Abstract

As the growth of customers at BRI increases, BRI management is required to satisfy the service they provide to customers in order to maintain the achievements they have achieved and reduce customer complaints regarding their dissatisfaction with bank services, so it is important for banks to know the service in the eyes of customers in in terms of quality service and customer satisfaction. The research technique in this research is Development Research or Information Technology Engineering and this research uses a quantitative approach where data will be collected by carrying out measurements, which will then produce data figures. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was Purposive Sampling. This research was conducted at the BRI Unit office using a sample of 50 customers. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Next, the data will be sampled for testing system development built using the Service Quality Method. The results obtained from this research are software engineering that displays satisfaction criteria assessments that can be used to improve and enhance services in providing services to consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, program pengembangan karir, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Franchise Mixue Dr. Soetomo Nganjuk. Permasalahan yang dihadapi termasuk penilaian keterampilan yang tidak akurat, pelatihan yang tidak memadai, kompensasi yang tidak adil, dan penanganan konflik yang buruk, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada ketidakpuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS untuk menganalisis data dari 80 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (tingkat signifikansi 0,000, t-count 4,797). Program pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t-count 2,863, sig 0,005), demikian pula kompensasi (t-count 8,282, sig 0,000). Secara simultan, ketiga faktor ini memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai sig 0,000 dan F-count 325,127. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi ketiga faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di waralaba makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning model in using the Question Card media which is a learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes. This research method uses classroom action research. The results of the study were seen from the pra-cycle, cycle I, cycle II the results of student activity included aspects of visual activity the pra-cycle 86,67% cycle I 93,33% cycle II 100%, oral activity pra-cycle 86,67% cycle I 100% and cycle II 100%, listening activity pra-cycle, cycle I, cycle II 93,33%, writing activity the pra-cycle 86,67% cycle I 100%, cycle II 100%, drawing activity the pra-cycle 93,34% cycle I 100% and cycle II 100%, emotional activity the pra-cycle 86,67% cycle I 100% and cycle II 100%, mental activity the pra-cycle 86,67% cycle I 90% cycle II 93,34%. Pra-cycle learning outcomes 87,966 cycle I 90,167cycle II 90,567. The application of Question Card media in the application of Prablem Based Learning including activeness and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of creative economy-based entrepreneurship teaching materials in class X SMK which teachers in the field of entrepreneurship can use as a reference and benchmark in the learning process for students which can later spur student entrepreneurship based on economic development. This study was designed with an R&D model. The model referred to as a Research and Development approach is research that develops creative economy-based entrepreneurship teaching materials for class X students. Subjects related to this research are class X Marketing 1 or control class and class X Marketing. 2 or experimental class in the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed that after testing using the SPSS 16 for windows program, the mean results of the pre-test and post-test for the experimental class were 46.75 and 67.10. Meanwhile, the mean for the control class was 39.76 and 55.62, so that the N-gain score for the experimental class was 20.35 and the N-gain score for the control class was 15.86. From these results it can be concluded that the experimental class learning outcomes have the highest average value when compared to the control class learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara self efficacy, training, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indonesia Wijaya Sejahtera. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik angket untuk mengumpulkan data. Jumlah responden yang dipilih oleh peneliti sebanyak 40 karyawan. Metode yang diambil adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS 23. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh self efficacy sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,005, variabel training sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 dan variabel pengembangan karir 0,003 < 0,005 terhadap kinerja karyawan, koefisien determinasi 82,5% menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya 17,5% ditentukan dari variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dan tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
