Abstract

ABSTRACT This study includes a type of comparative causal research that aims to investigate possible causal relationships, rediscover facts that may be the cause through certain data, with the type of data used is quantitative data. The number of population in this research is all employees in Puskesmas Karangampel Indramayu which amounted to 41 people. The total sample in this study were 41 people. The Work Environment affects Employee Performance. In this case means if the better Work Environment it will improve Employee Performance and also vice versa if Working Environment bad will decrease Employee Performance. Physical factor is the dominant factor in this research, (4) Together, the four variables studied bepengaruh on Performance of employees at Puskesmas Karangampel Indramayu. Of the four variables developed the most dominant variables are, Work Ethic, then Work Environment and Last is Job Satisfaction. However, Employee Performance is certainly influenced by various other factors outside the framework of this research. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu; Etos Kerja (X1), Kepuasa nKerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja pegawai (Y), pada Puskesmas Karangampel, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersamasama. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kausal komparatif yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kemungkinan hubungan sebab akibat yang ada, mencari kembali fakta yang mungkin menjadi penyebab melalui data tertentu, dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Karangampel Indramayu yang berjumlah 41 orang. Total sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 41 orang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa etos kerja, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berepengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Karangampel Kabupaten Indramayu dan secara bersama-sama ke tiga varial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kuskesmas Karangampel Indramayu, dari ketiga variabel yang dikembangkan variabel yang paling dominan adalah, Etos Kerja, kemudian Lingkungan Kerja dan Terakhir adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Akan tetapi Kinerja Pegawai tentunya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain diluar kerangka penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to know the relationship of principal leadership effectiveness, motivation of working with teacher performance. To find out the effectiveness of the relationship of principal leadership and motivation of working together with the performance of teachers SMK AL MA'ARIFAH Gempol Kab. Cirebon. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study are teachers SMK AL MA'ARIFAH Gempol Kab. Cirebon consisting of 30 people, the total sample. Data analysis using correlation analysis of double The results of the analysis of the data shows: picture of the effectiveness of the leadership of the headmaster MK AL MA'RIFAH Gempol, Cirebon district already good reach 56.50% included in the category of Work Motivation, kriterium Teacher at SMK AL MA'RIFAH Gempol, Cirebon district is already good, achieve 55.23% included on category kriterium medium, Performance Teacher at SMK AL MA'RIFAH Gempol, Cirebon district already good reach 56.70% included on category kriterium. There is a significant relationship between Principal Leadership Effectiveness (X 1) and the performance of the teachers (Y). The resulting correlation number of 0.824 included in the category of strong relationships. There is a significant relationship between Principal Leadership Effectiveness (X 1) and Work Motivation Guru (X 2) and the performance of the teachers (Y) of 0.860, this indicates that the variable has a third very strong relations are on the purposes limits the interpretation of the value of R between 0.80-1.000. So it can be inferred the principal leadership Effectiveness is related significantly to the performance of work and motivation of teachers. Untuk mengetahui hubungan efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SMK AL MA’ARIFAH Gempol Kab. Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK AL MA’ARIFAH Gempol Kab. Cirebon yang terdiri dari 30 orang, sampel total. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi ganda Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: Gambaran Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah MK AL MA’RIFAH Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon sudah baik, mencapai 56,50% termasuk pada kategori kriterium sedang, Motivasi Kerja Guru pada SMK AL MA’RIFAH Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon sudah baik, mencapai 55,23% termasuk pada kategori kriterium sedang, Kinerja Guru pada SMK AL MA’RIFAH Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon sudah baik, mencapai 56,70% termasuk pada kategori kriterium sedang. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y). Angka korelasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,799, termasuk pada kategori hubungan yang kuat. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja Guru (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y). Angka korelasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,824 termasuk pada kategori hubungan yang kuat. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja Guru (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) sebesar 0,860, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat berada pada batasan tafsiran nilai R antara 0,80 - 1,000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berhubungan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study attempts to knows the influence: 1) work motivation against the employees performance at Technical Unit Fire Departement Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan; 2) work satisfaction against the employees performance at Technical Unit Fire Departement Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan; 3) work motivation and work satisfaction against the employees performance at Technical Unit Fire Departement Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. The result of study shows that the independent variable work motivation (X1) obtained t-count (2.302) > T-table (1.703) and work satisfaction (X2) t-count (4.002) > T-table (1.703). So the motivation work (X1) influential spartial on variables the employee performance (Y) and also variable satisfaction work (X2) influential a partial on variables the employees performance. The results showed that f-count (89.334) > F-table (3.34), while significance is 0.000 < alpha in the first significant 0.05 so Ho rejected and Ha received which means the independent variable (work motivation and work satisfaction) in together or simultaneous affect dependent variable (performance employees) positively and significant. The test determination (R²) show adjusted R square 0,859 or 85,9 % means variation performance variables employees describe by the work motivation and work satisfaction, the rest 14,1 % can be explained by other variables outside the research. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh: 1) Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemadam Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan; 2) Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemadam Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan; 3) Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemadam Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil penelitian variabel independen motivasi kerja (X1) diperoleh thitung (2,302) > Ttabel (1,703) dan variabel kepuasan kerja (X2) thitung (4,002) > Ttabel (1,703). Maka variabel motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh secaraparsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) dan variabel kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (89,334) > Ftabel (3,34), sedangkan signifikansi adalah 0,000 < alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,859 atau 85,9% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sisanya 14,1% dapat dijelaskanoleh variabel lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the effect of competence, communication on performance, occupational safety and health of employees partially at PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu Representative Office. Research Methodology: This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 60 respondents. Four hypotheses were formulated in this study and tested using multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and f test. Results: This study indicate that competence and occupational safety and health (OHS) have a significant and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile communication has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, and simultaneously competence, communication, occupational safety and health (OHS) has a significant influence on employee performance. Sequentially the factors that affect employee performance are occupational safety and health (OHS), competence, communication. Therefore, the most influential factor in this research is occupational safety and health (OHS). Limitations: The study is limited to only one representative office of PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu and may not be generalizable to other offices or companies., The sample size is small, which may affect the generalizability of the results, The study only uses quantitative methods and does not take into account other factors that may affect employee performance, such as motivation, work environment, and company culture. Contribution: This study can be useful for management at PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu Representative Office to improve employee performance by focusing on competence and occupational safety and health. The study can also be useful for other companies as a reference for the impact of competence and OHS on employee performance. The study can contribute to the fields of Human Resource Management, Occupational Safety and Health, and Organizational Behavior.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — To find out how much influence Work Discipline, Nurse Therapeutic Communication and Service Quality partially or simultaneously have on Patient Satisfaction at Mitra Sehat Clinic CirebonResearch method—provide This research design uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and this type of research is causal associative research with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research location was the Mitra Sehat Cirebon Clinic with a population of patients who came to the Mitra Sehat Cirebon Clinic over a period of 6 days from 11-16 September 2023. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 92 people.research method that you employResult— 1) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic, amounting to 62%. 2) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Nurse Therapeutic Communication on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic, amounting to 13.5%. 3) There is a partial positive and significant influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic of 22.6%. 4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Discipline, Nurse Therapeutic Communication and Service Quality on Satisfaction at the Cirebon Mitra Sehat Clinic amounting to 88.5% while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other factors.Conclusion— It is important to note that while work discipline, nurse therapeutic communication, and service quality were found to have a significant impact on patient satisfaction, there may still be other factors not accounted for in this study that influence patient satisfaction. Further research could explore additional variables and their contributions to patient satisfaction in healthcare settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besarnya pengaruh dari pelatihan peningkatan kerja dan kinerja karyawan terhadap pengembangan karir di PT. PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Jumlah populasi karyawan PT.PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu berjumlah 733 karyawan dengan sampel berjumlah 88 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, regresi liniear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, uji t uji secara parsial dan uji f uji secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada PT. PNM Mekaar Cabang Indramayu, Pelatihan peningkatan kerja sudah baik,kinerja karyawan sudah bagus. maka diketahui nilai thitung untuk variabel Pelatihan kerja sebesar 1.791 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 1.98827 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,007 < 0,05, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y) sedangkan diketahui nilai thitung untuk variabel Kinerja sebesar 4.675 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 1.98827 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kinerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir (Y) serta diketahui bahwa nilai sig untuk pengaruh Pelatihan kerja (X1), dan Kinerja Karyawan (X2) secara simultan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y) adalah sebersar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 39.190 > Ftabel 3,1 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan Kerja (X1) dan Kinerja (X2) Secara Bersama-sama (simultan) Terhadap Pengembangan Karir (Y).

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan Posyandu Balita Taman Kapuk di Desa Kedawung bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak-anak balita serta memberikan edukasi kepada orang tua mengenai pentingnya pemantauan tumbuh kembang. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin, penyuluhan gizi, dan pelatihan kepada kader Posyandu dalam memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif, diharapkan tercipta kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan anak, serta peningkatan keterampilan kader dalam mendukung program kesehatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah balita yang mendapatkan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pengetahuan orang tua tentang nutrisi yang baik untuk anak. Melalui program ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif untuk pembangunan kesehatan di Desa Kedawung.   ABSTRACT Community service through the Taman Kapuk Toddler Posyandu activity in Kedawung Village aims to improve the health and welfare of toddlers and provide education to parents about the importance of monitoring growth and development. This activity includes routine health checks, nutrition counseling, and training for Posyandu cadres in providing optimal services. By actively involving the community, it is hoped that awareness will be created about the importance of children's health, as well as improving the skills of cadres in supporting health programs. The results of this activity show an increase in the number of toddlers who receive health checks and parental knowledge about good nutrition for children. Through this program, it is hoped that it can provide a positive contribution to health development in Kedawung Village

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to ascertain the following: the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction; the impact of packaging design on customer satisfaction; and the combined effect of packaging design and product quality on customer satisfaction. The study's sample consisted of 96 respondents in total, and it used a quantitative descriptive technique. The following conclusions were drawn from the study's findings: The significance level is 0.00 <0.05 (below the threshold of 0.05), and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted whereas the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected since 10.491> 1.661. The Packaging Design variable (X1) of 86.4% (0.864) in Home Industry Snack 324 demonstrates a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. The same goes for Ha and H0; if the result is more than 1.661 and the significance level is 0.00 <0.05 (below the threshold of 0.05), then Ha is accepted. Product Quality (X2) has a positive and significant association with Customer Satisfaction in the Household Snack Industry 324, contributing 73.3% (0.733) to it. Furthermore, customer satisfaction (Y) is positively and significantly influenced by both packaging design (X1) and product quality (X2), with a determination coefficient of 0.875, or 87.5%. The estimated values concurrently exceed the ftable limit (333.246 > 3.09) at a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of administrative service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Limusnunggal sub-district, Sukabumi City. Public services, which fulfill citizens' fundamental needs and civil rights, are vital in human life, and the demand for improved public services has become a significant public expectation. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on employees in the Limusnunggal sub-district as the study's subject. A random sampling technique was used, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 23. The results indicate that both administrative service quality and employee performance have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-test results of (4.482 > 1.987) for service quality and (5.374 > 1.987) for employee performance, with significance values of (0.000 < 0.05) for each variable. The F-test results (F_count = 232.023 > F_table = 3.090, sig = 0.000 < 0.05) further confirm a significant simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination reveals that 82.4% of the variance in community satisfaction in Limusnunggal is explained by the quality of services and employee performance, while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by factors not addressed in this study.
