Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POC kulit pisang dan kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman brokoli. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan percobaan II Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo di Jl. Lamaranginang, Desa Batupasi, Kecamatan Wara Utara, Kota Palopo. Periode penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga menjadi 24 satuan percobaan dalam penelitian ini. Perlakuan tersebut antara lain P0 = kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), P1 = POC kulit pisang 75 ml/tanaman + Kompos TKKS 150 g/tanaman, P2 = POC kulit pisang 100 ml/tanaman + Kompos TKKS 200 g/tanaman, P3 = POC kulit pisang 125 ml/ tanaman + kompos TKKS 250 g/tanaman, P4 = POC kulit pisang 150 ml/tanaman + kompos TKKS 300 g/tanaman, P5 = POC kulit pisang 175 ml/tanaman + kompos TKKS 350 g/tanaman. Adapun hasil dari sidik ragam F hitung > F tabel yang berarti pemberian perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter hari muncul krop (HST), sedangkan diperoleh nilai F hitung < F tabel pada parameter yang berarti tidak berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan Panjang akar. Perlakuan terbaik adalah P5 dengan tinggi tanaman 26,25 cm, jumlah daun 17,38, hari muncul krop 65,25 HST dan panjang akar 24,13 cm. Selain itu nilai terbaik juga terdapat pada P3 dengan tinggi tanaman 24,25 cm, jumlah daun 17,88, hari muncul krop 67,75 HST dan panjang akar 26,38 cm. Pemberian POC kulit pisang dan kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit menunjang pertumbuhan tanaman brokoli. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the effect of giving banana peel POC and empty oil palm fruit bunch compost on the growth of broccoli plants. This research was carried out at Experimental Field II, Faculty of Agriculture, Cokroaminoto Palopo University on Jl. Lamaranginang, Batupasi Village, North Wara District, Palopo City. This research period starts from December 2023 to March 2024. This research was carried out using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method and 6 treatments were given 4 times, resulting in 24 experimental units in this research. P0 = control (without treatment), P1 = POC banana peel 75 ml/plant + TKKS Compost 150 g/plant, P2 = POC banana peel 100 ml/plant + TKKS Compost 200 g/plant, P3 = POC banana peel 125 ml/plant plants + TKKS compost 250 g/plant, P4 = banana peel POC 150 ml/plant + TKKS compost 300 g/plant, P5 = banana peel POC 175 ml/plant + TKKS compost 350 g/plant. As for the results of the variance, F calculated > F table, which means that the treatment has a very significant effect on the parameters of the day of crop emergence (DAP), while the obtained value of F calculated < F table on the parameters means that it has no real effect on plant height, number of leaves and root length. The best treatment was P5 with a plant height of 26.25 cm, number of leaves 17.38, age of crop formation 65.25 HST and root length 24.13 cm. Apart from that, the best value was also found in P3 with a plant height of 24.25 cm, number of leaves 17.88, day of crop emergence 67.75 HST and root length 26.38 cm. Providing banana peel POC and empty oil palm fruit bunch compost supports the growth of broccoli plants.
