Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang pemikiran dan konsep dasar ’Abd Al-Rahmân Al-Nahlâwî tentang pendidikan masyarakat berbasis masjid dalam karya bernasnya, Ushûl Al-Tarbiyah Al-Islâmiyyah wa Asâlîbuhâ: Fî Al-Bait wa Al-Madrasah wa Al-Mujtama’ (Origins & Methods of The Islamic Education). Latar belakang makalah ini berfokus pada realitas bahwa sepanjang sejarah Islam dan fungsinya dalam Islam, masjid tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah. Lebih luas dan kompleks masjid adalah aula pertemuan, ruang konsultasi dan komunikasi, tempat kegiatan sosial, balai pengobatan, pusat latihan ketentaraan dan mengatur siasat militer, dan medan berdakwah serta kiblat bagi pendidikan Islam. Kini urgensitas dan fungsi edukasi masjid tersebut dirasakan semakin pudar, selain kebanyakannya diperuntukan hanya sebagai timpat ibadah. Kondisi masjid yang menyempit seperti ini diperburuk dengan kurangnya manajemen pengelolaan masjid dan semakin jauhnya kehadiran generasi muda di masjid. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini berupaya menemukan secara deskriptis pemikiran tentang pendidikan masyarakat berbasis masjid berdasarkan perspektif ’Abd Al-Rahmân Al-Nahlâwî dalam karyanya tersebut.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between leadership, communication, and managerial skills in an educational context. The main focus is how effective leadership and good communication can improve managerial skills in an educational environment. The research results show that participative leadership and open communication contribute significantly to improving managerial skills, including strategic planning, decision making, and resource management. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership and communication training in managerial development in the education sector, which can ultimately improve the performance and effectiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

Management is a key role in the educational world, along with independent science discipline, it also collaborates with education (bound). Increasingly, education begins to erode the characteristics of anomalies and destructions makes education lose its power, the education formulated to reflect less and less rivals by other powerful entities, supposedly this weakness rooted in fragile and fragile education management. This study will discuss how the management of education would tackle the problem, starting with its definition of a function of the management of education itself. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) the management of education is defined by a tool in the educational education done through planning, organizing activities. Education function, 2) a) planning (planning), b) organization (organization), c) staffing (organization), d) management (direction), e) coordination (coordination) g) reporting (reporting), h) budgeting (budgeting), while 3) the purpose of management is for the systematic and evaluative implementation of a endeavor.

Abstract

Leaders are the decisive factors in the success or failure of an organization and effort. Whether in the business or in education, health, company, relegi, social, political, state government, and so forth, a leader's quality determines the success of an institution or organization. Leadership is an unavoidable social fact of arranging relationships between individuals associated with one society. Where each individual has a collective purpose that wants to be realized together in society. On this research will be concerned about how leadership education in human resources. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study show that the ideal nature of leaders in Islam is knowledge, the spirit of calling upon goodness, noble virtue, istiqomah, patience, justice, honesty, discipline, the soul responsible and has the spirit to build. Leaders must inspire and instill a spirit of cooperation in realizing Shared vision and mission.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational management leadership in improving the quality of education in schools. In the context of education, school leadership has a significant influence on managing and developing a conducive school environment. Three research questions addressed in this study are: (1) the role of the school principal in managing education, (2) leadership strategies in creating a conducive school environment, and (3) the impact of leadership on the quality of education. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that effective leadership, such as implementing participatory leadership, fostering a positive culture, and utilizing technology in management, can enhance teachers' competencies and students' learning outcomes. The study also finds that principals who successfully create a positive school culture contribute to increasing motivation and performance among all school members.

Abstract

Situational leadership is a leadership approach that emphasizes the leader's flexibility and adaptability in adapting the leadership style to the situation and needs of subordinates. This research aims to explore the application of situational leadership in managing human resources in the field of education through a literature review method. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, it was found that situational leadership is effective in improving the performance and motivation of teaching staff and educational staff. Situational leadership allows educational leaders to adopt the most appropriate style, ranging from directive to supportive, according to the level of preparedness and competence of subordinates. In addition, this research also highlights that situational leadership can help in overcoming various challenges in a dynamic educational environment, including curriculum changes, professional development needs, and improving the quality of learning. The analyzed literature shows that the application of situational leadership contributes significantly to achieving broader educational goals and improving the quality of human resources in educational institutions. These findings emphasize the importance of situational leadership training and development for educational leaders to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas r.a. regarding guarding five things before the other five things come, provides a moral message that is very relevant in the daily lives of Muslims. This hadith teaches people to take advantage of youth, health, wealth, free time and life before things come that can hinder their use. This journal aims to analyze and examine the meaning and relevance of this hadith in contemporary life. Through a hadith analysis approach, this journal shows that the messages contained in this hadith can be applied in various aspects of life, from time management to health and wealth. Apart from that, this journal also discusses the asbabul wurud of this hadith, its validity status, as well as the tarbiyah aspects contained in it

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying that occurs in the pesantren environment is not only a social problem, but also reflects a crisis in the internalization of Islamic educational values. This study aims to examine the dynamics of bullying in Islamic boarding schools from a psychosocial perspective and Islamic educational values. With a literature study approach and qualitative content analysis, this study explores various theories, empirical findings, and expert views obtained from relevant journals, books, and scientific works. The results of the study show that the practice of bullying in pesantren often stems from power relations that are institutionalized through the hierarchy structure of seniority, as well as weak supervision of the process of internalizing Islamic values among students. The values of Islamic ukhuwah, justice, and compassion that should be the spirit of Islamic education are often eroded by a culture of silence, neglect, or even the wrong perception that bullying is part of discipline. In fact, the concept of Islamic education not only emphasizes the mastery of the knowledge of tools (tsaqafah), but also the formation of intellect ('aqliyah), soul (nafsiyah), and Islamic personality (syakhsiyah Islamiyah) based on a strong aqidah. Bullying prevention requires deeper Islamic character education, strengthening social control, and psychosocial approaches to maintain mental and spiritual balance of students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic and civilized pesantren management strategy, by fostering an anti-bullying culture, creating a safe, harmonious, and harmonious learning environment that is in line with the main goals of Islamic education. Thus, pesantren are expected to be able to form students who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble morals, high social spirit, empathy, and have a strong Islamic personality and full of integrity.

Abstract

Model pendidikan Full Day School dan Home Schooling terus berkembang sebagai alternatif solusi dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam membentuk karakter dan mengembangkan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh. Penelitian sebelumnya banyak membahas kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing model secara terpisah, namun belum banyak yang mengkaji keduanya secara komparatif dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kedua model pendidikan tersebut secara menyeluruh, dengan menyoroti dasar teori, kebijakan pemerintah, prinsip pengajaran, serta tantangan dan peluang penerapannya dalam membentuk peserta didik yang beriman, berilmu, dan mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap berbagai sumber teori pendidikan, regulasi pemerintah, dan nilai-nilai Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Full Day School lebih terstruktur dan cocok untuk pembinaan karakter melalui sistem sekolah formal, sedangkan Home Schooling lebih fleksibel dan personal dalam mendukung potensi anak. Penelitian ini memperbarui kajian sebelumnya dengan pendekatan integratif dan menyimpulkan bahwa kedua model ini dapat saling melengkapi dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan zaman.
