Abstract

This study will analyze how career patterns applied in ASN organizations can affect their performance, and how neutrality can function as a mediator in the relationship. Through a better understanding of these dynamics, it is expected to provide useful insights for policy makers and organizational leaders in designing more effective strategies. The study is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of 7,036 ASN from Indragiri Hilir district with a sample in this study of 150 people using the heir method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that career patterns have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational performance (hypothesis 1 is rejected), career patterns are positive and significant on neutrality (hypothesis 2 is accepted), neutrality is positive and significant on organizational performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and career patterns have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through neutrality (hypothesis 4 is accepted).

Abstract

This community service was carried out at Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This activity was held on Sunday 09 June 2024 with the theme Socialization of Packaging and Label Design for Dish Soap Products at Mompreneur Wisma Anggrek Bulan, Pandau Jaya Village. Packaging and labels are one of the important factors in product marketing. Apart from protecting the product to prevent damage, packaging is also a promotional tool to attract consumer interest. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge of Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan mompreneurs regarding branding. The method of implementing this service is carried out in two ways, namely the lecture method and practice. It is hoped that the results of this community service activity will increase the understanding and ability of mompreneur members of Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan in making product packaging and labels so that they are useful and have a positive impact on the business being developed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance and sustainability disclosure on firm value in the plantation sector in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative method using secondary data sourced from annual reports, sustainability reports, and financial statements of plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2024 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using a panel data regression method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach, processed through E-Views 12 software. The partial hypothesis testing results reveal that sustainability disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. In contrast, corporate governance, proxied by independent commissioners, does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, all independent variables, along with control variables including firm size, profitability, and leverage, significantly affect firm value. The conclusion of this study indicates that investors in the plantation sector respond more positively to corporate transparency regarding economic, social, and environmental information than to the mere presence of independent commissioners
