Abstract

Management is a key role in the educational world, along with independent science discipline, it also collaborates with education (bound). Increasingly, education begins to erode the characteristics of anomalies and destructions makes education lose its power, the education formulated to reflect less and less rivals by other powerful entities, supposedly this weakness rooted in fragile and fragile education management. This study will discuss how the management of education would tackle the problem, starting with its definition of a function of the management of education itself. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) the management of education is defined by a tool in the educational education done through planning, organizing activities. Education function, 2) a) planning (planning), b) organization (organization), c) staffing (organization), d) management (direction), e) coordination (coordination) g) reporting (reporting), h) budgeting (budgeting), while 3) the purpose of management is for the systematic and evaluative implementation of a endeavor.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of video learning media in creating enjoyable learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. In the digital era, the use of video media has become an effective tool for presenting learning material visually and interactively, which can increase student engagement and motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and document analysis methods to collect data from teachers and students. The research results show that video learning media contributes significantly in creating an interesting and dynamic learning atmosphere. Students find it easier to understand material presented via video, especially because the visualization supports the explanation of difficult concepts. Additionally, videos provide flexibility for students to learn according to their pace and learning style. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for training for teachers to maximize the use of this media still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right support, video learning media can be an effective tool in creating fun and meaningful learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School.

Abstract

Academic supervision plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality of learning in educational institutions, including at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. This research aims to explore the role of academic supervision in improving the quality of learning through a collaboration-oriented approach, developing teacher competence, and pedagogical innovation. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of supervision documents. The research results show that effective academic supervision not only functions as an evaluation tool, but also as a medium for educational transformation that involves teachers as strategic partners. The main findings underline the importance of two-way communication patterns, preparing needs-based follow-up plans, and empowering teachers through ongoing training and mentoring. This research recommends a supervision model based on empathy and local contextualization that is able to answer the unique needs of SMK YLA Cibadak, as well as being an inspiration for other institutions. With this approach, academic supervision can be a driving force in creating a dynamic, adaptive and quality-oriented learning ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision in enhancing teacher competence at MAS Tarbiyatul Islamiyah. Educational supervision is a strategic effort to improve the quality of teaching through professional teacher development. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that educational supervision at MAS Tarbiyatul Islamiyah significantly contributes to improving teacher competence, particularly in pedagogical and professional aspects. However, the implementation of supervision faces various challenges, such as time constraints, lack of supervisor training, and teacher resistance to supervision. Administrative supervision needs to be developed into clinical supervision that focuses more on personal guidance and skill enhancement for teachers. Recommendations include strengthening supervisor training, increasing technology integration in supervision, and conducting well-planned and continuous supervision. This study provides new insights into the importance of educational supervision in supporting teacher competency development in madrasahs and offers strategic implications for improving educational quality.
