Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product, price and promotion on the decision to purchase an iPhone smartphone in Talang Ubi Utara Subdistrict, PALI Regency simultaneously and partially. This type of associative research, The sample used was 100 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. The main data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, F and t hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression research show that product quality, price and promotion have a positive influence on the decision to purchase iPhone smartphones among people in Talang Ubi Utara Subdistrict, PALI Regency. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that there is a significant Customer Decisions. Specifically, there is a significant influence of Products on Customer Decisions, there is a significant influence of Price on Customer Decisions, and there is a significant influence of Promotion on Customer Decisions on Smartphone Purchase Decisions among the people in Talang Ubi Utara Village, PALI Regency. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the Product, Price and Promotion variables are able to contribute to the rise and fall of Purchasing Decisions by 62.9%,

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyse the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance at Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang. The research is based on the phenomenon of the hotel's failure to achieve its specified targets and the relatively high employee turnover rate. Design/methodology/approach: The study was conducted on a population of 150 employees, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess the relationships between affective, continuous, and normative commitments, motivation, and employee performance. Research Findings: The findings indicate that affective, continuous, and normative commitments significantly influence employee motivation. However, when examining their direct impact on employee performance, only normative commitment was found to have a significant effect, whereas affective and continuous commitments did not. Furthermore, motivation was found to significantly mediate the relationship between affective and normative commitment to employee performance but not for continuous commitment. These results explain the persistent high turnover rate at Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang and highlight the need for better hotel management strategies to strengthen employee commitment and reduce turnover. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the mediating role of motivation in the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. It emphasizes the need for organizations to enhance normative commitment and employee motivation to improve performance and reduce turnover, particularly in the hospitality industry

Abstract

Satisfaction of XL Prepaid Cards among students at the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang (UMP), both simultaneously and partially. The research is associative, using a questionnaire as the data collection technique. The population consists of 100 UMP students who have used XL Prepaid Cards. The data analysis method combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, employing multiple linear regression, F and t tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show a positive and significant effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The regression equation is Y = 0.435 + 0.596 X1 + 0.244 X2. Simultaneously, Fcount (73.663) > Ftable (2.36) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.1, indicating a significant joint effect. Partially, Product Quality has a significant effect (tcount = 5.269 > ttable = 1.290, sig. 0.000 < 0.1), and so does Service Quality (tcount = 2.160 > ttable = 1.290, sig. 0.000 < 0.1). The Adjusted R Square value is 59.5%, meaning that Product and Service Quality contribute 59.5% to Customer Satisfaction, while 40.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of products and promotions on decisions to purchase club brand drinking water in the community of Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu Palembang simultaneously and partially. This research includes associative research. The research population is infinite, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data used is primary data. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling using the Purposive Sampling method. The data collection technique in research is by questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that there is a positive influence of Product and Promotion variables on the Decision to Purchase Club Brand Drinking Water in Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu Palembang. The results of the F hypothesis test show 1) There is a significant influence of Product and Promotion variables on the Decision to Purchase Club Brand Drinking Water in Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu Palembang. The results of the t hypothesis test show 2) There is a significant influence of the Product variable on the Decision to Purchase Club Brand Drinking Water in Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu Palembang. 3) There is a significant influence of the Promotion variable on the decision to purchase Club Brand Drinking Water in Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu Palembang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pusat Penelitian Karet Sambawa, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Populasi Penelitian di Pusat Penelitian Karet adalah 110 karyawan, dengan jumlah sampel 55. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis F dan t, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 0,50 + 0,503X1 +0,215X2 + 0,264X3. Hasil uji hipotesis F menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai FHitung (119,5)> Ftabel 2,19 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,1. Hasil uji hipotesis t menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung (2,839) > ttabel (1,675) dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,1. Ada pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung (1,684) > ttabel (1,675) dengan t signifikan 0,098 < 0,1. Ada pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung (1,889) > ttabel(1,675) dengan t signifikan 0,065 < 0,1. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi 0,868, artinya Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja mampu menjelaskan kinerja sebesar 86,8%, sementara 13,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.
