Abstract

Management is a key role in the educational world, along with independent science discipline, it also collaborates with education (bound). Increasingly, education begins to erode the characteristics of anomalies and destructions makes education lose its power, the education formulated to reflect less and less rivals by other powerful entities, supposedly this weakness rooted in fragile and fragile education management. This study will discuss how the management of education would tackle the problem, starting with its definition of a function of the management of education itself. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) the management of education is defined by a tool in the educational education done through planning, organizing activities. Education function, 2) a) planning (planning), b) organization (organization), c) staffing (organization), d) management (direction), e) coordination (coordination) g) reporting (reporting), h) budgeting (budgeting), while 3) the purpose of management is for the systematic and evaluative implementation of a endeavor.

Abstract

Abstract. It is not appropriate for a transfer education to be totally devoted to a teacher. Especially a matter of student's learning motivation which also needs attention. The lack of motivational attention keeps students from discovering their maximum potential. In this study will be concerned about the increased motivational efforts of students at one school. As for the research methods used on this research are qualitative research methods, exactly field research. With the accumulative data collection techniques, observation and documentation, and the miles and hubberman techniques as data analysis techniques, with procedure 1) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) data verification, and with data check 1) credibility, 2) accessibility and 3). Research shows that 1) the state of the cooperation of parents and teachers is very good, 2) the teacher's efforts increase the motivation for learning by implementing behavoristic and chromatic learning theories, 3) the cooperation of parents and teachers increase the student's learning motivation by an intrinsic and extrinsic motivation approach and 4) it enhances the student's intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and 4) it reflects on the parents as well as on the parents. Abstrak. Tidaklah tepat bila urusan pendidikan di pindahtangankan secara totalitas hanya kepada guru. Terutama soal motivasi belajar siswa yang juga perlu diperhatikan. Minimnya perhatian soal motivasi membuat siswa tidak menemukan potensi maksimalnya. Pada penelitian ini akan diurai tentang upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di salah satu sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, tepatnya field research. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data akumulatif wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dan teknik Miles dan Hubberman sebagai teknik analisis datanya, dengan prosedur 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data dan 4) verifikasi data, serta dengan teknik pemeriksaan data 1) kredibilitias, 2) tranferabilitas dan 3) dependabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keadaan hubungan kerjasama orang tua dan guru itu sangat baik, 2) upaya guru kelas meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan mengimplementasikan teori belajar Behavoristik dan Kontruksivistik, 3) upaya kerjasama orang tua dan guru meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan pendekatan motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dan 4) hambatan peningkatannya bersentral pada orang tua juga pendukungnya berpusat pula pada orang tua.

Abstract

Leaders are the decisive factors in the success or failure of an organization and effort. Whether in the business or in education, health, company, relegi, social, political, state government, and so forth, a leader's quality determines the success of an institution or organization. Leadership is an unavoidable social fact of arranging relationships between individuals associated with one society. Where each individual has a collective purpose that wants to be realized together in society. On this research will be concerned about how leadership education in human resources. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study show that the ideal nature of leaders in Islam is knowledge, the spirit of calling upon goodness, noble virtue, istiqomah, patience, justice, honesty, discipline, the soul responsible and has the spirit to build. Leaders must inspire and instill a spirit of cooperation in realizing Shared vision and mission.

As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. His research was a projection of the principal's needs essential to the quality of education. This need has to adjust the dynamic growth of schools and policies. The main challenges include a lack of a competent headmaster, an unstandardized recruiting process, anda difficult mapping of needs in the area. Effective solutions include sustained training, instructional leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

In the process of education is not quite held in a short time. Mastery of science-pionlement requires extra time, energy even money. When calculated in the quantity of education time is held a lifetime. But when viewing education policies in a country, one of Indonesia education is required to be in total period of 12 years. None other, the 12-year education is a form of preparation manifestation to be a better person and benefits. But the 12-year-old is not as easy as reversing the palm, it is necessary to mature and systematic planning. That's what the reason for this paper is made. The research method used in this research is the qualitative research method, precisely library research (library study). With Data Collection Techniques and Data Analysis Technique in the form of content analysis (content analysis). The results of this study indicate that education is a most important period of formal education required by the law of each country, education is required to all children under the age of the state, the program must learn to have legal basis in the 1945 Constitution. There are several things that support the 12-year-old study. From regulation, 12-year study must be supported through the constitution and various relevant refrigerators with education. The 1945 Constitution of Article 31 paragraph (2) states that "each citizen shall follow the basic education and the government must also finance it", the planning includes, 1) Farming targets of fair 3 years, 2) Socialization of the 12-year program, for participation data, the metropolitan and major cities occupied the highest position as a participation of 12-year compulsory, for its strategy by cooperation or cooperative with the Ministry of National Education.

Abstract

Students have low confidence in PAI learning can be seen from the symptoms that look like hesitant while speaking in front of the class and silence when appointed Master to move forward in the front of the class. The confidence of manifests is comfortable in the environment where the individual is so that individuals feel confident of a step and decision he takes to achieve its expected goals. Confidence is necessary to students to create a good learning attitude so that it can achieve optimal learning achievement. To answer this, the Role Playing model is to complete it, the implementation of the Role Playing learning model in increasing confidence, with the goal to obtain information about the level and the extent to which the Role Playing learning model can increase confidence. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And Miles and Hubberman techniques as the data analysis technique, with the procedure of analysis, with the procedure 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) Verification of data, as well as data inspection techniques 1) credibitiasi, 2) Tranferability and 3) The dependability as the result of this research is a learning model of role playing can increase student confidence, on the other hand the dominant students are more understandable about the material taught, given the students of elementary school 1 tend to be active and expressive so it can be said the role playing model is very relevant to the students of elementary school class. Abstract

Behind the importance of a teacher's role in the progress of a nation comes a weighty responsibility. Teachers are expected to be able to master the skills required to make the teacher profession a professional. In Indonesia education systems has been governed the competence that a teacher must maintain his duty while linked to the implementation of a supervision, to which this writing is the answer to the problem. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And the miles and hubberman technique as the data analysis technique, with procedure 1) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) data verification, 2) powerability and 3) dependability as far as the results of this study are 1) education supervision is the development and monitoring activities that are done to help teachers and educators improve the quality of education, 2) supervision of learning at SDN katulampa 04 times a month, 3) supervision plays an important role in making it easier for teachers to improve teaching ability and reduce barriers to learning.
