Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Incentives and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Niaga Sejahtera Plastik Indonesia in Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. The total sample of the study was 100 people. The variables used are organizational culture, incentives and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing used is the simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (T-test). The results of the F test of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture ( ), incentives ( ), and motivation ( ) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. While the T test shows that the variable of organizational culture ( ), does not have a partial effect on employee performance, while the variables of incentives ( ), and motivation ( ) have a partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PERUMDA) Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Authentic leadership is a leadership style that emphasises transparency, ethics, and honest relationships between leaders and employees, which is believed to increase employee engagement and performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PERUMDA Tirta Kanjuruhan and analysed using Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. In addition, employee engagement was shown to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between authentic leadership and employee performance. The findings confirm the importance of authentic leadership in creating a work environment that supports employee engagement, which ultimately improves individual and organisational performance. This study provides implications for company management in developing more effective leadership strategies to improve employee productivity and well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work enthusiasm, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa. The research subjects included all 56 company employees, who were also used as research samples using a non-probability sampling technique. Data processing and analysis were performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics software version 25. Based on the analysis, it was found that individually (partially), the variables of work discipline, work enthusiasm, and motivation significantly influence employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also showed a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa.

Study This aim For analyze influence motivation and satisfaction Work to performance employee with long hours of work as intervening variables at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia (Central Java). Method research used​ is approach quantitative with technique data collection via distributed questionnaires​ to employees in the company with amount sample as many as 287 employees . Data analysis was carried out use technique analysis path (path analysis) for test connection direct or not direct between variables study . Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological well-being and social support on the performance of BPR Bank Gresik employees, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 100 employees at BPR Bank Gresik, with the sampling technique using a census, so the sample obtained was the same number as the population, namely 100 employees of BPR Bank Gresik. Testing was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The results of the study showed several main findings. First, psychological well-being has a positive contribution in improving employee performance. Second, social support contributes in encouraging employee performance by creating an atmosphere that motivates them to show their best potential, including in efforts to obtain the desired position. Third, psychological well-being also has a positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. Fourth, social support has a significant contribution in improving performance through job satisfaction
