Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine what are the Barriers and Challenges of Islamic Banking Inclusion in the Digitalization of Banking in the Era of Financial Technology (FINTECH).The research method used isdata collection methods through library research.using qualitative analysis, which means describing the data processed in detail in the form of sentences (descriptive). Qualitative analysis is carried out starting from empirical analysis, which in its deepening is complemented by normative analysis.To analyze the data, the three methods of data analysis used are inductive, deductive, and comparative methods. The research results areThe development of Islamic banking has several shortcomings such as: vision, capital, products, financing, human resources (HR), services, information, public understanding; FINTECH's presence influences Islamic banking, namely contributing such as: easy and inexpensive services as well as effective and efficient, helping Islamic banks in the speed and accuracy in processing business operations and product marketing data, providingsignificant impact on several aspects of the economy, while at the same time rearranging the face of the Islamic financial industry,rapid developmentFINTECHdirectly proportional to the challenges faced,a driver for achieving financial inclusion, the presence of a strong consumer protection system and digital ecosystem, FINTECH Islamic banking with massive development in Indonesia, FINTECH and banjs wil collaborate together. Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the influence of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and behavioral intention on actual behaviour. The research population comprises students enrolled in accounting and management programs at Jabodetabek, with a specific emphasis on cost accounting. The sample had 128 individuals, that includes of accounting and management students from private institutions in Jabodetabek. The data was collected from January to February 2024 over a period of two months, utilizing a questionnaire and employing multiple regression analysis as the approach. The research pertains to a cohort of students enrolled in the accounting and management study program within the Jabodetabek region, who possess a familiarity with technology, particularly in relation to the advancement of cost accounting courses. The study's findings demonstrate that attitudes toward behavior positively influence accounting and management students' understanding of cost accounting in Jabodetabek regarding actual behavior, while subjective norms also positively impact their knowledge of cost accounting in relation to actual behavior. The intention to act has not influenced actual behavior. This research may indicate that cost accounting is a mandatory course for students pursuing accounting and management careers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar manusia dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Banyuasin dengan Etos Kerja Sebagai variabel Intervening. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, serta sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh (Sensus) diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 24.0. Dengan menggunkan path analysis hasil penelitian di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Banyuasin menunjukan bahwa hubungan antar manusia (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan etos kerja (M) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) hubungan antar manusia (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja (M), lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja (M), etos kerja (M) tidak memediasi antara hubungan antar manusia (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) dan etos kerja (M) memediasi lingkungan kerja ( X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Loyalitas nasabah merupakan kunci utama untuk keberlangsungan hidup sebuah bank. Untuk mencapai loyalitas, maka perlu adanya kepuasan dari nasabah. Kepuasan nasabah bisa didapatkan dari kepercayaan nasabah dan atribut produk yang ditawarkan oleh pihak bank sehingga nasabah akan terus bertransaksi dengan bank tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan atribut produk tabungan rofiqoh terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening pada bank Sumsel Babel KCPS UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Dengan populasi seluruh nasabah tabungan rofiqoh bank Sumsel Babel KCPS UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria nasabah aktif dan telah menjadi nasabah lebih dari satu tahun. Analisis data melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan path analysis yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 21. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kepercayaan nasabah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Atribut produk tabungan rofiqoh dan kepuasan nasabah tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Kepercayaan nasabah dan atribut produk tabungan rofiqoh berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dan kepuasan nasabah memediasi antara kepercayaan nasabah dan atribut produk tabungan rofiqoh terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of halal labels and BPOM (Indonesian Food and Drug Authority) labels on purchasing decisions of cosmetic products among Muslim female consumers in Palembang City. The research method employed a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 82 Muslim female cosmetic users in Palembang City. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance through the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) approach. The results showed that halal labels have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-statistic value of 4.147 (>1.96) and p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). BPOM labels also demonstrated a positive and significant influence with a t-statistic value of 3.773 (>1.96) and p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The research model has an R-square value of 0.663, indicating that halal label and BPOM label variables explain 66.3% of purchasing decisions, while the remaining 33.7% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The measurement model testing showed that all indicators have loading factor values above 0.7 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values above 0.5, demonstrating good convergent validity. The composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha values of each construct are above 0.7, indicating good reliability. This research indicates that Muslim female consumers in Palembang City consider product halal status and safety as important factors in making cosmetic purchasing decisions. This research provides practical implications for cosmetic manufacturers to pay attention to halal and BPOM certifications as effective marketing strategies when targeting Muslim female consumers.

Abstract

Based on the religious life report from 2013, Indonesia is one of the world's largest Muslim countries, home to about 237,641,326 people.  Some of its food imports come from various non-Muslim nations.  As a result, the halal certification and labeling procedure for goods that are in use worries some Muslims. And this research  in this study explains how to see and distinguish how important the halal label is on product packaging. The participants in this activity were 40 MSME business actors assisted by the Cooperative and UKM Office of South Sumatra Province, at the Entrepreneurship Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Jakabaring Campus
