Abstract

This article aims to provide a qualification of quality public services, so that it becomes a reference for government agencies engaged in the public sector. The Ombudsman has compiled an assessment of public administration compliance, the results show that 10.92% or 64 public services at the ministry, agency and local government level are of low quality. Based on this, this article focuses on analyzing the qualifications of quality public services based on Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. The results of this study indicate that, regarding the qualifications of quality public services are contained in the Implementation Behavior in Service Article 34 of Law No. 25 of 2009, which states that public servants must behave fairly and non-discriminatory, careful, polite and friendly, firm, reliable and responsible to the community as service recipients. The method used in this research is normative juridical method based on secondary, primary and tertiary legal materials collected through literature study

Abstract

The main objective of this counseling is to raise students' awareness about the dangers of online gambling and the importance of being wise when using social media. Presentations, discussions, were used to engage students in this activity. Starting from the rise of online gambling cases in Indonesia, the results of the activity show that students better understand the adverse effects of online gambling and the associated legal consequences. In addition, students showed greater awareness on how to use social media properly.

Abstract

Pada masa Ibnu Taimiyah, dunia Islam sedang mengalami keruntuhan. Ia melihat tanda-tanda keruntuhan politik, dislokasi sosial, dan dekadensi akhlak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali paradigma yang digunakan oleh Ibnu Taimiyah dalam memberikan pandangan tentang konsep negara dan pemimpin. Penggunaan metode kepustakaan juga dilakukan dalam mengumpulkan data yang relevan untuk penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Ibu Taimiyah berpendapat bahwa untuk menegakkan agama dan dunia harus ada pemerintahan, yang tentu didalamnya ada negara dan pemimpin sebagai wakil tuhan di bumi. konsep negara dalam perspektif Ibnu Taimiyah menekankan penerapan syariat Islam dalam sistem pemerintahan yang ada, ini menunjukkan bahwa Ibnu Taimiyah mempunyai paradigma integralistik, di mana agama dan negara tidak dapat diisahkan dan merupakan satu-kesatuan yang utuh.
