Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Mojokerto melalui pemanfaatan budikdamber di lahan sempit. Workshop dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada santri dalam budidaya ikan lele dalam ember. Selain itu, konsep akuaponik diterapkan dengan menanam tanaman kangkung dan pakcoy di atas kolam ikan untuk meningkatkan hasil panen dan pendapatan tambahan. Hasilnya, santri berhasil memanfaatkan lahan sempit secara optimal, menghasilkan ikan lele dan sayuran dengan cara yang ramah lingkungan. Produk budikdamber diolah dan dipasarkan melalui digital marketing, memberikan peluang usaha dan pendapatan tambahan bagi pondok pesantren. Selain aspek ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pembelajaran praktis dan peningkatan kemandirian kepada santri. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan budikdamber di pondok pesantren tidak hanya berkontribusi pada ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga pada pendidikan dan kesejahteraan santri.

The domino effect of the post-pandemic period is that many MSME actors who were previously successful have collapsed and even closed, on the other hand from the 2019-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, new MSME actors have grown, even to the point where they immediately opened many branches everywhere. To make MSMEs survive and be able to survive, MSME actors and their employees must remain productive. Every MSME will experience high levels of productivity maintained by disciplined team members. The effect of work discipline is having a strong work ethic will be able to carry out their duties as effectively and efficiently as possible, so that the MSME business can achieve its productivity goals. In addition, the work environment is very important for the MSME business strategy because it functions as a location where employees carry out their daily work activities. In MSME work productivity, motivation is often described as supporting productivity. This study aims to complete the gaps in previous studies by conducting a comprehensive study of the factors that increase the work productivity of MSMEs in Malang Raya which are influenced by work ethic, work motivation, work discipline and work environment. Researchers are motivated to do this research because the work productivity of MSMEs will have a positive impact on the growth of MSMEs.

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through After the Covid-19 Pandemic caused high environmental pressure to occur. One of them occurred in the increasingly uncertain sector of the country's economy. There are many things that can be done to provide economic solutions, one effective way is through improving the performance of MSMEs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important characteristics in economic development, both in developing and developed countries. The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and threats with their potential strengths and weaknesses. In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals. related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the innovation of MSME actors is very qualified to have a competitive advantage and competitiveness. The results of the research have implications for the first two things in the behavior of MSMEs, it is hoped that they will continue to improve their abilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, both parties the government is expected to continue to improve and equip MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring programs / training for MSMEs.

In the digital era, limited access to technology and entrepreneurship training is a major challenge for students in Thailand. This Community Service Program is designed to improve entrepreneurial skills based on Islamic values for students at The Foundation Islamic Center of Thailand. This training is conducted through a collaboration between the Association of Public Sector Accounting Educators (APSAE) and various national universities. The methods used include several stages including approach, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This program has succeeded in improving students' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the application of Islamic values in business. Evaluation of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship and the technical skills needed to compete in the digital era. This PKM program not only makes a real contribution to the development of the economy and education of students, but also offers a community service model that can be adopted in various other educational institutions with the potential to provide broad positive impacts. The situation after the COVID-19 pandemic is now challenging Indonesian MSMEs, especially in Malang Raya, to maintain the existence of the economy. Team discipline determines the success or failure of an MSME. Teamwork requires the following laws. In addition, exemplary leadership must be given as a leader. In SMEs, motivation is the encouragement that makes someone want to work to meet their needs/desires. More specifically, leaders need role models to inspire their teams. The research aims to fill in the gaps of previous studies by conducting a comprehensive study of the discipline of teamwork in MSME actors in Malang Raya which is influenced by the owner's leadership and motivation. The researchers studied conducted this research because the discipline of the UMKM team would increase the growth of UMKM. This research contributes to three things, the first is to provide insight regarding the performance team of MSME actors. Both provide valuable information for the government to increase MSME participation. The third raises the leadership mindset of Malang Raya UMKM owners. Quantitative research with explanatory research. X1 Leadership and X2 Motivation affect the dependent variable Y Work Discipline of UMKM entrepreneurs in Malang Raya. MSME actors in Malang Raya, especially restaurants that already have branches, 22 MSME owners took a census/overall sample. The indication of each variable was adapted from relevant previous research. Data collection uses a questionnaire issued by MSME owners. Data analysis used SPSS for Windows 15. The results showed that partially motivation (X1) had an effect on employee discipline. (2) Leadership (X2) has a significant effect on discipline employees. (3) Motivation (X1) and Leadership (X2) affect work discipline simultaneously. (4) Research shows that leadership has a significant effect on employee discipline.

The business world is currently experiencing disruption, the impact of technological and digital developments. the emergence of various kinds of sophisticated technological advances such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Advanced Robotics, 3D Printing, Artificial Intelligence and other technologies that enable changes from conventional work systems to automation and digital integration. With the phenomenon of technological disruption, a problem is being faced by MSMEs, the competitive advantage possessed by MSME players in Indonesia is decreasing. Recognizing that there is a gap in the use of technology in productive and not consumptive use, it is necessary to carry out further research, to find out more deeply, whether the use of technology in MSMEs will really have an impact on building and maintaining an MSMEs. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Indonesia, one of which is that MSMEs have the organizational ability to attract customers and build prestige for the organization or its products and increase the value felt by customers and achieve their satisfaction which is also the ability to provide various values to customer. Competitive advantage is not fixed, but needs to continuously evolve to keep in touch with various developments, economic, political, social and technological. The results of this research have implications for two things: first, the behavior of MSMEs is expected to continue to upgrade capabilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, secondly, the government is expected to continue to improve and complement MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring / training programs for MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological well-being and social support on the performance of BPR Bank Gresik employees, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 100 employees at BPR Bank Gresik, with the sampling technique using a census, so the sample obtained was the same number as the population, namely 100 employees of BPR Bank Gresik. Testing was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The results of the study showed several main findings. First, psychological well-being has a positive contribution in improving employee performance. Second, social support contributes in encouraging employee performance by creating an atmosphere that motivates them to show their best potential, including in efforts to obtain the desired position. Third, psychological well-being also has a positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. Fourth, social support has a significant contribution in improving performance through job satisfaction
