Abstract

Teknologi, perubahan ekonomi, regulasi, dan kompetisi adalah beberapa sumber ketidakpastian bisnis. Untuk mengatasi ketidakpastian dan mempertahankan stabilitas perusahaan, sangat penting untuk memiliki manajemen risiko yang baik. Dalam artikel ini, mengkaji berbagai strategi manajemen risiko yang dapat diterapkan oleh bisnis untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dimana pengumpulan data melalui jurnal ilmiah, riset-riset yang sudah pernah dilakukan, dan buku elektronik yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen risiko yang dapat diterapkan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian bisnis, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi itu. Abstract

Job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance and work outcomes. The purpose of this study is to provide a literature review of the various factors that influence employee job satisfaction and to fill the gaps in the previous literature that are the gaps in this study. The approach used in this study is a systematic literature review. Data were obtained by conducting an internet search on employee job satisfaction using keywords such as job satisfaction, employee satisfaction, employee job satisfaction, and others. There were 15 journals analyzed in this study. Data analysis was conducted using a qualitative approach. The findings of this study indicate six factors that contribute to job satisfaction, namely job content (autonomy and role clarity), management (performance evaluation and support from management), work environment (physical conditions, relationships between superiors and subordinates, and relationships with fellow coworkers), compensation (rewards), job promotion (promotion system and employment aspects), and training (regular and effective training)

Abstract

This research aims to identify and design relevant digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sikeben Village, with the goal of enhancing business sustainability through the utilization of the village’s social media platforms. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation analysis involving MSME entrepreneurs, village officials, and social media managers of the village. The findings indicate that leveraging the village’s social media can expand market reach, improve customer interaction, and construct a positive image of local products. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy, internet infrastructure issues, and a lack of systematic content strategies. As a result, the study proposes a community-based digital marketing model, which includes market segmentation, strengthening local content, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven evaluation.
