Abstract

Education decentralization is the demand for education delivery change of government affairs that cannot avoid. This decentralization provides an opportunity for the actively involvedcommunity in education management. This study discusses community participation in education management and local wisdom integration in decentralization implementation of education. Communityinv olvementcan strengthen the national education system. Besides, increasing the curriculum structure by incorporating positive live local wisdom values and develop in each regional community can provide more outputs value of national education. The values have integrated with people's lives will be easily practiced by students in their daily lives. With this habit, it will become the culture in social life finally answer the nation's moral problems.

Abstract

This study focused on describing and analyzing the local wisdom tourism potential of Maitara people and developed as a leading tourismobject. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using an interactive model data analysis technique. The results showed that the Maitara people are still inherited and maintained some local wisdom has the potential to become a tourismobject, such as making wooden boats, Cakalangsmoked fish, breadfruit crepe obstructions, Ito Oti se Hadola Oti and Salai Jin rituals. Therefore, the local government, village government, and Maitara people have been made various efforts to develop their local wisdom to sustainable and leading tourism object. Meanwhile, the efforts made were Maitara festival event, art studio, and village company (BUMDes) establish and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of natural resources and agricultural products as capital and resources in the development of regional agrotourism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data analysis technique used is an interactive model. Kalaodi agrotourism area there are various wealth of attractions. Kalaodi agrotourism wealth, there are natural attractions, in the form of a beautiful environment, beautiful scenery and cool air. In the natural environment of Kalaodi there are a variety of plants from agriculture and plantations such as cloves, nutmeg, durian, melinjo, cinnamon, bamboo and others. In Kalaodi village there is also a home industry that produces melinjo crepe, melinjo chips, nutmeg syrup, nutmeg candied, jam nutmeg, and souvenirs.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is the role of informal leadership in regional development. The method used is qualitative by using descriptive, and data obtained using literature study methods of the journals of previous research results in various regions in Indonesia. Data obtained by searching online in Google Scholar database. Research results show that the role of informal leaders in development is needed by local communities, especially those who have a system of cultural values and local wisdom that are still strong. Therefore, areas where there are still communities that have local wisdom in the form of informal leaders can be used as a resource in their regional development

Abstract

Informal leaders have a significant role in the social life of the community. In carrying out their role, informal leaders need support from the community and formal leaders. The main objective of this research is to examine government and community support for Sowohi work as an informal leader in indigenous peoples in Kalaodi Village, Tidore Archipelago City. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data sources obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the government and community support for Sowohi as the informa leader in the Kalaodi indigenous people was very large. Support from the government, such as the administration of permits and the cost of traditional rituals. Meanwhile, the support from the community is in the form of manpower, expenses, and food assistance.

Abstract

Berbagai budaya dengan kebudayaan nilai seni sangat tinggi yang merupakan peninggalan para leluhur sekarang telah hilang. Nilai budaya Indonesia kian pudar karena kecenderungan masyarakat mengikuti tradisi Barat yang cenderung vulgar dalam sebagian ekspresi kebudayaannya. Upacara ritual Dabus bagi masyarakat Tidore adalah suatu jenis kesenian tertentu yang mempunyai kelompok pendukung dengan fungsi yang berbeda. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan antropologi-budaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perubahan fungsi tersebut dapat menimbulkan perubahan yang hasil-hasil seninya disebabkan oleh dinamika masyarakat, kreativitas, dan pola tingkah laku dalam konteks kemasyarakatan.Various cultures with highly elevated artistic values that are relics of the ancestors have now disappeared. The value of Indonesian culture is increasingly faded because of the tendency of people to follow Western traditions that tend to be vulgar in some cultural expressions. Dabus ritual ceremony for the Tidore community is a particular type of art that has support groups with different functions. This research method is qualitative with anthropology-culture approach. The result of this research is that the change of function can cause change which the art result is caused by society dynamics, creativity, and behavioral pattern in social context. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um020v12i12017p1
