Abstract

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang penting dalam pendidikan, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya pikir siswa dalam memecahkan masalah kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar sering kali diterapkan secara konvensional yang mengarah pada kebosanan dan kurangnya keterlibatan siswa. Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) menawarkan solusi dengan menghubungkan matematika dengan situasi nyata, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan RME di SDN 15 Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas V di SDN 15 Ampenan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapan RME, antara lain kurangnya pemahaman dasar siswa terhadap konsep matematika, keterbatasan waktu, kesiapan guru yang bervariasi, serta keterbatasan fasilitas dan sumber daya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan RME antara lain komitmen guru, partisipasi siswa, dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, disarankan agar dilakukan pelatihan bagi guru, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills by implementing the project-based learning model in the science subject in class IV SDN 47 Ampenan. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR), which consists of II cycles, each consisting of 2 meetings, which goes through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research methods used are observation, testing, and documentation. The data analysis uses a quantitative approach to calculate the average value and qualitative to analyze the results of observations of teacher and student activities during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that implementing the project-based learning Model can improve students' critical thinking skills in the subject of science in class IV SDN 47 Ampenan. This is evidenced by the results of the critical thinking ability evaluation test, observations of teacher activities, and the results of observations of student activities. The increase in students' critical thinking skills from 69.25% (cycle I) to 90.2% (cycle II) is 20.95%. Meanwhile, the results of teacher activity observations increased from cycle I to cycle II by 86.67% to 100%, or an increase of 13.33%. Likewise, the results of student activity observations increased from cycle I to cycle II by 78.3% to 93.3%, an increase of 15%.

Abstract

The rapid development of the business world has driven increased complexity in competition, particularly in the retail sector which has experienced significant growth in various regions, including Tuban. In this context, the partnership between suppliers and department stores (toserba) becomes a strategic aspect that plays a crucial role in maintaining business continuity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the patterns of relationships between suppliers and department stores in Tuban, as well as to identify factors that support the success of such partnerships and their impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on library research, data were collected from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant publications. The results indicate that effective partnership relationships are characterized by open communication, high trust and commitment, close collaboration, and adaptation to digital transformation. Furthermore, a solid partnership between suppliers and department stores contributes to improving supply chain efficiency, reducing logistics costs, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing customer satisfaction through product availability and responsive service. This study provides valuable contributions to formulating sustainable collaborative strategies for local retail businesses to face increasingly competitive markets.
