Abstract

Pertumbuhan populasi mahasiswa di Jatinangor, Bandung, telah meningkatkan permintaan layanan laundry yang praktis dan terjangkau, memicu persaingan yang ketat di sektor ini. Juwara#1 Laundry, sebagai pemain potensial dalam industri laundry, berencana untuk membuka cabang baru di Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan strategis dalam memilih lokasi yang tepat untuk ekspansi bisnis Juwara#1 Laundry. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan pustaka, wawancara mendalam dengan owner Juwara#1 Laundry, dan observasi lapangan di lokasi-lokasi potensial. Teknik Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menentukan prioritas lokasi berdasarkan kriteria yang relevan, seperti kepadatan mahasiswa, aksesibilitas, dan tingkat persaingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi yang dekat dengan kampus dan tempat tinggal mahasiswa memiliki potensi profitabilitas yang tinggi dan dapat meningkatkan volume pelanggan secara signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemilihan lokasi strategis sangat penting untuk keberhasilan ekspansi bisnis Juwara#1 Laundry. Rekomendasi lokasi yang diberikan dapat membantu Juwara#1 Laundry dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dan mengoptimalkan operasional bisnis di masa depan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi banyak memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam mencari literatur sebagai sumber belajar. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital siswa seringkali membuat mereka mengambil literatur dari sumber yang tidak bisa dipertanggunjawabkan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam mencari dan memilih literatur belajar dari sumber yang terpecaya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo dengan peserta yaitu sebanyak 30 siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dengan memberikan materi teori dan praktik. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu peserta dibekali: (1) mengapa perlu memilih sumber belajar yang kredibel?; (2) mengenali kriteria sumber belajar ilmiah ; dan (3) strategi mencari literatur dari sumber yang ilmiah. Selain itu, peserta juga diharapkan bisa menjadi agen sosialisasi bagi rekan-rekannya yang tidak mengkuti pelatihan, sehingga kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap mengembangan literasi digital di kalangan pelajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development map of research in the topic of implementation of good corporate governance (GCG). The study was conducted in October 2021 by conducting a search through the Scopus database. The search data is then analysis descriptively based on the year, name of the institution and country, the name of the journal, and productivity. The data is then analysis using the VOSViewer. The results showed that the number of publications of research results in this topic at Scopus in 2002-2021 had increased significantly. The largest publication of research results in this topic indexed in Scopus is Diponegoro University. The most productive researcher is Stiglbauer, M. Through network visualization shows that the development map of GCG implementation research is divided into 7 clusters with 22 topics. Density visualization shows the development of GCG implementation research has the heaviest weight on the word good corporate governance and corporate governance

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in organization is well-established in practice and has emerged as an exciting research area in recent years. However, no comprehensive review of the literature on organizational readiness for AI has been conducted. The aim of this paper is to map the current state of research of organizational readiness for AI. We conducted a systematic mapping study and found 32 relevant primary studies. Our findings are organised into two aspects. First, systematise and classify existing research in terms of number of papers published, year of publication, type of the research, country of origin, research methods, theories, and framework used. Second, to identify research gaps and propose a research agenda in the future. Most articles published after 2019 are dominated by exploratory, empirical and descriptive research and use qualitative and quantitative methods as an approach to conducting research. However, research on organizational readiness for AI is still often carried out in developed countries. The research contributes a thematic analysis of research variables, factor AI adoption, the results of AI implementation, theory and framework, research gaps in the literature, and an agenda for future research. More academic work needs to be done on organizational readiness for AI to improve conceptual clarity, theory building and development, understanding benefits and value for the business, understanding contextual factors, and critically exploring outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tren dan perkembangan keilmuan dalam studi komitmen organisasi melalui analisis bibliometrik menggunakan database Scopus dan visualisasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Sebanyak 9.927 dokumen yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 1964 hingga 2024 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola publikasi, jurnal inti, institusi yang berkontribusi, serta peneliti paling produktif. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi, terutama sejak tahun 2005, yang mencerminkan meningkatnya perhatian akademik terhadap topik ini. International Journal of Human Resource Management menjadi jurnal dengan kontribusi terbanyak, sementara Wayne State University dan University of Haifa tercatat sebagai institusi paling produktif. Lambert, E.G. dan Vandenberghe, C. merupakan peneliti yang paling aktif di bidang ini. Melalui analisis kata kunci, ditemukan 11 klaster tematik yang mencerminkan kompleksitas isu dalam komitmen organisasi, mencakup variabel seperti kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasi, burnout, work-life balance, kesejahteraan psikologis, hingga spiritualitas kerja. Klaster-klaster ini menunjukkan adanya pergeseran dalam diskursus akademik dari teori klasik menuju pendekatan yang lebih terintegrasi dan lintas disiplin, dengan melibatkan dimensi psikologis, kultural, dan etis. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap peluang riset baru seperti perbedaan generasi, organizational silence, kepemimpinan etis, dan makna spiritual dalam pekerjaan. Studi ini memberikan peta intelektual komprehensif yang tidak hanya mencerminkan kondisi terkini bidang ini, tetapi juga memberikan arahan strategis bagi pengembangan riset ke depan dalam konteks dunia kerja modern yang dinamis. This study aims to map the trends and intellectual development of organizational commitment research through a bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database and visualization with VOSviewer. A total of 9,927 documents published between 1964 and 2024 were analyzed to identify publication patterns, core journals, contributing institutions, and the most productive researchers. The results reveal a significant increase in research output, particularly from 2005 onwards, indicating growing academic interest in organizational commitment. The International Journal of Human Resource Management is the most prominent publication outlet, with Wayne State University and University of Haifa identified as key contributing institutions. Lambert, E.G., and Vandenberghe, C. are among the most prolific researchers in the field. Through co-word analysis, the study identifies 11 thematic clusters reflecting the multidimensional nature of organizational commitment, involving variables such as leadership, job satisfaction, organizational justice, burnout, work-life balance, psychological well-being, and workplace spirituality. These clusters demonstrate a shift in the academic discourse from traditional theories toward more integrated, interdisciplinary approaches that incorporate psychological, cultural, and ethical dimensions. The findings also highlight emerging research opportunities, including generational differences, organizational silence, ethical leadership, and spiritual meaning at work. This study provides a comprehensive intellectual map that not only reflects the current state of the field but also offers strategic directions for future research on organizational commitment in the context of modern, dynamic workplaces.

Abstract

As information becomes increasingly important in companies, information threats and vulnerabilities also increase, as evidenced by the emergence of certain hacks/information leaks that impact organizations. Information security awareness is important to any organization's efforts to safeguard information. All organizational efforts to safeguard information may become ineffective due to such risks. Therefore, awareness is the starting point for all personnel in a company to pursue or understand knowledge about cyber security. With security awareness, an employee can focus his or her attention on one or more potential problems or dangers. So, to create awareness among the public or bank employees, one way is to deliver material, through Community Service events with the theme of cyber security. This activity was carried out online using zoom media which was attended by 524 participants and consisted of several lecturers as resource persons who used educational and evaluation methods in delivering the material. Based on the activities that have been carried out and the evaluation results during this community service activity, we can conclude that the community service program has been able to provide benefits for participants in this training, especially in building awareness of information security in the banking environment. Participants were able to understand well based on the evaluation results which showed that 93% of participants were able to answer questions with scores that passed the standard
