Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa (produk, harga, distribusi, proses, dan orang) terhadap Keputusan pembelian indihome di kecamatan kayuagung kabupaten ogan komering ilir. Jenis penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah produk, harga, distribusi, proses, orang dan keputusan pembelian. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis membuktikan [1] ada pengaruh signifikan bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan pembelian indihome. [2] ada pengaruh signifikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian indihome. [3] tidak ada pengaruh tidak signifikan harga terhadap pembelian indihome. [4] ada pengaruh signifikan distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian indihome. [5] tidak ada pengaruh tidak signifikan proses terhadap keputusan pembelian indihome. [6] ada pengaruh tidak signifikan orang terhadap keputusan pembelian indihome. Hasil Koesfisien Determinasi menunjukan bahwa Produk, Harga, Distribusi, Proses, People mampu berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan besarnya pengaruh 87,4%, sisanya 12,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach to see how intellectual agility abilities and innovation behavior influence generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. Data was collected from 255 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) from three management, accounting and digital business study programs at different levels. Probability sample with snowball technique using a questionnaire connected to Google Form. Data was collected and then tested for validity and reliability through classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and innovation behavior. The research results show that intellectual ability and innovation behavior have a positive impact on interest in entrepreneurship. Likewise, intellectual agility and innovation behavior influence entrepreneurial interest, this is in line with basic theory and research findings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1. The Influence of Products and Processes on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. 2. The Influence of Products on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. 3. The Influence of Processes on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research is Associative, using the variables Purchase Decision (Y), Product (X1), and Process (X2). The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents taken by Purposive Sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the f test together show that Products and Processes simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Meanwhile, in the partial t-test, Product has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, and Process has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.
