Abstract

The development of information technology has become a necessity in optimizing the management of legal documents, especially P44 documents (judgment results). The success of a legal institution depends greatly on its ability to manage and access legal documents, including the results of P44 decisions, quickly and accurately. The process of managing P44 documents at the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office still faces various obstacles. Therefore, there is a need for solutions that can improve the quality of managing P44 documents. Based on these problems, a web-based p44 (decision result) document information system was created. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) approach with the aim of designing and developing electronic mail. With this system, it is hoped that it can increase accessibility, efficiency and security in managing P44 documents and support the operational performance of the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office as a whole.

Abstract

Cancer is a condition that often threatens human health. Lack of public awareness of the main signs, symptoms, and causes of cancer is one of the factors causing the increasing mortality rate from the disease. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a cancer that affects humans and is potentially fatal. In Indonesia, where KNF is one of the top five malignant tumors with the most frequency, Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) is the most malignant tumor among ENT malignant tumors (along with uterine cervical malignant tumors, breast tumors, lymph node tumors and skin tumors). ). The Dempster Shafer method is one of many techniques that can be used to diagnose nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The Dempster Shafer method is a mathematical approach to proofs that combines different bits of information (proofs) to estimate the probability of an event. It is based on the functions of trust and reasonable reasoning. Based on the description above, an expert system with the Dempster Shafer approach is needed that will help medical professionals and the general public in identifying the symptoms of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) early. So many people can identify diseases affecting the nasopharynx, especially the neck and head, with the help of this method and get immediate treatment.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of information technology is very important to increase efficiency and convenience in various fields. This research aims to develop and implement a web-based student attendance information system at Teladan Pematangsiantar Vocational School. This system is designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the student attendance process. The system development methodology uses a literature review approach, needs analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. This system utilizes web-based technology to provide access to real-time attendance databases, allowing for more efficient monitoring by school staff. Evaluation is carried out by involving the participation of students and school staff in using the system. This research makes a positive contribution to managing student attendance at Pematangsiantar Teladan Vocational School, by providing an efficient and integrated solution.

Abstract

In determining which students will take part in the Student Competency Competition (LKS), it is necessary to pay attention when determining the selection results for LKS participants. The Student Competency Competition is an annual competency between students at the vocational school level according to the skills taught at the vocational school. So far, the process of selecting students who will participate in the LKS has only been done manually by selecting students who are active enough in learning so that only those students will take part in the LKS. The aim of this research is to design and build a decision support information system using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution) method and web-based Profile Matching which can make it easier for teachers to select students who will take quality and fulfilling LKS. Assessment standards in the field of competence. The system development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help teachers in selecting students who will take the LKS. From the preference values, it can be concluded that the alternative (third row) has the most optimal weight value compared to the other alternative values. Therefore, it can be seen that (third row) are students who have the right or are eligible to become prospective participants in vocational school level LKS who pass the first selection with a preference value (0.881).

Abstract

The educational application of LPG leakage is an innovative solution designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of gas leakage in LPG devices Therefore, it is important for LPG device users requipment to understand the signs of a gas leakage, the actions should be taken, and the preventive steps that can be taken to reduce the risk of accidents and fires. This application provides information that is easy to understand with features for safe handling, tube installation, safety tips along with video tutorials and notifications when there is an LPG gas leakage. With this application, LPG device users will be able to increase their awareness and knowledge about gas leakage. This application can provide ongoing education about the importance of safety maintenance and proper prevention of gas leakage for users, so that can be reduce the risk of serious accidents.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of making it easier for companies to record and make depreciation reports on factory machines by utilizing existing information systems, to apply the service hours and production unit method in determining depreciation reports on factory machines in companies, to carry out analysis of depreciation data on factory machines in companies, to design and build a system for calculating depreciation of factory machines using the service hour method and the production unit method and to implement a comparison of the service hour method and the production unit method in the factory machine depreciation system. The problem faced by the company is that there is no application program for calculating depreciation on factory machines every month, so it takes quite a long time to determine the amount of depreciation on factory machines and the accumulated depreciation of factory machines every month and the reports obtained are less effective and less efficient. And in determining depreciation of processing factory machines, a special method has not been used to calculate depreciation of factory machines. The company still has many weaknesses, including recording errors, calculation errors, and also the process of making reports which takes a relatively long time.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan dan dapat memberikan dampak negatif jangka panjang bagi korban maupun pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pakar berbasis web dengan pendekatan psikologis dalam menangani kasus bullying, menggunakan metode Certainty Factor dan Bayes. Metode Certainty Factor digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keyakinan dalam menentukan klasifikasi kasus bullying berdasarkan gejala yang diamati, sedangkan metode Bayes digunakan untuk menganalisis probabilitas suatu kejadian berdasarkan data yang tersedia. Studi ini dilakukan di SMP Al-Mukmin dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dikembangkan mampu mengklasifikasikan jenis bullying menjadi lima kategori utama, yaitu bullying verbal, fisik, sosial, siber, dan emosional, serta memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan pendekatan psikologis. Selain itu, perbandingan antara metode Certainty Factor dan Bayes menunjukkan bahwa salah satu metode memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dalam menangani kasus bullying. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pihak sekolah dan guru Bimbingan Konseling dapat lebih efektif dalam mendeteksi serta menangani kasus bullying secara dini, sehingga dapat mengurangi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan.

Abstract

Inaccurate planning of drug needs can hamper health services, especially in facilities such as UPT Puskesmas Mandala. This research aims to help the process of determining drug supplies effectively by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is used to determine priority weights based on four main criteria which include price, availability, popularity, and effectiveness. Data were obtained through observations and interviews at UPT Puskesmas Mandala, then analyzed using RapidMiner software. The results of the analysis show that Vitamin C drugs have the highest score of 0.327915 so they are the top priority in procurement, while Cetirizine is ranked lowest. This finding proves that the AHP method is able to prioritize objectively and systematically, so that it can be a solution in improving the efficiency of planning drug needs at puskesmas

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has significantly influenced service industries, including the wedding sector, where customers often face difficulties in selecting the most suitable package from many available alternatives. To address this challenge, this study designed a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research was conducted at Putri Darma Make Up, Medan, Indonesia, using customer preference records collected between January and May 2025. AHP was applied to determine the weights of decision criteria, yielding Facilities (0.521) and Decoration (0.297) as the most important, while Makeup Quality (0.058) received the lowest weight. TOPSIS was then used to evaluate and rank the alternatives. Results showed that the wedding package priced at 25 million IDR achieved the highest preference score (Ci = 0.937), followed by the 22 million IDR package (Ci = 0.662), while the 12 million IDR package had the lowest score (Ci = 0.301). These findings demonstrate consistency between AHP weight priorities and TOPSIS rankings, confirming the reliability of the system. The study contributes theoretically by applying multi-criteria decision-making to the wedding service industry and practically by providing a transparent tool that reduces subjectivity, accelerates decision-making, and improves customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of palm sugar MSMEs in Sikeben Village through the use of digital technology. Palm sugar MSMEs play an important role in the local economy, but traditional marketing methods limit their market reach. This study used observation, interviews, and project development methods during the implementation of the 2025 Community Service Program (KKN) by students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The results show that the palm sugar production process is still carried out traditionally, but business actors face obstacles in terms of digital skills and a lack of marketing innovation. As a solution, an integrated sales website with social media was designed to facilitate ordering and expand the market. In conclusion, digital transformation can be an effective strategy to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, but ongoing assistance and training are needed so that this program provides long-term benefits for the village economy..
