Abstract

In globalization era, experience becomes important in carrying out the accommodation business. Karangasem regency has 992 accommodation but the number of tourist arrivals still in hundreds thousands each year. Therefore, every hotel strives to provide a memorable experience to tourists through an experiential marketing. The experience received by tourists during their stay in accomodation is only based on the view of the hotel without knowing the opinions of tourists so it is important to know the perception of tourists to the experience that has been received. The research location is located in the Candidasa Tourism District with comparisons in star hotels and non star hotels. The variable used is strategic experiential modules with five indicators are sense, feel, think, act and relate. Data obtained through observation, questionnaire and literature study. The number of respondents reached 200 respondents consisting of 100 respondents stay in star hotels and 100 respondents stay in non-star hotels. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative and likert analysis. The results is known that the implementation of experiential marketing in star hotels more successful than non star hotels. Tourists who stayed at star hotels give Strongly Agree category for each indicator. At non star hotel, the tourists who stayed gives the value with the Agree category for the feel indicator while the sense, think, act and relate indicator are only in the Neutral category. Threfore, star hotel should mantain their experience or increase it. While non star hotel should increase their experience. Abstract

The purpose of this financial literacy webinar activity is to provide participants with financial literacy skills, and to know the financial literacy abilities of the millennial generation and to increase the understanding of financial literacy of the millennial generation through the provision of webinar material. The material presented is about financial literacy knowledge, financial life cycle, financial financial planning process, scope of financial planning, and application of financial records. The participants were students from the Denpasar National Polytechnic campus, students from several campuses in Bali and outside Bali, high school/vocational high school students from Bali and outside Bali and general public. However, because it is still in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic, the provision of insight and assessment of insights is carried out online through the Zoom meeting application. There are 122 participants who are willing to take part in this webinar. The importance of knowledge about financial literacy to make the millennial generation financially literate. Financial literacy means understanding how to manage money, paying off debt, insurance, retirement savings, taxes, and financial products such as credit and loans. With a state of financial literacy, the millennial generation can use these financial products to achieve financial prosperity.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify the destination components in Kerta Tourism Village, Gianyar, Bali to support the development of tourist villages in the new normal era. The focus of this study is to determine the attractiveness analysis based on four aspects of tourist destination components by using Tourism Destination Development Theory, which focuses on attraction, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary. Methods: The data were collected by the observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data that has been collected will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Results: The success of developing a tourism village can be seen in the benefits of managing its potencies to improve the welfare of local community. Kerta Tourism Village has developed four aspects of tourist destination components. There are three types of tourist attractions that can be found, namely natural attractions, cultural attractions, and man-made attractions. The supporting facilities are still limited, and generally provided and owned by the private, therefore it does not provide economic benefits for the community. Kerta village has good accessibility, making it easier for tourists to use various types of transportation. However, the limited street lighting should be a concern for the villager. For the ancillary aspect, the tourism village is managed by Pokdarwis, a community that formed to mobilize community participation to jointly develop tourism potential in the village. Tourism villages can be an alternative tourism destination in this new normal era since they are closely related to nature and cultural elements as well as several sites in a tourism village. Therefore, it is feasible to develop a tourism village by following standard health protocols in the era of adaptation to new and post-pandemic habits to assures tourists travel safely in tourist villages. Contribution: Practically, this study is expected to be a recommendation for stakeholders in efforts to develop tourist destinations, especially for those involved in developing the Kerta Tourism Village.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan dalam hal mengembangkan potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Bengkel Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain : survey, pengumpulan data, pedampingan, dokumentasi, tahap evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa kegiatan sosialisasi dan berdiskusi dengan pihak kepala desa, dan kelompok sadar wisata dengan tema sadar wisata, social media marketing, potensi desa wisata. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menyatakan bahwa kegiatan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Bengkel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Pengabdian ini diharapkanya mampu membantu masyarakat dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata dan tentunya mampu mendatangkan wisatawan yang nantinya bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Bengkel Kabupaten Tabanan. Abstract

Wabah Penyakit Virus Corona berdampak pada hampir semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk pada industri pariwisata. Wisata pedesaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pariwisata yang membawa dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat karena masyarakat terlibat langsung dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan desa wisata. Oleh karena itu, dapat diprediksi bahwa desa wisata memiliki prospek pengembangan yang baik untuk kedepannya, terutama di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Kerta sebagai upaya pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat di masa new normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan temuan data yang diperoleh, dirancang empat strategi utama yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Kerta. Pertama, strategi pengembangan aspek kualitas daya tarik dengan mengoptimalkan pengembangan potensi pertanian dan budaya. Kedua, strategi pengembangan produk industri pariwisata dengan menyediakan akomodasi dan fasilitas berbasis masyarakat setempat. Ketiga, strategi untuk mengembangkan aspek pemasaran pariwisata dengan meningkatkan penggunaan media sosial dan mengoptimalkan kolaborasi triple helix. Keempat, strategi pengembangan aspek pengelolaan desa wisata dengan meningkatkan kapasitas SDM pariwisata dan perhotelan untuk mendukung pariwisata era pasca pandemi dan optimalisasi penerapan protokol kesehatan di Desa Wisata Kerta. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan manfaat terhadap Desa Wisata Kerta terkait penyusunan strategi pengembangan wisata pedesaan yang dapat dilakukan di era new normal, agar kegiatan pariwisata dapat pulih kembali dan mampu bersaing dengan desa wisata lainnya, khususnya yang ada di Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat lokal mengindikasikan kelemahan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Negari, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi masyarakat melalui penyuluhan sikap Sadar Wisata dan konsep Sapta Pesona. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk dapat berkontribusi dalam bidang pengetahuan tentang pengembangan potensi daya tarik wisata pada Desa Negari. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan berdiskusi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan bahwa pengabdian sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra, sesuai dengan harapan mitra, masyarakat telah memperoleh pengetahuan untuk pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang sesuai dengan keadaan lingkungan setempat, dan mitra sangat puas terhadap pelaksanan pengabdian.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul, yang terletak di Kabupaten Malang, merupakan desa wisata dengan potensi besar di bidang agrowisata, edukasi, dan budaya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran masing-masing unsur Penta Helix serta merancang strategi kolaborasi yang sinergis untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan partisipatoris. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Proses pengabdian melibatkan identifikasi peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing unsur, pelaksanaan workshop kolaborasi, dan evaluasi ketercapaian program. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peran masing-masing unsur Penta Helix telah teridentifikasi dengan jelas. Implementasi strategi ini berhasil menciptakan sinergi yang lebih baik antar-unsur Penta Helix, meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, dan mendorong keberlanjutan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan pendampingan lanjutan oleh akademisi, partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program-program pengembangan, serta dukungan pemerintah dalam bentuk regulasi dan infrastruktur untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan desa wisata.

Abstract

Industrial activities require hard work to succeed, which will provide a number of products that will provide satisfaction and welfare to humans. That is why the word industry always implies a business that produces products. The product is a series of services that have economic, social, and psychological aspects. In research that has been carried out on Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali with the aim of research to determine the effect of tourism products and services on satisfaction and to analyze the effect of service and satisfaction on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using smartPLS 4.0 as a medium for analyzing data, data sources in this study from primary and secondary data and data collection methods in this study with observation, questionnaires and documentation along with interviews, the location of this research was carried out at mertasari beach sanur bali with a period from March 2023 to October 2023. The results in this study indicate that Based on the abstract of this study, it can be concluded that tourism products and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. In addition, service variables and satisfaction have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach Sanur Bali. Tourism products offered to tourists also have a significant influence on the loyalty of tourists visiting Mertasari Beach, Sanur Bali. Abstract

In recent times, customary villages have undergone changes and now serve dynamic functions, not only centered around customs and religion, but also actively participating in the economic sector. One example is the Sangeh Tourist Attraction, managed by the customary village while still prioritizing the preservation of nature and community culture. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction. The analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Data were gathered using observation, interviews, and a review of the literature. The outcomes showed that Sangeh tourism attraction has natural, cultural, and spiritual tourism potential that can be developed as a tourist attraction, the role of customary village in the development of Sangeh tourist attraction is very large and becomes a key point. The role of customary villages in the development of Sangeh Tourism Attraction is to prepare tourist facilities, establish cooperation with the Badung Regency Tourism Office, submit income distribution rules for Sangeh Tourism Attraction, preserve Alas Pala, supervise tourism implementation, implement, and fund development and arrange Sangeh Tourism Attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di pantai pandawa yang terletak di desa kutuh, Bali. Pantai Pandawa merupakan salah satu pantai berpasir putih yang ada di kawasan wisata kuta selatan, letaknya berada dibalik bukit-bukit yang menjulang tinggi dan tebing-tebing yang mempesona. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui peran sosial instagram sebagai media promotif wisata pantai pandawa ungasan Bali, 2) untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam mempromosikan pantai pandawa, 3) untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut ditemui dalam promosi pantai pandawa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Peran media sosial dalam mempromosikan pantai pandawa adalah sebagai berikut: menginformasikan, membujuk, dan mengingatkan masyarakat lokal dan masyarakat sekitar mengenai tempat wisata pantai pandawa, 2. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam mempromosikan pantai pandawa antara lain: 1) pengunjung pantai pandawa sebagian besar masih belum menggunakan media sosial instagram 2) foto yang diunggah di akun instagram pantai pandawa ada yang kurang jelas, 3) video yang diunggah belum berupa audio, 3. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam mempromosikan pantai pandawa sebagai berikut: 1) promosi tidak hanya menggunakan media sosial instagram, hampir 80% pengunjung pantai pandawa masih menggunakan media facebook dan tiktok, 2) mencari fotografer khusus untuk gambar yang representatif sehingga menghasilkan foto dan video yang bagus sehingga menarik minat orang lain untuk datang ke pantai pandawa.
