Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of village development planning in Sigaluh Village, Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara Regency, based on Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Permendes) Number 21 of 2020. This study used qualitative descriptive methods with primary and secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. Data validity was checked using source triangulation. The results showed that, first, village development planning efforts in Sigaluh Village had tried to involve community aspirations and participation. Second, several factors cause planning not to be fully in accordance with Permendes Number 21 of 2020, such as potential problems and suboptimal support and cooperation. The impact of this study shows that development planning in Sigaluh Village needs to be improved to be more in accordance with Permendes Number 21 of 2020 by improving community involvement and optimizing existing potential, support, and cooperation.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor for organisations, including educational institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and rewards on employee performance at Leksono Junior High School. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 48 employees as a sample taken through the quota sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analysed by multiple regression using SPSS 27. The results showed that servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and reward had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The reward variable has the greatest influence on employee performance. This study concludes that improving aspects of servant leadership, human relations, integrity, and reward can improve employee performance at Leksono Junior High School. In addition, this study also found that service-focused leadership can build harmonious working relationships, increase employee trust, and encourage them to work better. The integrity factor is also very important because employees who have high integrity can get rewards. For future research, it is recommended to explore other factors such as work motivation and organisational environment and expand the scope of research to other agencies in order to obtain more comprehensive results and broader generalisation.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan etika bisnis islam, inovasi produk, orientasi pasar terhadap perilaku kinerja pemasaran pada UKM di Banjarnegara. Metode - Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 107 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis islam, inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku kinerja pemasaran konsumen.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa merupakan kebijakan yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia sebagai salah satu fondasi perekonomian di Indonesia yang dimulai dari desa, BUMDES wajib dimilki oleh semua desa di Indonesia sebagai wujud nyata bahwa desa memilki motivasi untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam peningkatan perekonomian. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah banyak desa yang mendirikan BUMDES hanya sebagai formalitas saja untuk memenuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini yang dilakukan oleh gabungan dosen dari tiga program studi yaitu Manajemen, Akuntansi serta Perbankkan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sains Al Qur’an Jawa Tengah Di Wonosobo bermaksud untuk memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman mengenai arti penting BUMDES untuk desa serta arti penting pengelolaan BUMDES yang baik untuk keberlanjutan BUMDES dimasa yang akan datang. Penyertaan modal awal BUMDES yang berasal dari dana Alokasi Dana Desa sebesar 20 persen yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat untuk desa juga menjadi salah satu alasan kuat inisiasi pendirian BUMDES di desa Surengede kecamatan Kertek kabupaten Wonosobo.
