Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the organizational communication climate. It is hoped that this study will support academics and practitioners in devising strategic organizational communication policies. A critical factor in determining organizational success is the communication climate, which encapsulates members' perceptions of the patterns, quality, and clarity of communication within their workplace. A positive communication climate enhances motivation, job satisfaction, and productivity, while a negative climate hinders the flow of information, provokes conflicts, and diminishes organizational effectiveness. To investigate these dynamics, this study employs a literature review method, focusing on the organizational communication climate's conceptual foundation, influential factors, and impact on organizational performance. The findings indicate that openness, effectiveness, and continuity of communication are pivotal in fostering a supportive work environment. Moreover, elements such as communication skills, social support, and the physical environment significantly contribute to establishing a conducive communication climate. By improving the communication climate, organizations can strengthen members' trust, encourage collaboration, and cultivate commitment to shared goals, thereby promoting the organization’s overall success.

Abstract

Decision-making plays a crucial role in the management of educational institutions, as decisions made by the principal must be implemented by subordinates and other individuals associated with the institution. The effectiveness of decision-making directly impacts an organization's success, while mistakes can lead to significant consequences, such as loss of reputation or financial resources. This study investigates the problem-solving and decision-making system at JHS IT Darul Hikmah. The objective is to understand how the principal applies this system to achieve the school's goals and address challenges effectively. This study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive study methods to analyze the decision-making processes at JHS IT Darul Hikmah. The findings reveal that decision-making involves deliberation with teachers to ensure democratic practices and alignment with the school’s vision and mission. However, the study also identifies several factors that hinder effective decision-making, including limited teacher participation in deliberations and financial constraints. These challenges highlight the need for more comprehensive strategies to improve decision-making at JHS IT Darul Hikmah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the LPDP (Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education) scholarship program in promoting equitable access to higher education, alumni contributions to national development, and the fair distribution of high-quality human resources (HR). Utilizing the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) evaluation model, the research examines policy documents, LPDP annual reports, academic journals, and alumni testimonials. Findings reveal that while LPDP plays a strategic role as an educational investment instrument, it still faces challenges in accessibility, the effectiveness of affirmative action for underdeveloped regions, and a weak alumni tracer system. Despite successful alumni contributing to public, educational, and social sectors, their impact remains unstructured and untracked. Policy reform is recommended, including context-based selection criteria, robust post-study monitoring systems, and strengthened synergy among LPDP, local governments, and higher education institutions to ensure equitable and sustainable national human development.

Abstract

Global society faces a major challenge in the form of a value crisis that affects various aspects of life. The value crisis in contemporary society not only impacts social and cultural aspects, but also touches the realm of science. Science, which should be a tool for seeking truth and enlightenment, often loses its direction due to the dominance of pragmatic, political, and economic interests. In the midst of this situation, the role of scholars becomes very crucial. This article offers an axiological reflection on the moral and social responsibility of a scholar in maintaining the meaning and essential purpose of science. With a philosophical approach to science, especially within the framework of axiology, this article highlights how scholars must be a bridge between science and values, between truth and justice. Through this study, the importance of intellectual integrity, moral courage, and commitment to humanity in carrying out the role of science in the midst of a value crisis is emphasized.

Abstract

The 21st century presents many challenges. Including the world of education, which requires flexible, skilled, and technology-aware human resources. The government, schools, and society form the pillars of HR to answer these problems. The principal, as the smallest community, is responsible for student development in accordance with modern learning requirements. School-based management is a management method based on student involvement. Thus, supporting resources are very important because each educational institution has control over human resources, finances, and the environment. SD IT Darul Hikmah has the ability to adapt to modern school-based management. Having a strategy to manage the institution so that it becomes a reference elementary school for new students and a religious-based literacy school is part of the institution's resources. How does SD IT Darul Hikmah deal with the challenges of human resource development in this century? By using a literacy approach and interviews conducted directly with the principal and teachers as sources, a qualitative descriptive method is used in this paper. The data collected shows that the resources owned by the principal have the ability to act as a leader in the management of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

for management transformation in Indonesian elementary schools. Utilizing a library research method and content analysis, this study reviews literature on the digitalization of basic education management, technology adoption in schools, and the application of Google for Education. The findings indicate that using Google platforms not only enhances learning effectiveness but also accelerates administrative processes, improves data transparency, and strengthens stakeholder collaboration. This digital transformation increased management efficiency by 30–40%. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy among teachers, uneven infrastructure, and resistance to organizational cultural change were identified. Successful adoption strategies include the development of a digitalization roadmap, continuous training, provision of supporting facilities, parental involvement, and the formation of internal innovation teams. The study contributes theoretically to the development of technology-based education management discourse and provides practical recommendations to accelerate the sustainable digitalization of elementary schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

Improvements in the quality of education in Indonesia are highly dependent on the competence and character of educators as the spearhead of learning system transformation. This article examines the concept and implementation of human resource management (HRM) in the education sector using an integrity-based and impact-based approach. By highlighting issues such as low professional integrity, competency gaps, and weak outcome-based evaluation systems, this paper proposes HR development strategies that are not only focused on administrative performance but also on tangible contributions to the transformation of students and society. This approach includes values-based recruitment, transformational training, and performance evaluation based on social change. Case studies from the Guru Penggerak program and lessons learned from international practices demonstrate that educators managed with principles of integrity and impact orientation can create an ethical, transformative, and sustainable learning environment. This article recommends reforms in education HR management policies to achieve an advanced and globally competitive Indonesian education system.
