Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of growth in savings, deposits, and credit on the profitability growth of PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia. Research Methodology: This study utilized a quantitative research approach. Data was collected from PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia's financial reports and records over a specific period. The primary tools and methods employed in this study include financial ratio analysis, regression analysis, and statistical software for data processing and analysis. Results: The main findings of this study indicate a positive relationship between the growth in savings, deposits, and credit and the profitability growth of PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia. The analysis reveals that an increase in savings and deposits leads to higher profitability, as it provides a larger pool of funds for lending and investment activities. Additionally, the growth in credit positively impacts profitability, as it generates interest income and fees for the organization. Limitations: This study has several limitations. Firstly, the analysis is based on secondary data obtained from the financial reports of PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia, which may have limitations in terms of accuracy and completeness. Secondly, the study focused solely on the relationship between savings, deposits, credit, and profitability and did not consider other factors that may influence profitability growth. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing the profitability growth of PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia. The findings can be useful for financial institutions, policymakers, and researchers in the field of banking and finance, providing insights into the importance of savings, deposits, and credit growth in enhancing profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at All In One printing in Majalengka. Data was collected from 95 respondents who are consumers of the printing press. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and F tests. Data were analyzed using multiple analysis techniques. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative research methods are research methods that are based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical. With the aim to test the hypothesis that has been set. The results showed that service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality and price together are able to explain 89.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is that improving service quality and setting the right prices can increase customer satisfaction at the printing shop. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di percetakan All In One di Majalengka. Data dikumpulkan dari 95 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari percetakan tersebut. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, dan uji F. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis berganda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sample tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik. Dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 89,6% variasi dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perbaikan kualitas pelayanan dan penetapan harga yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di percetakan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besarnya pengaruh dari pelatihan peningkatan kerja dan kinerja karyawan terhadap pengembangan karir di PT. PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Jumlah populasi karyawan PT.PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu berjumlah 733 karyawan dengan sampel berjumlah 88 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, regresi liniear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, uji t uji secara parsial dan uji f uji secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada PT. PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu, Pelatihan peningkatan kerja sudah baik,kinerja karyawan sudah bagus. maka diketahui nilai thitung untuk variabel Pelatihan kerja sebesar 1.791 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 1.98827 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,007 < 0,05, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y) sedangkan diketahui nilai thitung untuk variabel Kinerja sebesar 4.675 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 1.98827 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kinerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir (Y) serta diketahui bahwa nilai sig untuk pengaruh Pelatihan kerja (X1), dan Kinerja Karyawan (X2) secara simultan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y) adalah sebersar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 39.190 > Ftabel 3,1 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan Kerja (X1) dan Kinerja (X2) Secara Bersama-sama (simultan) Terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y).

Abstract

Globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, termasuk dalam sektor industri pakaian. Salah satu fenomena yang berkembang pesat adalah praktik pembelian pakaian bekas impor (thrifting), yang kini menjadi tren di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya hidup dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian bekas impor (thrifting) pada generasi muda di L21 Shop, sebuah toko thrift di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yag digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden berusia 16-30 tahun, yang diperoleh dengan memakai metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik gaya hidup maupun persepsi harga secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, L21 Shop perlu memperkuat strategi yang berfokus pada gaya hidup dan persepsi harga yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan relevansi produk, serta mendorong keputusan pembelian yang lebih positif dari konsumen

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja adalah hubungan antara hasil nyata maupun fisik dengan masukan yang sebenarnya. Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja karyawan erat pula kaitannya dengan produktivitas. Jika karyawan tidak diberikan motivasi, dan disiplin yang baik maka produktivitas dapat menurun. Pada tingkat perusahaan pengukuran produktivitas terutama digunakan sebagai sarana manajemen untuk menganalisa dan mendorong keefektifan kerja, karena produktivitas merupakan perbandingan hasil yang dicapai dengan keseluruhan sumber daya sebagai masukan yang digunakan per satuan waktu, dan disebutkan bahwa unjuk kerja faktor- faktor peningkatan produktivitas kerja berkaitan erat dengan memotivasi kerja karyawan oleh perusahaan. Penelitiain ini bertujuain untuk Mengetaihui dain mengainailisis: pengairuh motivaisi terhaidaip produktivitais kerjai kairyaiwain paidai PT. Jaiyai AIbaidi Cirebon, pengairuh disiplin kerjai terhaidaip produktivitais kerjai kairyaiwain paidai PT. Jaiyai AIbaidi Cirebon, dain pengairuh motivaisi dain disiplin kerjai terhaidaip produktivitais kerjai kairyaiwain paidai PT. Jaiyai AIbaidi Cirebon. Metode yaing digunaikain paidai penelitiain ini aidailaih metode Kuaintitaitif. Saimpel yaing digunaikain menggunaikain saimpel jenuh yaiitu sebainyaik 37 responden. Uji Hipotesis untuk Motivaisi Kerjai (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) secara persial Tthitung masing-masing 3.426 (X1) dan 3.726 (X2) artinya semua nilai Thitung > Ttabel. Untuk pengaruh simultan variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dipeoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 20.664>4,12 yaitu taraf signifikan 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara persial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Dengan persamaan Regresi Linear Y= 6.072+ 0,871 (X1) + 0,455 (X2) Artinya Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Nilai koefesien determinasi 0,552 menjelaskan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 55,2% sedangkan sisanya 44,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Perusahaan dapat meningkatkatkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan, saat karyawan memiliki Disiplin kerja dan Lingkungan kerja karyawan yang baik dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Jenis penelitiain yaing digunaikain aidailaih explainaitory reseairch dengain pendekaitain kuaintitaitif. Populaisi saisairain dailaim penelitiain ini aidailaih kairyaiwain PT. Praitaimai AIbaidi Industri (Jx) yaing berjumlaih 1258 oraing, saimpel sebainyaik 93 responden yaing merupaikain kairyaiwain dairi PT. Pratama AIbaidi Industri (Jx). Teknik pengaimbilain saimpel yaing digunaikain dailaim penelitiain ini aidailaih proportionail raindom saimpling. Metode pengumpulain daitai yaing digunaikain aidailaih dengain menyebairkain kuisioner dain dokumentaisi. AInailisis daitai yaing digunaikain yaiitu ainailisis staitistik deskriptif dain ainailisis inferensiail yaing terdiri dairi ainailisis regresi lineair bergaindai,dengain uji t dain uji F sebaigaii pengujiain hipotesis dengain baintuain SPSS 24.0.Berdaisairkain haisil ainailisis daitai dain pengujiain hipotesis yaing telaih dilaikukain, maikai dairi penelitiain ini daipait diaimbil kesimpulain sebaigaii berikut. Vairiaibel disiplin kerjai dain lingkungain kerjai secairai simultain mempunyaii pengairuh signifikain terhaidaip kinerjai kairyaiwain. Berdasarkan nilai adjusted R squre diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh atau kontribusi terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 0,542 (54,2%) dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Zakat is the main instrument in the Islamic economic system which plays an important role in the equitable distribution of social welfare. However, the level of public compliance in paying zakat is still a challenge, especially in the aspects of awareness and ease of access. This study aims to analyze strategies to increase public compliance in paying zakat through digitalization, by highlighting the factors that affect the use of zakat digital platforms. The research method used is a quantitative and qualitative approach through surveys to muzakki (zakat payers) and interviews with managers of zakat institutions and Islamic economic experts. The results of the study show that zakat digitization has a significant role in increasing community compliance, especially through ease of transactions, transparency of fund management, and increasing zakat literacy. The main factors that affect include trust in digital platforms, ease of use of applications, and education about zakat obligations. Therefore, more innovative strategies are needed, such as collaboration between the government, zakat institutions, and sharia fintech providers in increasing public accessibility and trust in the digital zakat system. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for policy makers in optimizing the role of digitalization to increase zakat compliance to support the welfare of the people.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher work discipline on teacher performance at schools in Indonesia, based on the national education objectives outlined in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which emphasizes educating the nation’s life and improving public welfare. Research Methodology: The research employs a quantitative approach using questionnaire-based data collection. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 for Windows, involving validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was performed using t-tests for partial effects, an F-test for simultaneous effects, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the model’s explanatory power. Results: The results indicate that both the principal's leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The t-test results show that leadership (t-value = 5.577 > t-table = 2.002; p = 0.000 < 0.05) and work discipline (t-value = 3.381 > t-table = 2.002; p = 0.001 < 0.05) significantly influence teacher performance. Furthermore, the F-test confirms that both variables collectively have a significant effect (F-value = 55.101 > F-table = 3.16; p = 0.000 < 0.05), with a high coefficient of determination indicating a strong model fit. Limitations: The study is limited to a specific geographical area and relies on self-reported data through questionnaires, which may be subject to response bias. Additionally, external factors such as school facilities, student background, and government policies were not included in the analysis. Contribution: This research contributes to educational management by providing empirical evidence that strong leadership and high work discipline are critical drivers of teacher performance. The findings support policy development in school leadership and human resource management, promoting more effective and accountable educational practices in line with national education goals.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, communication, and control systems on service behavior at the Kedokanbunder Health Center in Indramayu Regency. Research Methodology: A quantitative approach using questionnaires and interviews. Data was collected from 50 staff members of the Kedokanbunder Health Center. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS software. Results: The results indicate that leadership, communication, and control systems significantly positively influence service behavior at the Kedokanbunder Health Center. The R-squared value of 0.907 shows that 90.7% of the variance in service behavior is explained by the independent variables. Limitations: The study is limited by a sample size of 50 respondents, which may not fully represent the entire population of healthcare workers in the region. Further research with a larger sample size and additional variables is recommended Contribution: This study contributes to the field of healthcare management, particularly in improving service behavior in health centers. The findings provide valuable insights for health administrators and policymakers seeking to enhance service quality through better leadership, communication, and control systems.
