Abstract

This research examines instructional leadership models in educational contexts, focusing on transformational, transactional, and Islamic value-based approaches. A comprehensive literature study explored the complex dynamics of contemporary educational leadership. The research demonstrates that each leadership model possesses unique characteristics influencing organizational effectiveness. Transformational leadership highlights structural inspiration and motivation, while transactional leadership emphasizes exchange mechanisms and incentives. The Islamic value-based model integrates spiritual dimensions and moral ethics in leadership practices. Findings indicate the importance of a holistic approach that synergizes managerial, psychological, and spiritual aspects in building a dynamic and high-quality educational ecosystem. Research implications emphasize the need for adaptive leadership models capable of responding to the complexity of contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi platform digital dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di Ma'had Online Al Imam As Syafi'i, dengan fokus pada efektivitas, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan berkelanjutan. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkini dalam rentang waktu 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi platform digital telah meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 82%, peningkatan akurasi bacaan sebesar 65%, dan percepatan pencapaian target hafalan hingga 30% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Platform pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan berbagai fitur inovatif, termasuk sistem video conference, aplikasi pendeteksi makhraj huruf berbasis AI, dan sistem tracking progress pembelajaran. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan teknis dan adaptasi pengguna, pengembangan berkelanjutan platform menunjukkan prospek positif dengan rencana integrasi teknologi emerging. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan metodologi pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di era digital dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan Islam dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital.

Abstract

This study explores individuals with special needs (ISN) through the integration of psychological and Islamic perspectives. Using a library research approach, the study analyzes various literature to understand the multidimensional aspects of ISN. The Islamic perspective emphasizes that a person’s dignity is determined by piety, not physical or mental conditions. Psychology provides insights into the importance of inclusive approaches that value individual diversity. The findings highlight the significance of holistic support from families, educational institutions, and society in maximizing the potential of ISN. This research offers theoretical and practical contributions by establishing an inclusive framework rooted in humanity and justice. The core essence is the paradigm shift from a deficit approach to valuing diversity. In conclusion, optimizing the potential of ISN requires synergy between theological and psychological perspectives, fostering social transformation towards a more inclusive society.
