Abstract

Stunting (tubuh pendek) adalah hasil jangka panjang dari kekurangan nutrisi dengan tinggi badan menurut umur kurang dari -2 SD (Standar Deviasi) di bawah median panjang. Prevalensi stunting secara global 22,% pada anak dibawah usia 5 tahun, secara nasional 37,2%, di Jawa Barat 29,9%, di Kota Cimahi terdapat 9,75%, dan di Puskesmas Leuwigajah 10,39%. Pola asuh adalah penyebab tidak langsung dari kejadian stunting dan apabila tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat menjadi penyebab langsung dari kejadian stunting, artinya pola asuh adalah faktor dominan sebagai penyebab stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh ibu dalam pemberian makan dengan kejadianStunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Leuwigajah Cimahi Selatan Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan kolerasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling dengan jumlah 95 responden. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah kueisioner tentang pola asuh dalam pemberian makanan. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p=0,003 < α (0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pola asuh makan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Leuwigajah Cimahi Selatan. Hasil penelitian memberikan manfaat dalam program pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat tentang pola asuh dalam pemberian makan dengan kejadian stunting. Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of video learning media in creating enjoyable learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. In the digital era, the use of video media has become an effective tool for presenting learning material visually and interactively, which can increase student engagement and motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and document analysis methods to collect data from teachers and students. The research results show that video learning media contributes significantly in creating an interesting and dynamic learning atmosphere. Students find it easier to understand material presented via video, especially because the visualization supports the explanation of difficult concepts. Additionally, videos provide flexibility for students to learn according to their pace and learning style. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for training for teachers to maximize the use of this media still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right support, video learning media can be an effective tool in creating fun and meaningful learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School.

Abstract

Leaders are the decisive factors in the success or failure of an organization and effort. Whether in the business or in education, health, company, relegi, social, political, state government, and so forth, a leader's quality determines the success of an institution or organization. Leadership is an unavoidable social fact of arranging relationships between individuals associated with one society. Where each individual has a collective purpose that wants to be realized together in society. On this research will be concerned about how leadership education in human resources. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study show that the ideal nature of leaders in Islam is knowledge, the spirit of calling upon goodness, noble virtue, istiqomah, patience, justice, honesty, discipline, the soul responsible and has the spirit to build. Leaders must inspire and instill a spirit of cooperation in realizing Shared vision and mission.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of school accreditation in improving school promotion in Mi Ciawitali 01. This research was conducted using a qualitative methodology that collected data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data delivery, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include the Implementation of Accreditation at Mi Ciawitali 01, the Role of Accreditation in Increasing School Promotion at Mi Ciawitali 01, Inhibiting and Supporting Factors for Implementing Accreditation at Mi Ciawitali 01.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the Role of Islamic Education-Based Schools in the Formation of Religious Character in Nadwah Kindergarten focusing on the current large population in Indonesia and the rampant criminal acts and government programs through laws with the aim of research 1). describe the formation of religious character in Nadwah Kindergarten, 2). To describe the role of Islamic Education-Based Schools in the Formation of Religious Character in Nadwah Kindergarten 3). To describe the driving and inhibiting factors in the Formation of Religious Character in Nadwah Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, qualitative research methods are also called naturalistic research methods because the research is conducted in very natural conditions (natural settings). Data collection through participatory observation, structured and unstructured interviews. documentation study using tools: observation guides, interview guidelines, data validation using Triangulation (sources), confirmability and dependability and analysis using reduction, data presentation and Drawing Conclusions The informants in this study were one Principal and two class teachers. The results of this study show 1). The formation of religious character in Nadwah Kindergarten has so far been running but has not been optimal through several habits that have been carried out, this is due to the different backgrounds of each family. Through the habit of saying hello to parents and teachers when saying goodbye and coming, then when entering the class, so far it has been going well. Dhuha prayer is performed once a month, but for memorizing the readings of obligatory prayers and ablution there is and memorizing short letters An-nas to At-takasur. 2). The role of Islamic education-based schools in the formation of religious character in kindergarten is very important because at this stage children are in a period of character formation that is very vulnerable and has a major influence on their development in the future. 3). these supporting and inhibiting factors and taking the necessary steps to strengthen children's character education. Collaboration between all stakeholders, including teachers, school staff, parents, and the community, is also important in building an environment that supports the formation of positive character for children in kindergarten.
