Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan dalam hal mengembangkan potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Bengkel Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain : survey, pengumpulan data, pedampingan, dokumentasi, tahap evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa kegiatan sosialisasi dan berdiskusi dengan pihak kepala desa, dan kelompok sadar wisata dengan tema sadar wisata, social media marketing, potensi desa wisata. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menyatakan bahwa kegiatan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Bengkel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Pengabdian ini diharapkanya mampu membantu masyarakat dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata dan tentunya mampu mendatangkan wisatawan yang nantinya bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Bengkel Kabupaten Tabanan. Abstract

Tujuan: Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkap keberadaan tur virtual yang fenomenal selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, telah dirumuskan dua masalah penelitian yaitu perbedaan tur virtual yang beredar sebelum pandemi dan yang baru muncul pada masa pandemi; serta model tur virtual yang berhasil terjual sebagai suatu produk dari industri pariwisata.Metode: Dalam rangka menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, maka digunakan suatu pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dari lima informan yang diketahui sebagai produsen tur virtual. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari pemeriksaan bahan dokumenter yang dibagikan langsung oleh informan kepada tim peneliti. Kedua hal tersebut sebelumnya dikumpulkan dengan beberapa teknik seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Implikasi: Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tur virtual sebelum pandemi merupakan pendahulu dari model yang beredar luas selama pandemi. Namun, keberadaan keduanya tidak dapat disamakan karena terdapat kesenjangan dalam perwujudan konsep, interaksi, dan nilai ekonomi. Selanjutnya, suatu model tur virtual yang efektif telah digabungkan dari lima contoh yang ditelusuri selama pandemi. Ini terdiri dari delapan aspek utama, yaitu tahapan aktivitas, sumber daya manusia, alat, struktur biaya, unique selling point, kisaran harga, pangsa pasar, dan durasi. Akhirnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan media baru dan situasi pandemi telah melahirkan suatu produk wisata alternatif yang diberi label tur virtual.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat lokal mengindikasikan kelemahan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Negari, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi masyarakat melalui penyuluhan sikap Sadar Wisata dan konsep Sapta Pesona. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk dapat berkontribusi dalam bidang pengetahuan tentang pengembangan potensi daya tarik wisata pada Desa Negari. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan berdiskusi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan bahwa pengabdian sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra, sesuai dengan harapan mitra, masyarakat telah memperoleh pengetahuan untuk pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang sesuai dengan keadaan lingkungan setempat, dan mitra sangat puas terhadap pelaksanan pengabdian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan buku ajar dan buku monograf ini adalah untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan menulis, dan meningkatkan pemahaman menulis buku ajar dan buku monograf melalui pemberian materi pelatihan. Materi yang disampaikan mengenai pengetahuan tata cara penulisan buku, macam-macam penerbitan buku, dan spesifikasi buku. Pesertanya adalah dosen kampus Politeknik Nasional dan masyarakat umum. Pemberian pelatihan dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Ada 17 peserta yang bersedia mengikuti pelatihan ini. Pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai penulisan buku ajar dan monografi khususnya bagi dosen sebagai implementasi tri dharma perguruan tinggi, poin penelitian.

Abstract

The in this study aims to discuss the application of digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving the culture of bali island. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the effectiveness of digital content about sacred Bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture and how is the role of tourism industry players in implementing digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture. the methodology in this study uses data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. the sampling technique in determining informants in the interview uses purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis which has five stages, the first is data collection, the second is summarizing data, the third is adjusting data, the fourth is explaining data, the fifth is drawing conclusions based on theory. The results of the study show that there are four indicators that make digital content about sacred Bali effective to implement, including Reader Cognition, Sharing Motivation, Persuasion, Life Factors. And there are two actors in the tourism industry who have an important role in implementing digital content of sacred Balinese culture, including travel agents and the second is the local community as the god of the house.

Abstract

Industrial activities require hard work to succeed, which will provide a number of products that will provide satisfaction and welfare to humans. That is why the word industry always implies a business that produces products. The product is a series of services that have economic, social, and psychological aspects. In research that has been carried out on Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali with the aim of research to determine the effect of tourism products and services on satisfaction and to analyze the effect of service and satisfaction on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using smartPLS 4.0 as a medium for analyzing data, data sources in this study from primary and secondary data and data collection methods in this study with observation, questionnaires and documentation along with interviews, the location of this research was carried out at mertasari beach sanur bali with a period from March 2023 to October 2023. The results in this study indicate that Based on the abstract of this study, it can be concluded that tourism products and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. In addition, service variables and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. Tourism products offered to tourists also have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach, Sanur Bali. Abstract

In recent times, customary villages have undergone changes and now serve dynamic functions, not only centered around customs and religion, but also actively participating in the economic sector. One example is the Sangeh Tourist Attraction, managed by the customary village while still prioritizing the preservation of nature and community culture. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction. The analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Data were gathered using observation, interviews, and a review of the literature. The outcomes showed that Sangeh tourism attraction has natural, cultural, and spiritual tourism potential that can be developed as a tourist attraction, the role of customary village in the development of Sangeh tourist attraction is very large and becomes a key point. The role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction is to prepare tourist facilities, establish cooperation with the Badung Regency Tourism Office, submit income distribution rules for Sangeh Tourism Attraction, preserve Alas Pala, supervise tourism implementation, implement, and fund development and arrange Sangeh Tourism Attraction.

Abstract

A hotel is a business that uses a specially provided building, where everyone can stay, eat, receive services anduse other facilities for a fee. The front office as a representative of the hotel and guest service management, isrequired to be able to handle and solve guest problems and complaints regarding service, facilities andemployee behavior professionally and efficiently in order to provide full satisfaction to guests. In this finalassignment the author explains the performance of the front office in providing services to tourists staying atthe Kamarkoe Hotel. This research method uses descriptive qualitative data with data collection techniques,namely observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The purpose of this research is todetermine the performance of the front office in providing services to tourists staying at the Kamarkoe Hotel.The results of research on the performance of front office services at the Kamarkoe Hotel have maximallyimplemented the services provided by the front office staff.Keywords: E-marketing Model, New Normal

Abstract

Pelatihan penyajian makanan di Uma Palak Subak Sembung Denpasar merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa SMK Jayawisata Jakarta dalam industri pariwisata, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 peserta. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasari oleh pentingnya pendidikan vokasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis, serta kebutuhan untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan kuliner tradisional sebagai daya tarik wisata. Tujuan pelatihan adalah untuk memperkaya pemahaman siswa mengenai teknik penyajian makanan yang menggabungkan unsur budaya lokal Bali dengan tren kuliner modern, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai estetika hidangan. Metode pelatihan meliputi demonstrasi oleh instruktur, praktek mandiri peserta, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi selama proses pembelajaran. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, siswa mendapatkan wawasan lebih mendalam mengenai teknik penyajian makanan, yang tidak hanya menambah keahlian praktis tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran budaya dan potensi wirausaha di sektor kuliner. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada revitalisasi pendidikan kuliner yang berorientasi pada pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya lokal sekaligus mendukung pengembangan pariwisata edukatif di Subak Sembung.

Abstract

Bali tourism has become a popular destination in Indonesia, attracting both international and domestic tourists. Therefore, the planning of tour packages is a crucial part of this industry, as it is related to the quality and its impact on tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to understand the planning of the Bali Harmony Green Tour walking tour package in the Kuta area by PT. Sebumi Berbagi. This research uses observation, documentation, literature review, and interviews as methods, followed by data analysis. The findings of this research include the identification of both man-made and natural tourism potentials in the Kuta area, Bali, and the planning product of the Bali Harmony Green Tour walking tour package by PT. Sebumi Berbagi. Additionally, the benefits of the Bali Harmony Green Tour Walking Tour are as follows: health impacts such as cardiovascular training and improved sleep patterns from walking, economic impacts including support for local small and medium enterprises (UMKM) through participant spending, social impacts from interactions between participants and local communities, and environmental impacts by reducing pollution from fuel-powered vehicles.
