Abstract

Generation Z has grown up in an era of rapid digital technological advancement, making them highly dependent on technology. This study aims to analyze how technology impacts the lifestyle of Generation Z in the digital era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation and literature review. The results indicate that Generation Z is characterized by being highly digital, independent, and prioritizing flexibility in both work and communication. The primary impact of technology on their lifestyle is how they communicate. Social media has become their main channel for interacting, sharing experiences, and shaping their social identity.

Abstract

Academic ethics and social responsibility are two essential pillars in higher education that contribute to the character development of students. This study aims to explore students' awareness of academic ethics and social responsibility, as well as how these two aspects can influence each other in everyday life. Through surveys and interviews with students from various disciplines, the research finds that understanding of academic ethics is still low, while awareness of social responsibility tends to be higher. The results indicate that integrating ethical values into the educational curriculum can enhance students' awareness and encourage them to actively participate in society. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better educational policies and encourage educational institutions to instill ethical values and social responsibility in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Achievement Motivation among members of the Islamic Students Association (HMI) at the University of Palangka Raya for the 2025/2026 period. Achievement motivation is viewed as a fundamental drive for students in achieving personal and professional success. HMI, as a cadre-based and learning organization, plays a crucial role in shaping leaders with integrity (Good Governance) and a strong sense of responsibility to realize a just and prosperous society in harmony with Islamic and Indonesian values.This study adopts a quantitative approach using a population survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires based on the Likert Scale from all HMI members at the University of Palangka Raya, class of 2025/2026. Descriptive analysis results show that the overall Achievement Motivation of HMI members at the University of Palangka Raya falls into the high category.This strong level of motivation is reflected in the high level of agreement across six measured factors. The factor with the highest percentage is Risk Consideration (94% strongly agree and agree), indicating mature thinking in selecting challenging tasks. Other strong factors include high awareness of Task Completion Time (85.6%) and Responsibility (75%). On the other hand, the Feedback Awareness factor shows the lowest percentage of agreement (65.3%) compared to other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kuliner Ayam Penyet Doko solo dalam meningkatkan daya saing di area Kampus UIN SU Sutomo. Persaingan kuliner di kawasan kampus semakin ketat seiring meningkatnya jumlah pelaku usaha dan variasi produk yang ditawarkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat agar usaha Ayam Penyet Doko solo mampu mempertahankan eksistensi sekaligus meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan pelanggan, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan daya saing dapat dicapai melalui pengembangan variasi menu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi, dan peningkatan kenyamanan tempat makan. Selain itu, penerapan strategi inovasi rasa dan paket hemat untuk mahasiswa menjadi faktor penting dalam memperluas segmen pasar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi strategi produk, harga, promosi, dan pelayanan merupakan kunci utama dalam memperkuat posisi Ayam Penyet Doko solo sebagai salah satu pilihan kuliner favorit di kawasan Kampus UIN SU Sutomo.

Abstract

Language is an important foundation in basic education. Upper-level Indonesian language textbooks for elementary schools play a role in developing students' language skills and shaping their character. This study aims to analyze the morphological, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic aspects of five upper-level Indonesian language textbooks for elementary schools. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method and content analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the four linguistic aspects have been applied in an educational manner and in accordance with the cognitive development of students, as well as containing moral and social values. Thus, these texts are considered suitable for use as Indonesian language teaching materials in elementary schools.
