Abstract

Legislative regulations apply from the term legislation which is defined as legislation and making laws, the term wetgeving is translated to mean forming laws, and the whole of state law, while the term Gesetzgebung is translated to mean legislation. This researcher aims to reveal various types of legislation/policies for the teaching profession. This research is qualitative research with data mining techniques using literature study. The data analysis went through three stages: data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are several kinds of laws and regulations/policies for the teaching profession, including: Law on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 20 of PP RI No. 19 of 2005, PP RI No. .74 in 2008.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation and values ​​of Islamic education in the megengan tradition. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. This research took place in Langgenharjo village, Juwana subdistrict, Pati Regency. The data collection methods for this research are observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results obtained from this research are that the implementation of the Megengan tradition is carried out in the month of Sha'ban in the afternoon until dusk at the prayer room by bringing food in the form of blessed rice brought from home which will later be exchanged with other people. The implementation of the megengan tradition begins with an opening, mauidhoh hasanah, tahlil, prayer and closing. The implementation of this tradition is led by religious figures. The values ​​of Islamic education in the Megengan tradition include gratitude, togetherness, tolerance and simplicity. Keywords: Values, Islamic Education, Megengan Tradition

Abstract

This study focuses on exploring technology-based Islamic religious education (PAI) and analyzing the literature related to trends, challenges, and opportunities for technology integration in PAI learning. The aim is to identify and analyze the literature related to technology implementation in PAI and provide recommendations for development. A systematic literature review method was used to analyze 15 articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that technologies such as mobile applications and e-learning platforms have great potential to improve the effectiveness of PAI learning; however, significant challenges remain, including limited infrastructure and lack of educator training. This literature synthesis highlights the importance of collaboration between educators, technology developers, and educational institutions to overcome these barriers. In conclusion, integrating technology into PAI learning can significantly improve the quality of education, but a number of challenges need to be considered to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini ialah supaya bisa mengetahui kode etik dan ikrar guru Indonesia serta kasus pelanggaran kode etik gurunya yang menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif pada metode penelitiannya yakni library research. Hasil pembahasannya mengkaji beberapa hal yang pertama yakni guru sebagai salah satu profesi di Indonesia tentu saja mempunyai kode etik terkait pedoman aturan yang perlu diperhatikan serta dipatuhi secara maksimal disebut kode etik guru. Kedua, fungsi kode etik agar tanggung jawab profesi sebagai guru bisa dijalankan berdasarkan apa yang telah diharapkan serta melindungi agar tanggung jawab profesi bisa dijalankan sesuai harapan. Ketiga, kode etik guru ini sudah disepakati dan diterima anggota PGRI sehingga melahirkan rumusan kode etik guru Indonesia serta ikrar guru Indonesia. Keempat, adanya beberapa pelanggaran kode etik seperti yang terjadi pada MTs Nurul Ihsan Nerawang dengan suatu tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan guru terhadap siswanya dengan menamparnya sehingga diadukan pihak berwajib ini berdasarkan UU No. 14 Tahun 2005 sudah melanggar kode etik gurunya.
