient patients using a satisfaction questionnaire. The study utilizes tools such as SPSS for data analysis, employing regression analysis to measure the relationship between variables. A review of related literature is included to support the framework. Results: The results indicate that work ethics, healthcare workers' performance, and service quality all have a significant positive impact on inpatient patient satisfaction. Among these, healthcare workers' performance and service quality showed the highest correlation with patient satisfaction. Limitations: The study is limited by the sample size, which only includes 50 patients from a single hospital, and the data collection period, which spans one year. Additionally, the findings may not be generalizable to other regions or hospitals. Contribution: This study contributes to healthcare management by providing insights into the key factors influencing patient satisfaction, which can help improve hospital policies and practices in healthcare settings. The findings are valuable to health management disciplines, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — To find out how much influence Work Discipline, Nurse Therapeutic Communication and Service Quality partially or simultaneously have on Patient Satisfaction at Mitra Sehat Clinic CirebonResearch method—provide This research design uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and this type of research is causal associative research with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research location was the Mitra Sehat Cirebon Clinic with a population of patients who came to the Mitra Sehat Cirebon Clinic over a period of 6 days from 11-16 September 2023. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 92 people.research method that you employResult— 1) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic, amounting to 62%. 2) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Nurse Therapeutic Communication on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic, amounting to 13.5%. 3) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic of 22.6%. 4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Discipline, Nurse Therapeutic Communication and Service Quality on Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic amounting to 88.5% while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other factors.Conclusion— It is important to note that while work discipline, nurse therapeutic communication, and service quality were found to have a significant impact on patient satisfaction, there may still be other factors not accounted for in this study that influence patient satisfaction. Further research could explore additional variables and their contributions to patient satisfaction in healthcare settings.
