Abstract

The in this study aims to discuss the application of digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving the culture of bali island. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the effectiveness of digital content about sacred Bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture and how is the role of tourism industry players in implementing digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture. the methodology in this study uses data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. the sampling technique in determining informants in the interview uses purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis which has five stages, the first is data collection, the second is summarizing data, the third is adjusting data, the fourth is explaining data, the fifth is drawing conclusions based on theory. The results of the study show that there are four indicators that make digital content about sacred Bali effective to implement, including Reader Cognition, Sharing Motivation, Persuasion, Life Factors. And there are two actors in the tourism industry who have an important role in implementing digital content of sacred Balinese culture, including travel agents and the second is the local community as the god of the house.

Abstract

Industrial activities require hard work to succeed, which will provide a number of products that will provide satisfaction and welfare to humans. That is why the word industry always implies a business that produces products. The product is a series of services that have economic, social, and psychological aspects. In research that has been carried out on Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali with the aim of research to determine the effect of tourism products and services on satisfaction and to analyze the effect of service and satisfaction on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using smartPLS 4.0 as a medium for analyzing data, data sources in this study from primary and secondary data and data collection methods in this study with observation, questionnaires and documentation along with interviews, the location of this research was carried out at mertasari beach sanur bali with a period from March 2023 to October 2023. The results in this study indicate that Based on the abstract of this study, it can be concluded that tourism products and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. In addition, service variables and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. Tourism products offered to tourists also have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach, Sanur Bali. When tourists are well served and receive services that meet their needs, they tend to feel satisfied. Keyword: Tourism Products_Tourist Satisfaction_Visiting Mertasari Beach

Abstract

In recent times, customary villages have undergone changes and now serve dynamic functions, not only centered around customs and religion, but also actively participating in the economic sector. One example is the Sangeh Tourist Attraction, managed by the customary village while still prioritizing the preservation of nature and community culture. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction. The analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Data were gathered using observation, interviews, and a review of the literature. The outcomes showed that Sangeh tourism attraction has natural, cultural, and spiritual tourism potential that can be developed as a tourist attraction, the role of customary village in the development of Sangeh tourist attraction is very large and becomes a key point. The role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction is to prepare tourist facilities, establish cooperation with the Badung Regency Tourism Office, submit income distribution rules for Sangeh Tourism Attraction, preserve Alas Pala, supervise tourism implementation, implement, and fund development and arrange Sangeh Tourism Attraction.

Abstract

Bali tourism has become a popular destination in Indonesia, attracting both international and domestic tourists. Therefore, the planning of tour packages is a crucial part of this industry, as it is related to the quality and its impact on tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to understand the planning of the Bali Harmony Green Tour walking tour package in the Kuta area by PT. Sebumi Berbagi. This research uses observation, documentation, literature review, and interviews as methods, followed by data analysis. The findings of this research include the identification of both man-made and natural tourism potentials in the Kuta area, Bali, and the planning product of the Bali Harmony Green Tour walking tour package by PT. Sebumi Berbagi. Additionally, the benefits of the Bali Harmony Green Tour Walking Tour are as follows: health impacts such as cardiovascular training and improved sleep patterns from walking, economic impacts including support for local small and medium enterprises (UMKM) through participant spending, social impacts from interactions between participants and local communities, and environmental impacts by reducing pollution from fuel-powered vehicles.

Abstract

The Semarapura Festival is an annual cultural event organized by the Klungkung Regency Government through the Department of Tourism. The 7th Semarapura Festival in 2025 is held with the aim of strengthening local cultural identity while developing the community’s creative economy sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2025 Semarapura Festival as a cultural and creative economy event. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the Semarapura Festival plays an important role as a medium for cultural preservation through traditional art performances and activities based on local wisdom, as well as serving as a platform for creative economic development for MSME actors in the culinary and craft sectors. In addition, the festival also applies environmentally friendly innovations and digital promotion strategies through social media to expand audience reach. However, challenges such as parking areas, lack of shaded spaces, and waste management still need attention to optimize the festival in the future. Overall, Semarapura Festival in 2025 succeeds in becoming a model cultural event that integrates tradition preservation, creative economy empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
