Abstract

Background The diversity of types of Islamic educational institutions makes learning management a very important role, namely as a center in ensuring that the education provided is not only relevant to religious values, but also in accordance with the development of science and technology. Purpose The purpose of writing this journal is to describe and explain learning management in Islamic Educational Institutions. Design/method/approach The research method used is a literature review which involves collecting literature from various sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant dissertations. The literature that has been collected is then evaluated for quality and relevance through critical analysis of abstracts, research methods, and main findings. Results The results of the educational study indicate that learning management in Islamic institutions as a whole is able to create a teaching and learning atmosphere by applying academic aspects of Islamic values, learning management is a structured planning process to achieve effective and efficient educational goals in accordance with Islamic principles. Contribution/value The development of religious culture in Islamic educational institutions through extracurricular activities not only enriches academic learning, but also strengthens the moral and spiritual foundations of students which are important in forming a generation with noble character.

Abstract

Background Student management plays a very crucial role in supporting the success of educational institutions in Indonesia. Effective management will create a conducive learning environment, strengthen character formation, and support the development of students' overall potential. Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze educational conflict in Islamic boarding schools. The research methodology used is a literature review. Design/method/approach The research methodology used is a literature review. Results The research results show that student management that is structured and based on good management principles, such as planning, organizing and evaluating can strengthen the capacity of educational institutions to achieve their goals. In the context of Indonesian education, the role of student management is becoming increasingly important in line with social, cultural changes and the increasingly complex needs of the world of work. This article aims to examine how student management can support the quality of educational institutions, especially in improving the quality of the learning process and student welfare. Contribution/value This article also highlights the importance of collaboration between schools, parents and the community in carrying out effective student management, in order to create quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah 3T (tertinggal, terluar, terpencil), terus terjadi akibat kesenjangan infrastruktur, distribusi guru, dan akses teknologi. Studi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi celah sistemik dan menawarkan solusi terintegrasi melalui evaluasi kebijakan, inovasi teknologi, dan kolaborasi multisektoral. Pendekatan campuran (studi literatur), pemetaan GIS, dan studi kasus kualitatif di daerah 3T. Masalah utama meliputi implementasi kebijakan yang tidak efektif dan kurangnya teknologi adaptif. Solusi mencakup alat digital offline, model insentif guru, dan program pendidikan berbasis masyarakat. Penelitian mendorong desentralisasi kebijakan, kemitraan publik-swasta, dan pemerataan berbasis teknologi sebagai kerangka mengurangi kesenjangan sosioekonomi jangka panjang.
